Great service! 50 minutes ETA. Arrived in 12 minutes. Russell called me on his way there. He maneuvered the flatbed tow truck in a tight space with precision, loaded my car with care and was on his way. He was a real professional and I definitely recommend him & Ed s towing. Arthur helped me tow my SUV. It took some work as the car wouldn't get into neutral. He showed good skill and more importantly patience to get the car loaded and delivered to the destination

Called my insurance company ask for a tow the assign this terrible company for the tow !After they was assigned I called and talk to the towing company and verified my vehicle and he was sounds unsecured and say ok someone will be there in 40 min after already waiting for 1hr.When driver arrived looked on my vehicle and said sorry I can't tow you . He new he can't tow me even before arrive he just wanted to collect the money from the insurance.If they assign from your insurance company make sure for ask different company !!!!Service: Car towing

Absolutely great service. My car needed a tow to the shop nearby and Ed's Tow & Cradle did a great job helping me. Special thanks to Roy he was such a huge help and a very nice guy. Highly recommend.

No complaints: they get it done and respond. What more could you ask for (one thing, that they carry three-gallon gas cans because one gal just doesn't do much sometimes). I'm a frequent flyer now after some work on my truck that require tows up and down El Camino. Felix is a good guy is all I can say.

Arrived via Roadside Assistance quickly with frequent timing updates. Jumped battery, and installed a new replacement within 30 minutes. Driver was friendly and responsive -- all I could have hoped for.

The first towing experience with them is great, but they ghosted my second towing appointment. Tried to call them and it was either "be there in 1 hour" or voicemail.

My car was completely dead with no warning at all. Our roadside assistance contacted Ed's Towing, and in short order, Ken arrived. He was able to tighten a loose battery cable, but advised us to get it repaired soon as it was ready to break. He even gave us a recommendation on where to take the car. He was great!

Need to treat there employees with respect. These boys work hard quit short changing them. Pay them what there worth pay there holidays overtime and there lunch since you don t give them one. This company is not fair and cheat people in more ways then one. I do not recommend working for them those boys make your money not you. Thank you Happy Holiday

We work with Ed's Tow & Cradle frequently. Their team is very professional and provides us with great service. Whenever we need a tow in the Mountain View area they are our first choice.

Ed's was contracted through my roadside assistance. The driver arrived at exactly the minute I was told to expect him. Couldn't be more thrilled.

Did not follow instructions or wait for assistance and instead proceeded to block our driveway (blocking another towing company and our customers) and just leave.
