I brought my 97Porsche Carrera S to be detailed inside and out. They did a fantastic job throughout. By the time they were done it looked like new. Even the hood which had been painted 10 years ago and had a dull finish looks great. Thank you very much for being so professional. It only too half a day and was only $350. Cheaper than other places. I will definitely bring it back there when I need another detailing. Go there. You will not be disappointed. Pier

These guys get the job done! A half gallon of laundry detergent spilled all over my trunk. They were able to clean it all away same day and at a reasonable price. Amazing customer service!

Not too happy with the job they did on my wife's 7 year old Honda. Of course the paint looks nice and the interior is clean, but a couple issues force me to give them just an average rating. First, I was really shocked to find they had slathered the inside surfaces with ArmorAll. It smelled so strong I could smell it from 20 feet away, and inside the car it makes our eyes water. I really didn't think anybody used that stuff anymore. Second, a lot of details were missed. I had to clean off an obvious spot on the driver's seat. They didn't clean the headliner or visors. They didn't roll down the windows to clean the edges. There were a couple dried wax spots in the cracks and dirt in various spots. The inside was left very wet. I literally had to spend a couple hours wiping down the car and fixing these issues. For 350+tip I was expecting extreme attention to detail. I guess they were having an off day, but lessons learned.

First of all, the work these guys do is like magic. They detailed the inside and outside of my Civic and... I'm embarrassed to say it, but I had never cleaned it in the roughly 5 years I've owned it. It was filthy, especially on the inside with huge stains on the upholstery and tons of dog hair. But when I brought it in without an appointment, they didn't even break a sweat (they must see even worse cases all the time). Needless to say, they did an absolutely jaw-dropping job. It looked like a new car after about 4 hours of work. (One note: I didn't take the after picture right away - I didn't take it until a few days after their work, so it was actually even cleaner when they handed me the keys. You can see I already got dog hair in various spots).Thanks Mountain View Auto Detail! I'll definitely be back for their services again!

Brought my 4Runner in. It s my hunting, fishing, and surfing rig. Needless to say it was in rough condition.They did a great job. Honestly feels like a new car. I wish I had before and after pics.My gf was so impressed that she booked an appointment right after!

This place is beyond amazing. I brought my father s Lexus LS460. The car was sticky, had grease marks in the interior, spilled chips, and the paint had lost much of its luster. Now it looks brand new again. They even fixed the bumper which a body shop had estimated at $2000 at no additional cost. I am truly impressed. The total price was $325 which is truly a bargain for this level of quality.Update I also brought my mother s Lexus RX350. The paint had become a dull gray as has the interior. There was sauce spilled in the back seat that had never come out. Now it looks excellent again, the same shiny blue as the day we first bought it.Update I also brought my wife s Porsche Cayenne. The interior was coated in dust and there was sauce and crumbs everywhere. Now it is shiny outside and immaculate inside. Most impressively, all the stubborn dirt and spilled sauces have completely disappeared.Update I also brought my Porsche Panamera S. There was a lot of dust inside and it was hard to see out the windows. It is sparkling in the sunlight again, immaculate both inside and out, and the seats look amazing. It is as good as when it was new.

The only place I take my cars to and couldn t be any happier each time I visit. I ve tried a couple places before and never had a great experience until I met these guys. I wish I could give them more than only 5 starts because they deserve it. Please keep up the great work, you guys are the best!

THE RESPONSE: First of all that s not my car. second I was very happy with the outside but upon further inspection the area between the seats and console were not clean. I can t help It if your 3 Worker s missed that. That s on you. And it was dirty under the seats also. I can t change what I saw. I would like to but it s not possible. Third, instead of taking offense, which are poor customer service skills you could say you would do a more thorough job next time. I ve seen other detail shops who forgot things and actually apologized to the customer! Unfortunately you didn t finish the job so you can rest assured I won t return. You have a nice day.I paid 400.00 it looked good on outside but they never vacuumed under seats and around console. It was pretty dirty. Also they didn t clean arm on steering wheel. It was still dusty. Won t go back that s for sure.

