Got a car wash on 12/24/23 and the wash is not working 100% correct .The jets don't pivot for the front and back of vehicle so I told the cashier and he gave me a free wash. I was told to wait 7 days so they can have the machine fixed so I waited until today go back for my rewash and it's still the same. So I told the cashier again and he said he couldn't do anything about it and would let the manager know. So I told him I would not come back again for a wash that isn't cleaning the front and back of the car.

Car wash takes forever and sometimes just doesn t work after you pay and go in. Then you have to line up again. NO refunds!

Decent car wash as the packages it offers $8, $10, $12, $15 and it s touchless so no brushes slapping your car, however it doesn t dry as good as I hoped for, just two passes of blow drying. My car didnt dry enough as there are water spots everywhere. I d use it if you re in a rush to get it washed for light dirt but don t expect a lot!

Other reviewers did not lie about the carwash. It gets one star for being touchless. And that's exactly what you get, it didn't remove any dirt. At all. I should have taken a before & after to show just how bad it was. I always think that people saying "it didn't clean anything" exaggerate, but it is true in this case. The white on the plastic trim at the bottom is not overexposure, that's actually soapscum that I had to painstakingly get off afterwards.

Paid $20 in gas. After pumping gas, I asked if I needed a code for the bathroom. The cashier said I needed a key, and handed them to me. I picked the bathroom on the right, as there were two doors.Now going into a public gas station bathroom, im already expecting the worst. However I walked in and felt a sense of calmness as it smelled so clean and everything was white as heaven. I'm probably the happiest customer ever lmao.Keep up the great work!

Car wash is usually best in the area but the card reader is broken. And the notice isn t displayed until the last minute when you pull up to the machine after waiting 30 minutes and there s a pile of cars behind you.Are you supposed to jump out, leave your car, and go pay for a wash at this point?Ideally there d be a free standing sign earlier, so you could pay for a code before getting into line.

The gas station is fine and clean and I never have trouble with any of the pumps but it s not worth the money to go through the car wash. I washed my car twice in that car wash in the last 2 months and both times my car came out with dirt still on the hood the sides of the car, just super disappointed. The brushless car washes don t work

I used to get gas here every week, however beginning last week all my cards are now declined at the pump. I have to go inside to prepay now. The cards work fine at other gas stations. Something changed here

New is not always necessarily good.Looks like they upgraded their car wash machine recently (have not been here in a while though).The wait time is excruciating. Selected the $12 wash with all the bells and whistles , so to speak , and waited for what seemed like 20 mins for the 3 cars ahead of me to get their washes done.When my turn did come, I found out how painfully slow the machine is. Maybe it s taking time because it s cleaning too well but overall I didn t notice any improvement over other car washes I have done.Also, towards the end, be prepared to hear - noise louder than twin jet plane engines when the blow dryer comes on. Your car wipers will rattle, your car will shake and then, only then, can you be on your way.

Car wash here is terrible. Does not do a good job removing dirt.If your car has some layer of dirt that requires agitation to remove, don't waste your money because the power wash method will just create a smear of dirty water all over the body of your car. For light dirt it will probably do the job.

Nice automatic car wash (brushless variety with jets). $6 gets you a basic wash with no blow dry. $8 includes the blow dry, which we usually go for. $10 includes some extra gimmicks (color polish wax, rain shield surface protection) which I haven't tried. Seems quite popular - there is often a queue.

My experience overall has been fine the few times I've been to this particular gas station (although I had never really interacted with the manager/attendants/etc. before), but earlier today my credit card was compromised after fraudulent charges were made in Michigan. According to my bank, this probably happened via a card reader, and my best guess is that one (or more?) is installed at this particular gas station, since that's the only charge I've made to my card in the past few days and the unauthorized activity in Michigan took place a short while thereafter. I'm calling back tomorrow to speak with the manager, and the individual I spoke with earlier today seemed pleasant enough -- just wanted to throw this out there and say be careful in the meantime!

Leaves dirty car often, only good for very little dirt on waxed, or polished car. Wash only should cost one dollar

Really bad service at the office. Since this stations changed the program at the pump and made it impossible to enter your Safeway rewards at the pump the line at the office to process your pre-payment and capture you rewards is getting long. And the attendance is not exactly please to help all people in line with the same request. He even declined credit cards payments by not processing. He just want people not to pay with the safeway rewards and credit cards at the office. I called my credit card company and they told me that he never request any authorization he was not even processing the amount of transaction requested. When I return back in line and told him, this time he just processed and pretend he didn't know what happened. really bad customer service I hope they reprogram the pumps the old pump program worked better.

Good wash. One of the only gas stations that still has free air without having to buy gas. Also, there is usually soap and clean water in the windshield squeeze buckets.

Mom went for gas today at the disability marked pump, placard in view. The sign says to honk if you want assistance. She honked several times while the attendant was engaged in a long conversation with someone at the cash office..Finally she pumped the gas herself using a cane for mobility. Driving out there is a sign that states there is handicapped service.

Touchless car wash, machine takes credit card. There is no discount on the gas for using the car wash. There is often a line for the wash.

I don t normally get gas here because there are cheaper alternatives. The reason I do come here is because they offer air for free without the need to ask. This is where I come to check my tire pressure.

We were going to stop at Arco first. We thought that it would do. That was our sad little plan. We had no hopes. No dreams. No. This was someone better.We never got his name, but that really adds to his mystique, doesn t it. We ve all heard about the fallen angel, but don t Newton s laws say that for every reaction, there is an equal and opposite reaction? Satan fell, and our Chevron man rose past heaven. To super heaven. All hail our new Super God! Chevron man!He changed our wiper fluid like the legend he is, but when we tipped him what we had (but anything less than 30 tons of solid gold and a first born son is not worthy of Chevron man). And did he accept it? No! The generosity! God gives young kids bone cancer, but super god loves us all. Let s have them trade.They have snickers there too, which was nice.

NO RESTROOM. Stopped by get some gas, they refused to give me the keys for restroom because it was after 9?!? There was no sign or notice and I could have stopped easily somewhere else to get gas.

A car rinse, not a wash. Get the cheap one when you simply need to rinse off mud and aren't concerned about spots.

Does not carry diesel. When I Google "Diesel Stations near me" ; there should be diesel fuel at those stations. Please fix this Google.

Upgraded car wash. Best machine operated one I been to.
