5 stars all day for this dealership! Everything is really nice and clean, and well laid out here. I saw a used car online in their inventory, went to look at it, and decided I would be purchasing. My salesperson was Edwin, who was excellent. Everything was so easy and fast. My finance manager was Leo, who was equally awesome. The GM also came by to say hello and he was a very genuine and nice man. The employees were the highlight of the dealership. Coming in at a close second, they had great coffee, fed me pizza, and cupcakes. What more can a girl ask for?!

Everyone knows that the car buying experience can be a bit intimidating at times - but not with BMW of Mountain View. My advisor Mr Gaurav (G) was very helpful and really worked with me. Kevin and MAC are the guys!! From the first contact, I knew there was no one else I would rather buy from. I worked with Kevin and Muhammad Abdullah Chaudry (MAC) to buy a certified pre-owned BMW 540i xDrive M-Sport. Kevin made the process seamless and has so far offered nothing but excellent customer service. MAC was an excellent finance manager, who helped us select the best suited addons and offered very competitive pricing on them.I appreciate their transparency too. After buying over a dozen cars, I can say that is something you don't always find in this business. They were courteous and genuinely enjoyable to work with throughout the process. 10/10, thank you Kevin and MAC!

Had a really disappointing experience at BMW Mountain View today. When I walked into the showroom, the receptionist had to practically beg a salesman to attend to us.When they did find one, Mark Ivensky's demeanor was immediately off putting. When I told him what models I was interested in, he was very unreceptive to what I was saying.We took a test drive and when asked about features on the car, all he could say was that it had "good apple car play & a steering wheel warmer". I was hoping to hear more about different features than what basically comes standard on most luxury cars.After driving completely silently for about 15 minutes with him for in the back seat idly looking out of the window, we returned to the dealership where he literally said absolutely nothing to me ,the driver, or the other the occupants in the car. After inquiring on the price and about more features, he quickly checked on his phone and muttered the price.No talk of purchasing the vehicle and did not seem interested in selling a car at all. Really disappointed in that BMW dealership as I was hoping to purchase.We left feeling very dissatisfied and with the feeling that he took one look at us and confirmed we couldn't afford that car. This makes me want to never buy a BMW.I guess I will have to do another Mercedes, their salespeople were much nicer!

BMW of Mountain View staff is very kind, professional, knowledgeable, and punctual on getting my car s recalls done. They were able to get my services scheduled in a timely manner. They also inspected my car and advised me on a few other things that they saw that may need attention in the near future. I definitely recommend this service department!

We recently had a great experience purchasing a custom order BMW from this dealership. We did a good amount of internet research before we went car shopping and test-drove several comparable models across brands (Audi, Porsche, Lexus, etc.). We settled on a BMW and this particular dealer after realizing we liked this car's handling and features more, especially after a great experience and no-pressure test drive with Leo G, one of the internet sales managers. They did not have the exact specs for the model we wanted, so we negotiated a deal for our custom car and placed the order. Leo G kept us in the loop throughout the production process and let us know once the vehicle arrived at the dealership. We test-drove the car, which was as fun as we remember during our decision process. We worked with Leo L in finance to put the finishing touches on our deal and drove out after everything was settled. The whole BMW of Mountain View team was attentive and treated us with respect. I highly recommend working with Leo G if you are considering getting a BMW.

Brought my car in for the airbag recall. From the minute I arrived I felt like I was in good hands. I was greeted cheerfully and with great skills to make me feel good about with what was to follow.My service tech Wayne assured me that my car would only take two hrs. And he was right on the money. My call to make the appt. Gave me wrong info and said it would take all day. I was very pleased. The lounge area was really nice too. Relaxing and the time went by really fast. Great experience