After 7 years with my car, I finally had an interior detailing done. I'm glad I had did this with Mountain View Auto Detail. They are a great group. It was easy to make an appointment with them on Yelp, and they have high quality service. I dropped my car off same day and they had my car ready in less time than expected. My car was looking nice and clean after. The best part was they separated all the contents in my car into a box. For $250, the value and service is very good and worth the price. They even got the hard-to-reach places cleaned up, in addition to the carpets.I highly recommend them and I would come back.Services: Seat shampooing, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

First, since I couldn't find this, the price of interior cleaning was $240, which is not cheap, but given that a friend had puked in my car, felt worth it.And based on the job they did, it was. My car is incredibly clean-- I bought it used and there was a layer of dust on the dashboard that I quite literally thought was a part of the car/the material of the dashboard since it didn't move when I brushed it, and as you can see now, there's no dust in this photo.Don't know what that says about me, but it says good things about this place!

Did the full detail service. Really happy with the exterior. Interior -- missed spots on the windshield (I'm not bothered with it; stuff happens, easy fix), mats are cleaned well. Reason for a star drop is leather treatment - there were inconsistent applications on door panels that made it look nonuniform. I'll go back next time but will guide them a bit more next time.

I ve used lots of detailers in LA and NorCal and this place is hands down the best I ve ever worked with. My Tesla Model Y went over 2 years without cleaning with a toddler and dog I dropped it off with milk and coffee stains over the interior (including white leather) and tons of debris everywhere on the carpets. When I went to pick it up I literally did not recognize my car. It looked like it had just come off the production line. I know others have said it, but it bears repeating. Truly outstanding results, and the folks are so nice and easy to work with. Two thumbs up, would recommend to anyone!

I read the reviews online before using them. Also, I did not have a lot of time since I wouldn't have that car accessible after a few days. I was happy that they scheduled the detailing within two days. The staff member who took my call and the guy I dropped it of with were both very courteous. The exterior of the car was good- not awesome but good, however the wheels were not thoroughly cleaned (brake dust and oil remained on surfaces that likely were hard to see without moving the car). The corners of the mat that covered the spare tire storage remained dirty, with the outline of the cleaned areas that were shampooed visible next to the sections that were not accessed. I paid $350 for the full inside and outside detailing and relied too much on the reviews rather than a careful inspection upon receipt. My experience was likely an outlier (maybe something came up during my detailing that was unexpected), and so I would try them again.

Someone threw up in my car and the smell was awful. This shop fully cleaned my car both inside and out - it hasn t been this clean since I bought it! The smell is fully gone and the car is sparkling and spotless. They even took the trouble to remove all the junk from my console/ glove compartment to be able to clean inside. I am grateful they did such a thorough job!Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing

I had them detail my 2017 Honda Accord and the result are really good. They really put their hearts to their job and make their customers happy and satisfy. Awesome job guys. Keep doing Quality work unlike other car wash companies.

I am blown away!! Car was the dirtiest car you ve ever seen inside and out. Stains, gum candy stuck to the carpet. They said they could get it done today don t worry about how dirty it is they said. I thought I would have to delay my trip to la to sell the car. They got it done in 3 hours!!!! Everything!!! All the stains, gum candy, gone!!!!!!! If I were to have tried to do it by myself it would have taken 2 weeks. No exaggeration. I read the reviews before I came; I can absolutely see why they have top star reviews. I would hands down recommend this place. And the guys are extremely nice and fun to talk to. VERY professional. You can have a dirty old car or a new 2021 car and they ll make it look like a 2022 in an astonishingly short amount of time. Thank you guys!!!!!

