Insurance had me bring my car here for repair work on the front of the vehicle. They fixed everything but when I got the car back my AC was mysteriously not working. After doing a brief diagnostic and determining there was most likely a leak somewhere, they expected me to believe that it was just a coincidence that this leak started while the car was in their possession getting manhandled by their mechanics. They ve denied all responsibility. Save yourself the trouble and the money and take your car someplace else!

Juan, the service advisor, had amazing customer service and was phenomenal at keeping me updated regarding the work I was getting done and answering any questions I had. I did receive my car a day late but that was due to it being the holidays which is understandable. During the inspection of receiving my car I was satisfied with the results of my car, the paint had no orange tint and the car was cleaner than when I first dropped it off.

Great customer services during and after the repair. I brought in my car for a malfunctioning tailgate after it was replaced here 7 months ago. Lennell really took the time to have technicians to inspect the car and tried options to get it fixed, and it worked in the end! Thank you Lennell! I'm very impressed by the customer services here and would highly recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a repair shop for your car, you will be in good hands!

The staffs here were super rude, and their technicians were an absolute disaster. They "fixed" my front bumper after the accident, but as soon as I picked up my car and drove home, the right fender liner fell off. I had to ask for warranty service, they told me they will order the part and let me know when I can bring my car to the shop to fix. But they left me hanging for a frustrating two weeks. No response from my technician, and when I called, they casually said I'd have to wait another two weeks for an appointment. Are they serious? It's as if they're avoiding fixing my car because I already paid and this was just warranty. Their front desk is so incompetent and unprofessional. If you care about your car, steer clear of this place. It's a complete waste of your time and money!

At first when you walk in, it seems a little bit unfriendly, but once you re asked if you re here for your vehicle, the whole atmosphere changes. Customer service was excellent and helpful. They did everything to make you feel re-assured that my vehicle was well taken care of. Lennell & Joe We re awesome and patient. And again I would like to apologize to the actual people who did the body work for the accusation of misplacing my belongings. I need to learn to throughly check things before saying anything. Overall, I read some of the reviews that had very bad rating's, but that definitely was not my experience when I got to there. I would definitely recommend this place, because they did an excellent job on my vehicle. Thank you Caliber Collisions for the great work you did on my truck. It doesn t even look like it was ever hit. Keep up the good work Ernie Hinojosa

Very unfriendly inspection staff. Inspection staff tried to get rid of your as soon as possible speaking in hyper speed tone. Miscommunication between front desk, inspection staff and insurance company. Mixed up my estimation appointment. I only get the general official message from the inspection staff. Not great experience at all. Not over price. Definitely not great deal at all for such disappointing customer service.

Juan and technicians team did a stellar job with the panel painting (no orange peel), and the blending of the back passenger door was out of this world. The finishing touches on the polishing, then the washing, cleaning and vacuuming of my vehicle was a very touching detail

I'm writing while the car is still there. Risky, right? I assume the work will be good, but the communication has been TERRIBLE. No one would tell me how long it would take before I dropped it off, so I dropped it off anyway. Would it be ready today was the only thing I needed to know. Joe wasn't there yet (9:30) but would call me once he got in. No call all day. I left a message in the afternoon. No call back. The next day, no call so I called again. I did get a late voicemail that said he's checking with the technician and will call you by EOD. Can you guess whether I got a call? (No). It's now day 3. I've called again. Supposedly they'll call me back soon. Remember, this is something that I had initially hoped would be a 1 day job.

I had an amazing experience here last month. I initially had my car repaired here several years ago after a fairly significant accident. A few months ago, I noticed some cracking in an area that was re-painted after the accident. I didn't think Caliber would do anything about it since it had been several years, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to have them examine their work. To my surprise, the excellent manager Lennell Wade took full responsibility and authorized a repair under their lifetime warranty. Not only did he work around my schedule to make it easy to drop off the car, but he also covered a rental car for the few days that they needed. There was a minor hiccup after I got the car back, which he again resolved immediately. Lennell was incredibly responsive and provided a truly above and beyond professional experience.