I purchased a 2017 BMW M4 Competition certified pre-owned from this dealership around a year ago. When I bought the car, it had some minor damage on the wheel that I asked to have repaired, but wasn t overly concerned about because I was assured by the salesman that it was just curb rash. I also noticed some potential discoloration or paint mismatch on the fender, but the sales rep swore they didn t see it and that it s never been in an accident or been repainted. In order to see it, the light had to be just right, and he was able to convince me that I wasn t seeing what I thought I was seeing. We pressed him really hard about the accident report, because even if an accident report is clean, a dealership knows that means nothing (someone could have not reported the accident and just repaired it with cash). It has a clean carfax, but that in itself means nothing. Well, unfortunately the sales people at BMW Mountain View lied to me and basically scammed me. The car has undoubtedly been in an accident, and based on what I know about the CPO inspection process, they undoubtedly knew about it. This car should have been $10,000 cheaper. I was scammed. Do not buy a car here. Proceed with caution. CPO means nothing at this dealership. How do I know this? Read below.I recently took it for an alignment to a trusted shop (BMW certified, works with the dealership for wholesale parts, etc) in Mountain View. The shop found the following, all unreported and intentionally hidden from me by BMW Mountain View:- fender has been repaired and repainted- strut knuckle assembly and strut have been in a major impact and are bent beyond repair- caster and camber are completely out of spec and cannot be brought back into spec without spending around $6k- unreported undercarriage damage- wheels had been refinished to cover their tracksI have followed up with the sales team at BMW Mountain View asking them to make this right and come clean, but they pretend they know nothing. They even tried to imply that the damage could be from me. Once the money is in their pocket, you do not matter to them. Do not trust this dealership, and especially do not trust them for used cars, not even CPO.

Good sales department from my experience, friendly and professional. However, be aware, autozone(who owns the dealership) will attempt to sell *extremely* expensive warranty contracts/strange anti theft devices with their finance guys. It s basically highway robbery in my opinion. Just say no if you ve done your research on the vehicle and you can assume some risk.They were willing to remove the contracts (per California law) after some back and forth after purchase.

I scheduled a BMW touch-up service last week in the hopes of addressing paint chips on my car. Unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing. Firstly, the service supposedly covered the entire car's paint, but they did not wash it and only addressed the specific areas I pointed out. I have serious doubts about the effectiveness of such an approach in comprehensively resolving the paint chips on my car. Secondly, the patched areas are uneven, making the original paint chips still visible whether they were touched up or not.Throughout this process, I invested not only money but also a considerable amount of time and effort, from scheduling the appointment to waiting at the dealership. Initially, I believed that spending a bit more money on a professional service like BMW of Mountain View would yield superior results compared to a DIY kit, as seen on YouTube. However, I was mistaken, and the outcome was far below my expectations. If I had known this would be the result, I might have invested in a more professional service from the beginning. Now, having already attempted a touch-up, it seems I may need to spend even more money to have someone else properly address the issue. I am truly disappointed with the overall experience.

BMW of Mountain View is a very attractive facility. The staff is courteous and responsive. My service advisor Justin Wyatt is the best! He kept me informed as to the status of my repair. He stayed late so I could pick up the repaired car after normal closing hours.

100% Recommend this place - for Service of your BMW if you own one.Very friendly and helpful customer service for maintenance and annual service needs of my car (Oil Changes, Wheel Alignment, Engine Diagnostics, etc).Special shout out to Kyle O. from the Service Department. He always steps it up to offer the best possible customer service. Amazing guy definitely deserves a promo / raise with his positive attitude and excellent customer service.

I recently visited the BMW dealership in Mountain View for a simple tire mounting and balancing service. My initial impression was positive, as I was promised a swift one-hour service. However, upon arrival, I was informed of a longer wait time of nearly three hours due to the dealership being busy. While this was a bit unexpected, I appreciated the clear communication and adjusted my schedule accordingly.The team did complete the service within the revised timeframe.However, while driving on the highway post-service, I felt the car vibrate when the previous tires had zero issues. This was disappointing, especially considering the premium reputation of the BMW brand and the expectations that come with it.The need to return to the dealership for resolution is a huge inconvenience, particularly after such a routine service.

Branden, my service manager at BMW of Mt. View, always goes above and beyond to ensure efficient and excellent service of my car. He recently got my car in for a same day service when I needed it asap, and my car was up and running the same day. I couldn't thank him more for his help when I needed it most. He's incredibly responsive and it's clear he has his client's best interests in mind. I always feel like I can count on him to ensure I get excellent service. Plus, he's just a really nice guy. I highly recommend Branden and BMW of Mt. View!

I went here about two weeks ago to purchase a car and the Sales associate (Sam) that was assisting me was very pleasant and patient. That s the only reason this review gets two stars.However, Jella (nicknamed Jay) the Sales Manager made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He tried to portray himself as helpful, but he was overly aggressive and even spoke to me in a condescending tone. The switch up in his personality was off-putting. I have never had such a poor experience at a car dealership. Thankfully, I found a car elsewhere and was treated respectfully throughout the entire process. If you re a woman, I wouldn t recommend visiting this dealership without a male.

