Came here for a windshield chip repair on my Tesla Model Y. It was very easy to schedule an appointment over email. The people here are down-to-earth hard-working folks who get the job done professionally within a timely manner, and who seem genuinely invested and proud of their work! Cost is also very reasonable ($125) and there is an organized indoor waiting area. Highly recommend!!

I contacted 4 auto glass shops to repair a rock chip on the windshield of my Acura RDX. Exel Autoglass was the only who said they could do it. This was a tricky rock chip because it was in the lower part of the windshield, close to the dashboard and about one inch in length.Suad gave me a quote over txt and gave me an appointment the next day. When I got to the shop he explained what he was going to do and the potential risk of cracking the windshield which would require a full replacement. I very much appreciated his honesty and full communication.Less than 30 minutes later the work was done and you couldn't even see the chip/crack anymore from the outside (from the inside it was faintly visible). On top if the excellent work, Suad gave me a 30% discount because it didn't take him as long to fix as he had thought. Amazing honesty that you don't expect nowadays!Professional service, great communication and honest work. You cannot get better than that anywhere. I highly recommend Exel Autoglass for all your car glass work.

I had my windshield chip repaired and i was a little late to my appointment. He was really nice about it and did an amazing job in just about 30minutes. I highly recommend! Great people and honest business.

Suad and his team are true pros! I love it when I go to a shop and they have good communication and positive attitude. When I arrived with my Porsche Cayman GT4 he walked me into his clean and organized shop and showed me the windshield I would be getting. Explained the process and included notes about how he will use the right tools that some shops don t use. He even covers your seat and wheel when moving the vehicle, which is important to me.Scheduling was easy and on time.I dropped off the car and took a 10 min walk to Starbucks for a couple hours. Then it was done!Suad is not just a glass guy, his experience included body work so your car is in good hands. Not just someone who learned windshields and opened a shop. Don t take your car anywhere else, even if it means driving 30 miles like me.

Love the (new to me) shop! Had a replacement windshield a couple years ago for my Acura when Suad was still solely a mobile shop. Now I have a nasty rock chip on my Polestar and am visiting this location. Easy access, good looking clean shop, and of course the same wonderful people here, Suad and Gamela. Also happy to hear that they also are able to do camera calibrations if needed, so if I ever need a windshield replaced again, I definitely know where I need to go!

There was three results that came up on the google search and this was one of them but this is the only real one of them all. The other one doesn t have a store front and the other one I sent there and the guy left early from work. Either date or destiny or karma brought us together but they gave me a good deal just so happens that I got a rock on my windshield on the freeway and crack no turning back can t be saved I need a new one can t be fixed but the happy ending was that I got a heck of a deal and they were super nice and did an excellent job

In a word, outstanding!The windshield of my Lexus was hit by a rock and cracked. Exel Autoglass in Mountain View was one of the shops suggested by State Farm Insurance. I agreed based on Exel s excellent ratings, and I am glad I did. The owner was extremely responsive. He kept me updated about the windshield order. He informed me as soon as the new windshield arrived. On the appointment date, I took the car to the shop. The shop was immaculate, and the owner himself was immaculate. He is very competent and very pleasant. He showed me the new windshield and the various new parts. He finished the replacement on time. He did a perfect job. I am absolutely delighted.

Wow, great service, excellent communication!I have a 2021 Subaru Crosstrek and a 2016 Mini Cooper JCW that had cracks in the windshield.The Subaru has cameras used by the lane departure and proximity electronic systems, which require calibration if you change the windshield. I originally called the Subaru dealer on Stevens Creek to have them work on the car, thinking regular auto glass shops will not have the proper alignment tools and software for it. After not hearing from them, I decided to look on Google Maps for other shops. My insurance recommends Safelite, but their reviews are terrible. I found this little shop with excellent reviews, which I usually take with a big grain of salt. Reading through them it appeared they're from real customers so I decided to call them.I spoke with Suad on the phone and he told me he has all the tools to do the proper calibration of the cameras on the Subaru. The insurance covered all of the needed parts, and they were OEM, so I only had to pay the deductible.After I hang up the phone with Suad, I decided to open a glass only claim for the Mini as well. I mentioned this via text message to the office, and Gamela, Suad's wife, replied with all the necessary information. Because the car was older, my understanding was the insurance would not cover OEM parts and I'd have to cover the difference. However they submitted the necessary documentation requesting OEM parts, and it was approved, yay!Excellent communication, very prompt and efficient! The office ordered the parts on Friday, and I schedule an appointment for the Subaru on Wednesday.I dropped off the Subaru of Tuesday evening, and got a call from Suad to let me know the car was ready on Wednesday around 12:30pm. I drove the Mini to the shop, dropped it off and picked up the Subaru. I got another call at 4pm saying the Mini was ready.Both cars now have brand new OEM windshields. Most auto and body repair shops are frequently in a hurry and try to hurry you along. Not so at Exel Auto Glass. Suad is happy to take care of your auto glass needs with excellent service and professional courtesy.While replacing my SUV windshield, he was able to procure the glass with 1-3 business days and install it a couple days later. It also turned out that my passenger mirror with a camera also needed some fixing to make the safety features on the windshield be calibrated properly. Suad gladly took on this extra work and was flexible with his time, the end result with the windshield and mirror really left me wowed at the service I got.Definitely keeping this business at the top of my list next time I need glass care - chips, cracks, ... They're also a recommended service provider by state farm.

This an amazing auto glass repair shop. I had my car broken into and I was in a bind because I was traveling the very next day. I called Exel and they told me I could get it fixed that same day, and they even drove around to different vendors to make sure to get the right glass piece for me. They also stayed open late for me when I was running late, and fixed everything within 20 minutes, and vacuumed my entire car as well. The window looks as good as new. Such nice people and high quality service. Highly recommend this shop for all auto glass repair needs.

My back windshield got busted on the 29th. I went to Exel Autoglass for advice and Suad and Gamela were most helpful in searching for a replacement glass for me. Next day 30th, Suad went and brought in the glass. My car was fixed nicely as well as all broken glass pieces carefully vacuumed out. I paid only my policy deductible and my insurance covered the rest. I drove my car away from the Exel shop feeling very very happy... :-)Service: Auto windshield replacement