I came to them with an unusual problem: My car had started developing a terrible and unusual smell. I couldn't recognize the smell or figure out where it was coming from after cleaning the car out myself. And it kept getting worse, even after my own cleaning--I could barely drive it ten miles even with a mask on.I was in fact pretty desperate because I was supposed to help my partner move that week. Not knowing what to expect, I called and described the problem. The guy I spoke with was great at explaining what services they offer and how they might or might not solve my problem depending on what the source was.My plan was to get the interior cleaned and, if that did not work, take it to the dealership to see if there was a problem in the undercarriage. Mountain View Auto Detail did an incredibly thorough job and eliminated the smell, while applying some pretty powerful sent bombs of their own. My car smelled like "new car smell" for about two months.The only "unsatisfying" part is that they did not solve the mystery by identifying the source of the odor, but the fact that they got it anyway speaks to their thoroughness. They also threw in some nice touches that I didn't ask for but greatly appreciated.Services: Steam cleaning, Seat shampooing, Interior scenting, Auto interior vacuuming

A humble-appearing shop but work is top-notch. Exterior wash, clay bar, and wax made my Tesla, which sits outside all the time, look like new new. Attention to detail was obvious, e.g., wheels and door frames were spotless. The clay bar treatment was especially useful by removing gritty dirt and contaminants from the paint surface. I am very pleased with the quality of their work.

Lessons learned late in Life:Always take your car to the car wash.Never let it go so long that the dirtis holding it together.Never park under a tree where the birds sitand the small leaves invade the car.Do take it to a small hole-in-the-wallwhere three men will spend the entire daymaking the car look brand new!So much so that I almost wept.I wholeheartedly recommend the MountainView Detail tucked in behind a car wash. I had a full service (interior + exterior) on my 2009 VW Tiguan and it was definitely worth it! The attention to details and care with my car was incredible, it looks like new! I had a very bad problem with mold (left some wet blankets/towels after several surfing sessions...my bad) and they removed everything and offered assistance even if I find something later. Awesome people working there as well... Thanks Leo!

Super service, I would give 10 stars if I could. My car is old and I would just once in a while to Lozanos. The service there has gotten worse over time so I decided to listen to my coworker and splurge on a good car detail. I can not stop looking at my car!!. It only looked this good when it was new and now (it is 1999 model). Isaac was very personable and did a superb job for a great price. He buffered the exterior and interior and even managed to make my steering wheel look like new (the old owner applied layers of cleaning supplies on and it looked like it will fall apart any day- I just thought it is an old car). Now my car shines among the others and even my friend said he could not recognize it in the parking lot. Thank you!!!

Hamdi and his team did an excellent job on my car. They paid attention to every little detail. The car looked like it had just rolled off the assembly line - the interior was spotless and the exterior was waxed to shine.

These guys are AMAZING! They detailed our two cars in the last 8 days, both interior and exterior. They first did a great job on our 5 year old VW Jetta, which looked like new afterwards. Today they detailed our also 5 year old Toyota Sienna. I was blown away by the result. We have 3 kids, and the Sienna was really dirty, all kinds of food stains all over the interior of the car. I did not think it was possible, but also the inside of the Sienna now looks like new. this team did such an amazing job on my car. before getting it detailed i starting to think that i needed a new car but after getting my car back i know i have a few more years with her! they are so great and thoughtful. i also think they are super reasonably priced.

Went out of town for a few weeks and left our car at home. We we came home the car was covered in mold on the inside. Had it towed to Mountain View Auto Detail-A few weeks later we picked up a practically brand new car. They ozoned it numerous times, took out all the seats and nearly everything else and cleaned every single inch beyond belief. Highly recommend for a job done above expectations.

Exceptional service & boutique style customer care. I got my car shampooed inside & out. I forgot some cash in the compartment and can you believe that they put the cash nicely in an envelope, sealed it & handed over to me when I came to pickup the car? Issac is a genuine person. I highly recommend this place.

This shop does not look like much but I was blown away. The attention to detail was fantastic. I was looking for a shop to do the full works detailing and this one came up on Google. He did a wash, wax, clay bar, wheels,and interior detail. I am a car enthusiast and normally do these things myself but was not feeling up to it. His level of Quality impressed me and will be a repeat customer!Services: Full body wash, Clay bar treatment, Seat shampooing, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing
