I spent half a day looking around for an honest tire business and my friend helped me find Gonzalez Tire. They deserve 6 stars for being the most reasonable and fastest turnaround. They were done in less than 20 minutes. No time consuming hydraulic jacks or bogus front desk managers asking for your contact info or looking at your odometer to see what condition your truck is in so they can find ways to make more money from you. Just good honest business getting straight to the point with no clowning around. I will be coming back to get my dually tires replaced soon. Give these gentlemen as much business as possible they are a gem in South Bay. Thank you guys

This place is the best! And they are SUPER FAST! I work and live right by this place. Got a flat today with no spare (was driving on my spare that is an actual tire for a year now since I am on a budget). I towed my car in and less then 20 min I was back at work with a new tires. Even my co-worker was surprised with how quickly I returned. They are also working on my old tire to patch up the hole so I can have spare again without spending too much!These guys are not pushy and very respectful / keep it real to women as well. No games or scare tactics.

They overcharge for simple services! Be sure to ask for prices before proceeding with your business. I wanted to know if they could patch a tire and to give them some business asked them to move my back tires to the front. Took them less than 7 minutes but they were sloppy, losing some pieces and even breaking one. Charged me $30 for this. There s a way better option just down the street named Rich s Tire Services. Way more honest folks down there who did not charge for the same service.

Vince was very kind and helpful. He helped me with a problem caused by another tire shop, showed me what the issue was and advised next steps. He and his guys know what they're doing (I'm a former employee of Bridgestone Tires and know a little bit about this business). All the men there were very friendly and polite. Thank you, Vince!

Great - fast, concrete and reasonably priced. Had to replace two tires broken on a pothole with a non-standard car model - they managed to get new tires which they haven t had on stock and replace them in less than 2 hours! Thank you!

Rito is a gem. My car had a flat from afailed plug. They patched it properly in 20 minutes, explaining what they were doing and why. A fair price & quality service.

My car's tire was leaking air. The first store I went to completely misguided me. With doubts in mind, I called Gonzalez. I found him to be very honest and transparent. He was focussed on fixing the issue and did not charge me an extra dime than what was originally quoted.I came here confused with lots of questions in mind, but left the place with a happy face. Thank you so much Gonzalez, for saving me a lot of money and time.

I found this on Google and read the reviews I stopped by for a nail in my tire. Service was great and quick . I do recommend for any tire service in mountain view area

Very friendly. Removed at screw that was stuck in my tire, checked pressure on all the other tires. Did not charge for it!

Drop by to ask for help with air (Didn't see the free air pump with self service). One of them told me to pull up and got me air for free. Super nice person. If I need help with tires, I'll probably go to them.

This place is near my work and they have helped me out quickly and kindly quite a few times. I feel they are honest and affordable. I popped in last night after work with an almost flat rear tire and as he removed it and spun it around in front of me we found 3 nails in it. He could have easily told me to just get a new tire but my tire was still fairly new and he said it was still good and just needed to be patched up. I always show up close to closing time as I work late too and they always greet me and take care of me with a smile. Awesome place.

This place deserves a 5 stars review, so I'm doing my duty.I knew the owners from the old location in Mountain View. This is the same tiny place full of new and used tires but now located in Redwood city.What is important is that they are honest, fast, efficient and the prices are very good. And a bonus they are nice people too.

I was on a road trip far from home and had to replace my tires. Gonzales tires really went all out and made me the best deal ever! It's ruff having emergencies during a road trip. They made it easy. They really were a life saver!

I bought a new tire and installed them on the original wheel.TPMS wasn't workingFelt bad vibration when driving ~50mphI went back to them. One of the bolts on the wheel fell when they checked for balance. They tested TPMS (supposed to do the first time) and found one wheel TPMS is not working. They said everything was ok. But I still felt the vibrationI went to a local Toyota dealership, where they found out - there were spacers from the old wheels left, creating a wrong sizing (so the bolts were not holding). TPMS just needed to be resetUnfortunately, I liked them personally, but I have to report on the dangerous situation they created, the wheel could possible fell off while driving.

I was given a recommendation to come to Gonzalez Tire today because of the special need I had for my Mini Cooper. It uses Run Flats, and since I barely drive the car, I didn't feel like paying $1000 for a new set all around. I really just needed 2 decent tires to match the set I had in the back. I gave him my tire size over the phone and he called me back a few minutes later saying he had two Bridgestone runflats for me in stock. I brought my wheels in and he had the tires swapped, mounted and balanced with new stems, faster than it took to drive through the line at Chickfila. Needless to say, I was stoked on the AWESOME deal he gave me. He showed me how to check the production dates on tires, and I was assured that these were only a couple years old. The service was excellent. They are FAST, FRIENDLY, and AFFORDABLE!!!You don't always need to buy a new set of tires, and getting a slightly worn set is an excellent option. He sells New and Used tires and can mount them while you wait.

I was told they had many used tires in my size over the phone but they only had one set when I got there and one of them had a nail it which a nice gentleman started to fix immediately while smoking a cigarette. Since I had a road trip coming up same day I passed as the situation did not inspire confidence.

My husband had to have a couple tires mounted and stopped by to see if they could do it. 10-15 minutes later he had his tires mounted on his wheels at an awesome price. 10/10 would recommend!
