The BMW in Mountain View gave me exceptional experience with the service. Everything was professional, smooth and fast.Huge shout out to Kevin who is one of the best technician I ever dealt with. Can't complain about anything. Also sales people gave me a trade in price which was too low. So I'll be happily driving my X5 without any thought to sell it.

Mountain View BMW service is the best service I have ever had!! And Kyle is the best with setting up appointment and always keeping me informed and working to give me the best deal available. I really appreciate it!! And when needed I get a loaner, which is so helpful!! They have also over time taken great care of my car and I have very few if any problems. Thanks for your great service!!

Our service Rep Justin Wyatt was awesome! He very patient, kind, and professional. He explained the details of my car service and made our experience very comfortable. Justin made me us feel like he appreciated us being there verses that feeling like we should be appreciating him. It's nice when service reps are kind and patient. Thanks Justin. Not super happy with the experience. This was the second trip I made to the dealership for perma plate, the first being cancelled AFTER I arrived at the dealership. I was fine to let that go, things happen and schedules get messed up. The current visit started great. The loaner car was ready when I arrived. I was in and out quickly. It was supposed to be a two hour process and I was in first thing in the morning...simple. Near the end of the day, I reached out to ask if my car would be ready before close. I received no answer. It was Saturday so I would be in the loaner until Monday. Monday came and went, no contact from the dealership. Tuesday morning I emailed to ask when my car would be ready. I received nearly an immediate call back saying my car was ready...I was thrilled. I drove to the dealership at lunch to get my car. As I walked over to it I noticed it was covered in fine dust/pollen. Clearly it had not been finished Tuesday morning. I emailed the service advisor over lunch, asking exactly when my car had been completed and told him the car was covered in dust. The response was "oh it was finished midday yesterday", no response to the fact that I got the car back actually in worse shape than I dropped it off.Bottom line...super unhappy.

The whole shop does a great job. Techs are quick and efficient. Service Advisors are personable and are on top of their stuff. I had never brought a car for service at a dealer before but Kyle O makes it too easy to go anywhere else.

I had such an incredible service experience thanks to my service advisor, Kevin! Kevin was friendly, polite, professional, and very accommodating the entire process - from the initial booking and up to the point my car was returned. He went above and beyond in any way possible to ensure my BMW 330i and I were well taken care of. overall experience was definitely positive and I would highly recommend this location to anyone seeking exceptional customer assistance.

BMW provided a nice loaner car while getting a 30,000 mile service. The wait was not too long. They sent me a video of the underbelly of my car and went through the details of what they did. Brandon is my service representative and he made sure I had everything I needed before I left. Would recommend

Hugo helped me on my car annual maintenance service. Had excellent experience with Hugo. He was very open and honest, and explained things very clearly to me . Hugo did not push me for purchasing any non-mandatory services. If I need more service or change parts for my BMW in future ,will definitely contact Hugo.

Brandon was super helpful and courteous. I went in close to closing time due to a growing wind shield crack and he was able to get me scheduled and off fast enough for me to go rent a car before closing. Through the process he was very nice to work with.

My early 2000 BMW s passenger side front window won t roll up completely leaving a gap between the window and the door frame. So I took the car to the dealership on Dec 26 and I was told it would cost more than $900 to change the motor and repair. I decided to opt out and asked them to manually fix the window position to return it into the door frame because they will charge me $310 for one hour labor anyway. I picked up the car on the following day and left without inspection because I trusted the service team at the dealership. I have been using BMW of Mt View for every service during the past 6-7 years. Then I found out after I got home that the window was left the way it was when I dropped it off originally. So they charged me one hour labor for nothing. I called the service rep on the same day and I was told they will look into it. Well, there has been no response since then. I wonder if they always overcharge their customers since there is no way for a regular consumer to figure out how many hours of labor is really needed. I am an old man now and I thought I knew people. It really broke my heart knowing someone I trusted took advantage of me.

The entire team at BMW MountainView has been exceptional. Whether sales, or service, it's been great. My service contact, Justin, has made sure the service team babies my little i3, and I am super grateful for their kindness, generosity, and professionalism. I am happy to have this team as my go-to for my beloved vehicle!

Service was superb! Wayne is very attentive and is prompt to give updates and times when car will be ready. The only issue was I waited 25 minutes for my car to be delivered (they had told me it was ready) and we found out the guy who was supposed to bring it to me had his radio in his pocket turned off!

I recently visited BMW of Mountain View to get all four tires changed, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided by advisor Wayne Chan. Wayne was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and ensured that the tire change was done efficiently and effectively. The overall service at BMW of Mountain View was exceptional, and I highly recommend Wayne and the team for all your automotive needs.

Good service, good techs, but they still pull the found something small wrong that will cost $1500 to fix game. I understand it s corporate pressure, just have to deal with it unfortunately-do your due diligence. Or - be best friends with your indy mechanic.

I needed an oil change and new filters, as always I received great service and a video showing me the undercarriage of my car with a description of how the engine, tires, brakes were wearing. BMW of Mountain View offers great service.

Living up to the definition of "stealership" every time I go in for service. I truly know better and mostly avoid the dealership but yesterday was the last opportunity to have the dealer do a full check before warranty expired. It starts with an incomprehensibly bad appointment system which is both confusing and proved no way to edit your appointment (or apparently get any notification and reminder) if you leave the immediate confirmation screen. Arrival at the center is smooth and easy, but the upsell starts immediately, from moderately worn back tires (not really) to "your battery probably needs to be replaced based on age". On the battery, the alarm bells go off especially since they havent actually tested the battery and when asked to they offer a $300 electrical inspection fee to "tell you if the upsell is required". Seriously. The lounge is comfortable but no notifications or updates and when I went to check 2 hours later, another agent had to help me (as mine was busy with a customer) and he confirmed my car was done. How long would I have waited if I hadnt gone and checked. All service was done, the simpliest warranty service they could muster and then....they lost my car in the garage....and couldnt find the keys...... The desk agents (and my service agent) were all very nice during this extra 20min wait and I didnt make a fuss, but seriously.....a comedy of errors listening to the walkie talkie chatter. Bottom line, as I probably already knew, dont go to the dealer unless you absolutely have to, its just not worth it especially with great independent shops all around us.

Just purchased my x3 and navigation went out... out of warranty. Kevin in the Mountain View location was very helpful and tried his best to get me the best out of pocket price. Hopefully I won't need to have my x3 serviced for a long time.

I always choose BMW Mountain View to maintainance because the service advisors, cashiers and cleaners there are always friendly and give customers a smile and greeting.But had a bad experience today (1/12/2024 around 10:20am) there was a guy who was responsible for delivering my car to the curb and he had airpods and had a big beard. I said hello sir, but he didn't seem to hear anything and very rudely gave me my car keys and left quickly. I mean please respect your customers and your job, I'm pretty sure he is not qualified to do any customer service. Not sure if will come back again.
