The only place to go for your custom alignment needs. I've been coming here for years with multiple Porsche and VW cars that have specialized needs for racing applications. These guys get it right the first time, every time.

I came here seeking a solution for a persistent vibration at freeway speeds. I previously had the wheels balanced twice at a national chain, and I then had the front end aligned at a dealership, but the vibration persisted. When you walk into the customer area and are greeted by Joe, you immediately know you are dealing with a professional. I told him my saga, and he knew exactly what the problem was. And he was right. I wish I had come here first instead of wasting time and money at the above businesses. 5 stars.

Brought my low mileage 2016 Audi A6 here after a relatively new set of Michelin tires needed to be replaced at 19 thousand miles because of unusual wearing on both front tires despite two rotations. They were warranted to 45 thousand. America's Tire suggested an alignment check after the tires were replaced by Michelin with a 60% credit, the max allowable under the warranty. Very impressed with the service and detailed explanation of what would be done. Also, they were working on some Porsches, Audis and two restoration projects. Felt like I was in the right place. Brought the car in at 8 AM and it was done before lunch. They did both front and rear alignments. My mechanic of 25 plus years recommended them and I'm glad he did. Don't know if it's my imagination or what but the car seems to be handling better. Shop is really clean and well managed. Technicians very friendly. Would highly recommend.

If you have a car with modified suspension this is the spot. Took my 2017 Honda Accord Coupe in to get 4 tires replaced and a custom alignment performed. I m a bit picker than the average person with alignments and these guys took care of me. The tech working on my car had me test drive it before I left to make sure I was happy with how the car drove, which shows me that they care about the work they do. Really refreshing considering I ve tried many alignment shops and they ve left me unsatisfied. My car drives straight as an arrow and feels great with my new tires. Prices are a bit high but you get what you pay for! Highly recommend this shop.

Joe and his team helped get my lifted MINI Cooper sorted, so it handles like a rally car now.Are they the cheapest around? No. Are they the best? Definitely.

The team at Custom Alignment pays attention to details. They use the mounting and balancing equipment that matches the tire placement on the rim for a smooth and effective ride. Thank you for going WAY beyond that s good enough to excellent !!!Update on 3-28-23: once again, the team test drove my 198,000 mile Audi and corrected suspension issues until it was right! Excellent services.

Had my tires shipped from tire rack to this shop. While they were booked with customer appointments for 2 weeks they were still able to fit in mounting my tires to bare wheels that I dropped off. Great communication and the service from the techs was top notch. Will come back again when needed. Thank you!

I was very happy with my service here. I had 4 new tires installed, road force balanced, alignement, and suspension inspection. It was excellent that they were setup to smoothly receive tires from major online sellers and automatically did the proper road force balance instead of treating it as a rare exotic option. The alignment they did is great, much better than previously from the dealer. My car feels much more solid as I had forgotten how good it could feel when done correctly.They also didn't try to pump up their revenue by recommending unnecessary suspension work which shows good ethics so I'll trust them with my business in the future when I need more tire, alignment, or suspension work.Highly recommended.

My satisfaction is really a 3 star , but they did balance well where other shops failed before, so giving 4 stars with a sour taste. I had new tires mounted and balanced, but they replaced previous black valves with shiny silver valves on black satin wheels. I asked them to use black weights, but I never had a shop install silver valves on black wheels so valves didn't even come to my mind. The shiny silver valves stick out like a sore thumb on top of black satin wheels. This shop looks like it's better quality place that deals with fancier and nicer cars, it's not super cheap so I'd expect them to pay more attention to detail, such as color matching, yet they didn't bother asking me before they installed them... disappointing. They did offer to replace them afterwards, but that's another 2.5 hours of my time. Luckily I had a wheel touch up paint on hand to color them, but it's definitely not perfect up close.

Ordered tires on a Monday from Tire Rack and had them shipped to Custom Alignment. Checked tracking number on Tuesday and they were expected to be delivered in the morning, so I called to set an appointment for the next morning. Car was ready to be picked up Wednesday before 5PM with newly mounted and balanced tires, and an alignment.The staff over the phone and in person were very courteous and patiently answered any and all questions I had thoroughly. Custom Alignment does cost more, but the quality of work, professionalism, and piece of mind for performance vehicles more than makes up for it. The equipment used is much more advanced than most shops and allows for very precise balancing.

I was blown away by their knowledge and their attention to detail in getting each wheel individually aligned to maximize the handling performance of my car (BMW 128i with M Sports Suspension). I wholeheartedly recommend these guys for anyone who's an "active" driver and with an appreciation for handling performance. Also, kudos to Allen for his patience and for taking the time to explain their approach and what they did to my car. Two thumbs up!

I had my 66 Mustang for an alignment after I rebuild the front suspension and made a drum to disc brake conversion. Great communication and great work. They pointed out two things I should fix on the brakes I made wrong without charging me. Of course they can also fix this, but they knew I want to do it on my own.Highly recommended for classical cars, they can deal with chims ;)

Not many shops understand 993 alignment and kinematic rear toe on a lowered car. My 993 had a squirm off-throttle - they installed a bump steer kit that I provided, lower control arm bushings, they discovered a loose lower control arm joint in the rear, and tweaked alignment. The car handled incomparably better. I wanted more front toe-in and they made an adjustment after service for free.