I am very satisfied with the service advisor (Hugo) and the loaner policy but I am giving a 3 star review for 2 reasons. 1. I had to wait 2 days to get a technician to see why there was a yellow light on my 7 month old X5 plug in hybrid. Then I didn't get my car back for an additional 4 days and it turns out that all it needed was a software upgrade. 2. The dealership didn't even have the car washed when it was returned to me. I know that this is minor but was still below normal expectations from a luxury car dealership

I was really disappointed in my experience at BMW Mountain View. I had booked an appointment to view and potentially purchase a 2024 BMW X2. The original salesperson I spoke to was unavailable for our appointment so I was paired with someone named Eric. The FIRST thing we were told was just so you know we have an appointment at 3. Okay.. well I m spending $60,000 on a brand new car so maybe don t start off the interaction with what was essentially code for, i don t have time for you. Frankly, he gave off an attitude that he couldn t be bothered and it was an inconvenience to be working me. When we headed to the lot to see the car, he gestured his hand toward the car. When I told him I wasn t interested in purchasing an M model, because I didn t need a sporty fast car, he said he be back to check more inventory before I could ask anything. He never offered to answer questions or gave any information about the models I was considering for purchase. He didn t attempt to get to know me, never smiled, and really made no attempt to understand that I was a first time car buyer with a secured lender who would have easily bought a car had we been given at the very least, some sort of kindness and care. After we left I received a text where are you . The experience was grey, unpleasant, and not luxurious at all. I recognize that in Mountain View/ Los Altos, car buyers walk in everyday and can easily purchase anything they lay their eyes on. I too could have purchased a vehicle if I had been given even 1% of the energy that was being given to the consumers around me. But instead the air felt tense and full of judgement. It was sad. This is my first experience with BMW and would have gladly purchased a car yesterday, but today is my test drive with Tesla (who have been kind and attentive) and BMW MV may have pushed me right into that purchase. So I guess I can thank them for that.

We bought our 2023 X7 in April 2023,, from BMW Mountain View and could not be happier. Now having gone through two services - Big shout out to Hugo Cardenas and team, who have been so helpful and caring when we needed to move child car seats as well as get loaner cars or taxi rides. Hugo really went above and beyond and would recommend him highly.

Very recently purchased this beautiful Audi s3 from bmw of Mountain View loved the vehicle from the moment I seen it, Robert A the sales man that helped me had excellent customer service and patience will definitely recommend going to him! And also thanks to finance manager Sean F who helped us get an outstanding warranty on this vehicle and great person with years of experience in car industry.

Kevin Loftus was an excellent Service Advisor. I did not initially have an appointment. Per the cashier, the first available appointment with a Service Advisor was more than 2 hours later. Kevin came out immediately and took care of the service my car needed, saving me a 2 hour wait.

Always reliable and easy to schedule. Branden Casey has been my trusty SA throughout my ownership for quite a few cars. This most recent visit I was in a hurry and scheduled within a days notice for an express oil change and I didn't specify an SA figuring Branden's busy. Got on Wayne Hong's to-do list and he was courteous and professional and detail-oriented. Hats off to the whole team.

I recently bought an X3 and my experience in working with Leonid Gortovnik and Shahram Fakhraie across the end-to-end deal process was superb. Leo attentively listened and productively executed on each step of the sales process (he was also sincerely patient when I kept missing the correct exits on our test drive! hah!). Shahram was articulate in explaining financing options and made it comfortable to make the right extended warranty decisions. There was also a sharp guy from the merchandise desk who was diligent with my requests to check for different sizes. Overall, I felt I was taken care of with professionalism, patience/efficiency wherever each was needed, and a sincere desire to get the deal done in a way that left me happy. Keep up the great work fellas!

The car was the exact spec I was looking for, deal was excellent, they treated me well on the trade, and the process was super smooth, from the first email through the final signing. They send an appointment date for service via email and I confirmed it. Showed up on the scheduled day only to be told they don't have me on their books and that the guy who scheduled the appointment didnt work there anymore. Absolutely disappointing. They didn't try to reach out to me to change the date or give me any options. Just blamed it "on the other guy who didn't work there anymore".I took the time out of my day to drive all the way there, what a waste! It wasn't an appointment made over the phone, they confirmed that appointment via email and yet dropped the ball and blamed it on someone.I would not recommend them.Update:Finally got the car serviced this week. They did a great job. There was constant communication with the team. Excellent team work!

This was our first service on our new M2 and BMW of Mountain View did a fantastic job. We did the express service and the car was ready in an hour. The Staff are very professional and we even received a video from the mechanic with a review of what he checked and did.
