This place is a life saver!! I was a walk in and they fixed my tire in less than 5 minutes and for a super great price! So helpful and very kind.

Had a great experience in my 4 visits, last of which was today.This is my to go place for any tire problem, even after I moved to 5-10 miles further.Price is good, service is great. It takes less than 15 minutes to get everything fixed and leave.

My recent experience at Rich's Tire Service was, unfortunately, more frustrating than helpful. I visited the shop due to a leak in my front left tire, as American Tire Co was closed. From the onset, there were significant communication issues. Despite clearly stating the problem was with my front left tire, the technician began inspecting the front right tire. My repeated attempts to correct this were dismissively waved off.The situation escalated when I had to get out of my car to point out the correct tire physically. Even then, the technician insisted I maneuver the wheel in various positions, turning a simple task into an unnecessary ordeal. It took an unwarranted five minutes just to get them to focus on the actual problem tire.When they finally did examine the correct tire, the inspection was surprisingly brief. The conclusion was that I needed new tires, with a quote of $460 per tire. This price struck me as exceedingly high. To confirm my suspicions, I later went to Costco, where I was able to get tires for a significantly lower price of $306 per tire.Overall, my visit to Rich's Tire Service was marked by poor communication, a lack of attentiveness, and uncompetitive pricing. This experience doesn't inspire confidence or a desire to return, and I would hesitate to recommend their services based on this visit.

Today got in a bit of a trouble by getting a screw in the tire. We were looking for a place to fix that, however the nearby tire place told us that we have to make an appointment and come tomorrow - not the best solution for the problem that we had right in the moment. Staff from Rich s tire services however told us that we can come right away! They fixed our problem in a few minutes - we were super satisfied and happy that we ll be able to resume with our plans for the day. On top of that what especially delighted us - the price was very reasonable. The service was also friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend this place!P.S. also we were offered with the souvenir- check out the pics.

Very appreciative that they were able to see me right away and look at a leak I had in my tire turns out it had a nail in it and they were able to fix it on the spot. Great service and very reasonable thanks!

Went there trying to have my tire repaired. One of the people there didn't even try to lift my car for inspection but just asked me to drive forward and backward for him to check. He tried to repair one place but the air still leaked after I checked a couple of hours later. I went somewhere else and they found a nail in the tire.

One of my tires had a screw in it. They fixed it in 5 minutes. I literally pulled up, walked in to pay $20 and my car was done when i stepped out.

It was super expensive deal with my tire change because I had no other options. Long wait and I paid $175 more than original one. Bad place to visit

Amazing service, felt like a pitstop at the Daytona 500. I was prepared to leave my pickup with its leaky tire for the day, but before I knew what was going on, it was being repaired. I started to worry that maybe this kind of attention would be expensive, but I needn't have worried. Truck has been back on the road with a few hundred solid miles on the repaired tire, all good. One of those repair visits that also helps restore some faith and optimism that things can work out well.

Super rude staff. They ordered the wrong rim twice and this gentlemen is rude to customers particularly women. Refuses to answer questions and lies to customers. They actively rip off customers, laugh in their face, and over charge. Maria also is unwilling to provide customer service, places unsafe products on vehicles and unwilling to stand by previous work when confronted to do so in email. Never will come back and will advise others not to do so.

Great service. My dad's truck had a flat at his work, and we didn't have a tire jack on us. They were nice enough to loan us one of theirs. We were able to get the tire off and fixed in no time. It was only $20 for the fix. Thanks to them we were on the road when every other place was closed. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks again for the help.

My family and I came here after finding out we had a flat tire. We'd been turned down by another nearby shop but Rich's took us and fixed the tire with no problem. The price was very reasonable! Great service and friendly people!

Great shop with quick service. I have taken my cars here on two occasions for plugs due to for screws/nails. The pricing is great. I recommend my friends to this shop as well and they always receive good service. No appointment required, typically.

Local shop that does a quick and thorough job!Had a slow leak that had to be patched. other shops wanted me to wait more than 90min! Rich's shop got the job done in 15min and also did a very thorough job showing me the nail and fix.

The tires on my SUV was getting old, and needed to be replaced. Rich's Tire got my tires in one day, then installed them in 20 minutes. Super fast, professional, and easy tire replacement. Highly recommended!

I called into the store for a quote to install a used tire which is already off of the car. I was quoted $25. I brought it in and they said $30. 1 month later same size tire used install on a off the car wheel.I just went it, they Charged $35.ripoff

Fast, friendly service. The people here have consistently taken care of my tire needs quickly and for a reasonable price, several times. Today was no exception. There was a screw in my tire. He located it, removed it, plugged it, and filled the tire in 5min. All in all I was there no more than 20min.Will continue coming here and recommending them.

At 5:30 on a Friday, Rich s helped me take a nail from the 101 out and concluded there was no leak! I was there max 5 minutes; I was so thankful for their kindness & they wouldn t accept any tip. Thank you, Rich s!

Super great service! Super responsible, super nice, very professional to check all the place of my tire to make sure it works well! My tire was accidentally released to flat tire, after towing into the station, they treated it carefully and checked everything with great service! If I could rate more, I wanna to rate 10000+++. Super great service, will definitely come back if anything needed in the future!!

Charged me $20 for a nail in my tire that didn t puncture. When you don t have to patch, maybe charge less so I ll want to come back. This just felt like a ripoff

These guys are great. Drive in, wait your turn (10 minutes today), watch them find the hole and plug it, pay $20, drive out. Whole thing took 20 minutes. Second time they've solved a slow leak for me. Fast, easy and very courteous empathetic service. Highly recommended.
