I m a return customer at Crash Champions and am so happy to have such expert, reliable auto repair & services available to me locally! Crash Champions serviced my car following an accident, and more recently with another minor repair. They provided cost estimates quickly. I appreciated that they also offered options involving quick fixes at lower cost versus more comprehensive repairs at higher cost. The staff are kind and friendly, and go above and beyond to provide the best customer service and auto care.

This is a great place for car collision repair. Great communication from day one all the way through the follow up.Knowledgeable and courteous staff members, on the phone and in person. Good work on the car and paint.They are an authorized AAA car insurance body shop so if you have AAA insurance the experience is even better and quicker!

We got an estimate of 10 days to two weeks, but Pan American took over a month to repair our car. Initially they kept us informed, but later we had to keep calling to check status. The fixed car was also not completely cleaned. We sadly recommend some of the other body shops.

Please provide an accurate COST ESTIMATE upfront!I had some scratches on my car. I selected this shop for 2 reasons, first it is recommended by AAA and second they gave the lowest original cost estimate. But eventually they raised this estimate twice during the course of repair. And the final amount that was charged was 150% more than the original estimate. The store manager and technicians tried to provide the explanation of that, but it does not really alleviate my shock. I would say, up to 20-25% of deviation in estimate is acceptable, but if the cost goes up by 150% then it essentially means that original estimate is kind of meaningless. Or is been given purposefully low, to attract the customer.Regarding the overall quality of the work/repair itself I am satisfied.But when it comes to $$$ this is not at all a cheaper shop.

Quaint little building with a ton of history! Originally, 243 Moffett was the headquarters of Arrow Development, who supplied a vast portion of the original Disneyland attractions in 1955. Rides such as Dumbo, Teacups, Alice in Wonderland, and Matterhorn Bobsleds were manufactured in this building before the company relocated to Utah. Most of their original attractions such as mine train coasters are still operating to this day.

My overall experience with PAN American was very positive. I was very impressed Eleazar Lizarraga professionalism and thoroughness. His mechanic did a fantastic job with replacing my car s rear bumper and tail light. The turnaround time was short which includes paint and installation. Thank you so much for efficiency and attention to customer service!!

My girlfriend scheduled an estimate and upon arrival, two women in the front could no locate it. As they were asking questions, some that I did not know, this other man working there was immediately rude and making snarky comments about what information I needed to have. I told my girlfriend to pick this place because it seemed like the customer service was better and this work was going to be covered by another driver s insurance, so we re taking our business elsewhere. Being in the customer service business, I know customers can be frustrating but they need a people person because this man was instantaneously one of the worst people ever.

Had a fantastic experience at Pan American. I got rear-ended and it's such a pain to deal with. I worked with Manny at Pan American and he took care of everything - start to finish. He kept me informed all along the way. He made the process easy by walking me through all of the steps, including getting my rental car. My repaired car was ready on time and was sparkly clean. The quality of the work was excellent and thorough. Pan Am returned the rental to Hertz for me - a really nice bonus. I hope I don't need collision repair again but if I do, I would definitely go to Pan American.

They did a great job, and offer a free lifetime warranty on their repairs. They were very responsive and accommodating (the repair took longer than I expected, and we ran into some insurance issues, but they did fully cooperate and work to get my car back to me as soon as they could). Only minor complaint is that they did not fully clean up all remaining grease/fingerprints/etc. from the repair area before pick-up. Possibly because I was in a rush to get the car ASAP.

Particularly, Lusiana was my point of contact during my car's repair process. She did everything possible to handle any challenge, mainly due to the shortage of the parts. Once I suspected that one issue with my car was caused when the car was in the shop. They professionally handled the case and listened to me patiently. Experiencing that positive attitude yielded me to re investigate the case and do some computer diagnosis by myself. I did and noticed that it was a worn spark plug problem. I replaced the spark and solved the problem. There was no reasonable way for them to cause this issue. Mutual understanding solves most of the problems. I was rear-ended and took my car to Pan American Collision Center in Mountain View. Evelyn helped me get my car repair estimate and navigate the whole process as I had my repairs covered by the other party's insurance. She was very helpful and kept me up to date as the repairs took place. They even helped me get a rental to keep me covered. The repairs took only 2 weeks and when I got my car back it looked amazing!Oh, also, everything concerning the cost was dealt with the insurance company directly, making it easy on me.I would recommend them to anybody else in mountain view needing to get their car repaired.

Absolutely wonderful shop. They have trained and experienced employees that will give you all the technical details you ask for. Pricing is maybe slightly above average for the Bay Area but it is 100% worth it. This shop was able to do factory perfect paint and metal work on a 2016 Subaru with white pearl paint. For any of the car perfectionists out there this is the shop for you, guranteed quality and they will always be transparent with everything. They also have a warranty for work performed which adds in all the layers. They will work with insurance to adjust rates so you should chose this shop every time.

I have taken my car in for work twice. Staff is always super helpful, honest and basically just nice. They get the job done quick and no surprise cost which tells me their estimates are accurate. Def recommend Pan American.

We did repairs on both our cars. The cars both looked great and our 2005 looked like 10 years was taken off it. Additionally, the repairs took less than half the time I expected. The staff was super friendly, professional, and accurate with their quotes.

Nobody likes car repairs, but this place helped make it so easy. They coordinated with my insurance and the rental car company for me and gave me the perfect amount of info about the car and tips and reminders for the rental. I couldn't have imagined a better body shop experience, and the repairs look perfect!

Professional, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly service. My parked car was hit by a AAA auto insurance member, who kindly stopped to find me and inform me, she hit my car. Pan American Collision Center is AAA approved. From start to finish, they were a pleasure to work with repairing my car. We communicated via email and in person.During this COVID-19 pandemic, they take precautions with wearing masks and gloves and disinfecting any surface of the car they touch. When I need car body work done, I will be back.

This is the place to be when you are dealing with collision. Staff is very prompt and knowledgeable. They took care of me from start to finish. Shout out to Luisiana for all the help she did. She walk me through the process with ease. From the first day i took my car to their shop till the second time for a back job work. Shes prompt, polite and patient towards the customer.

I had a thoroughly professional and enjoyable experience with Pan American, represented by Luisana Rivera. We had bumper damage on an old Infiniti I30. Luisana was much more responsive and engaged than the competitor I considered. When there were complications acquiring the needed part, she switched to plan B and advocated to get the job done right when there was a process glitch with the work. They delivered sooner than I thought they would. The bumper looks brand new. We couldn't be more pleased.Services: Body & Trim, Paint repair