I brought in an e46 with what felt to me like mild bump steer. They found all the parts that were worn out in my steering linkage, got it sorted out, and had me back on the road pretty quickly. The staff was communicative and honest about what they needed to replace and why, even explaining the wear limits of each component to me.I'll bring more cars here.

After being a customer for many years, and pouring hundreds if not thousands of dollars on all my Tire Rack installs, on 3 of my cars, Allan has disappointed me in a massive way, and it's still ongoing. I dropped off my wife's Honda Accord for a 4 tire install, and when she got the car back, the TPMS (low tire pressure sensor) light went on. Allan explained that the sensor may be old, since the car is 6 years old, and that he'll look into it. My wife drove the car and noticed that there is a vibration from the front at speeds of 40MPH and 70MPH. We used to have a vibration at 70 MPH while accelerating, but this time -- it was more pronounced. We brought the car back, and upon inspection that the balancing was correct -- Allan said that the CV joints are worn out and need to be replaced. His quote was higher than other local shops that I trust, but I decided to leave the car with him, because I've trusted him and the shop, throughout my experience with them.Today, when I called, he said that the car "is done" but that the ABS and steering lights are on. We've argued for about 15 minutes about the fact that I've never seen these warnings lights come on, through the life of the car, and he claimed that we brought the car with those lights on and that they were cleared in the past by someone else. That was 1000% false since the only things that have been done to the car have been oil changes by the same mechanic that I trust, for 6 years.So at this point:They still have my carI've lost trust that in their ability to do the necessary repairs to bring the car back into safety.He wants me to pay for him to replace some computers on the car, and he's not owning up to the fact that his mechanics either broke the sensors, or the computer, or that they don't know how to reset the system after the repair was done.We'll see where this goes, and if Allan and the mgmt at Custom Alignment understand that the damage that can be done to their 35-year reputation will be tarnished because bad reviews on Yelp, Facebook, the BBB, etc.. will cause compounding negative loss of business.I can't believe that I need to go through this and that a long time reputable shop is this argumentative and doesn't want to own up to the fact that they broke something and that they need to fix it, at their own expense.Will keep everyone posted, here, and on social media, of the latest.UPDATE:There is a happy ending to the story. The team at Custom Alignment ended up doing the right thing, and the car is perfect. They apologized, found the issue, fixed it, and delivered the car and it s running beautifully. They also followed up a couple of times to make sure that everything is OK, and really tried to do right by me, which I absolutely appreciate. They won me back as a customer. I m also changing the stars back from 1, to 4. I felt that a 5 would be unfair since it WAS a stressful situation for a few days, but the quality of their work was high and it ended working out, so I ll move the rating from 1 to 4.

I used them first for a performance alignment & tires on my s2000. I didn't care for the handling after the alignment, and they promptly re-aligned it based on my feedback for no charge. The result was fantastic.Since then I have sent them my wife's Prius, and my old S10 for alignment & tires. While it is probably overkill to have them do alignments on these regular beaters, I trust these guys. Better to pay a little more and have the job done right, than to have ruined tires in 15,000 miles.

TEN STARS ~ I will never let anyone other than Custom Alignment touch my wheels.It is refreshing to have found an establishment who respects my vehicles, and because no metal comes in contact with my wheels they have consistently removed them without gouging, chipping, or scratching them.I have owned six high performance BMW cars and I expect this level of service from my local BMW dealership, but sadly that is not the case.: )

Excellent service with amazing results. Just had my E92 M3 corner balanced and aligned, and simply could not be happier with the results. Might be pricey for some, but this is the place to go to get fully dialed-in.

Negative: The amount they are charging, over $100 for a simple 4 wheel balance is ridiculous. I had an appointment and it took 3-hours of pain. Be aware of the extra charges. Sorry ! U are overrated. I guess if u are rich and naive you can't tell the difference.Positive: Nice people, I would too if I'm charging dealer prices.

Joe and the guys at CA are great! They have a deep, deep understanding of all things automotive and work their butts off to make sure to do things the right way and with a lot of pride. I've seen Joe and the staff from CA jump underneath many cars. They have helped me with tires, brakes, alignments, suspension and driveline components. I highly recommend this shop!

Joe and company are the real deal. They talk to their customers and explain the work and show care and concern as if it were their own personal car or truck. The work is done correct and the extra drive time to get there is worth it. Get it done right the first time and go to Custom Alignment.

$270 for a 2 wheel alignment. Really?! I shouldn t have to say more than that to get you to find another place.I was quoted $200, and was desperate so went with it. They ended up charging me $270 because my control arms are more complicated than other cars. Is my car riding perfectly? NOPE!!! Pulls left. What a rip off, find somewhere else.

Amazing people, they tend to go above and beyond despite their busy work schedule. I never even asked for it, but there was a minor issue they saw that I knew about, and they offered to clean it up... I was so ecstatic and happy, that on my way back to their shop I bought them food, and got them some boba drinks from Pekoe, another amazing place to share them the love!Again, awesome people!!

These guys not only took the time to listen but gave me thorough explanation of what was done. My truck drives straight as an arrow and handles much better. If you have a truck with a lift and need an alignment don't go anywhere else.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

The best guys when it comes to wheels and alignment. Bought my tires from them after my old ones took a hit when braking hard to avoid an accident. Been going there ever since for anything wheel related!