Superb Caliber Service During Covid-19 Auto Parts Supply Chain Problems!Caliber worked wonders to repair our car. I have used Caliber for over 20 years, and the Mountain View CA shop has always done superb Ten Star work at a fair price with great service. A well-managed shop with a great crew.Our Scion had all front-end plastic and one headlight sheared off when a typical Los Altos bad "HUGE SUV" driver ran a 4-way stop --- where my wife had the right of way. We needed all new front end plastic, minor sheet metal repair, a new headlamp, and serious steering repairs. Given the extreme plastic damage, the near total lack of sheet metal and mechanical damage (except the steering) was remarkable.Even incompetent Los Altos drivers can be precise butchers if they get really lucky. And we were lucky and then we did very well to pick Caliber to do the work.Caliber rounded up all of the parts, installed them beautifully, repainted the right front fender and door and cleaned up the rest of our car, both inside and out. And now my wife's baby looks and runs GREAT again. And they repaired it faster than we expected, even though there auto parts are difficult to find due to Covid supply chain issues.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Have an appointment at 7:30am today. The insurance agent told me the wrong location, so get there at 7:50am. On the call to Caliber they say arrive after 7:30am so I supposed it is fine.Wait in front desk for 7 minutes someone comes (Juan?) and says you are late(with some attitude maybe he is not happy last night?) and I have to serve others, you have to wait. The guy seems not in good attitude, which is totally understandable, maybe he is not a morning guy.Then after 30 minutes at 8:28am, the guy comes back and says today is fully booked I have to reschedule some slot after 11am, I cannot do that due to work. I did the 7:30am appointment for good reasons.Only two sets of customers are there, and I have been checked in for over 30mins, then you tell me to reschedule?I confirmed he cannot serve me, and he said he is not the guy to blame since I am late. Even though during the call they said exactly that drop the car after 7:30am.Ok, sounds I am the idiot. I don t like the feeling and his attitude. So here is your negative review.

This was my first time ever having to have a vehicle taken to a body shop, working in automotive I understand that repairs are lengthy but over all experience was at at a reasonable time with excellent results. My Advisor Juan as well the Caliber staff went above my expectations. Would definitely recommend for any body work.

If you are reading this then you are likely looking for a body shop or your insurance Caliber Collision as one of their body work service providers for your car. I want you to know, that, 1)Absolutely wouldn't have had it any other way. Caliber Collision was a superb experience. These guys are probably the rudest people I have ever come across. Can't speak for their work because I couldn't get past the front desk in about 4 attempts. I needed some body work done and I was fully covered by insurance. But the front desk guys couldn't be bothered to hear me out. They simply would say "we don't know how to look up your insurance info. can you call later" or "we don't know.. no one is around to help" - Jesus! they don't need customers. They are happy to put some guy on the phone that couldn't care less about prospective customers.. Imagine dealing with these folks if I had actually dropped my car there! dodged a bullet.

Superb job! Amazingly friendly! Dave, Marie and Angel are the best. If you need any work done from complete paint to fender bender, go there! They know what they are doing and have been doing it a long time!

Kind people working there, butI expected to get my car back in similar condition as before my accident which did not happen.Several sensors were not working properly and no mention of it was made before I returned my rental car. Had to take it to the dealership to try and work out problems. When at the dealership, they pointed out some molding that wasn t installed correctly.Finger pointing with the insurance company and overall problems at pickup time are the reason for my low score. The paint job looks good and car was delivered on time despite not being finished. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car has been there since August, and it is November now, more than two months passed. The only word I got is they are still waiting for parts. No estimated time for when the parts will arrive. So be prepared to wait indefinitely if you send your car there.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I had high expectations bringing my vehicle to Caliber Collision and was let down horribly. I should have known to just walk after experiencing rude and discriminatory behavior from staff, that discredited my military service. Which left my experience with Caliber Collision very depressing and anxiety stricken. To make a long story short my vehicle wasn t repaired or replaced into the pristine condition that my vehicle was in before the rear-end collision happened.

I have used them twice in the last 6 years. The quality of the work was excellent. The job was completed earlier than promised. One thing to keep in mind. And this may apply to any body shop. The initial quote may not be accurate, as additional work may be needed once they take a closer look and see internal damage My final price was 2x the original quote.

While they r good with the mechanical side, they still do not know how to repair and test for electronics in modern cars with a lot of driver assist features. Gave the car back without testing for errors that are showing up in app .Also, the car was in the shop for a long time (6 weeks) waiting for parts from Kia dealer yet they did not use the time to u dersrsnd the focus on the repairs and calibration to the electronics and software side of the repairService: Body & Trim

Fixed an issue with my bumper. Rudy was great in handling the entire process, with constant communication. Do note that appointments are usually 1 to 3 weeks out, so plan accordingly.

Absolutely horrid communication. Has messed up my day twice with incomplete information on repair completion timeline. The second time I was on the trip to the shop after the posted completion time when I was told they would need another 24 hours.Additionally, having to wait 20 minutes for an advisor, even though an appointment is set, is completely unacceptable. But that's nothing compared to the communication issues here.
