Great experience with this shop! Highly recommend!David was great. He was able to get the tires I wanted in stock in less than 24 hours.Jose did put new shoes on Titan (the car), did a battery check, and alignment, and loaded up my ROFs since they were still in good shape. Thank you guys!

I experienced awful service from not just the store but also management.I chose Big O Tires to install 4 new tires on my truck. After they returned my truck and even complimented me on how good the tires looked, all 4 of my chrome-plated wheels were damaged around the edges. Big O Tires took responsibility for the damages and let me know that they "disciplined" the installer, but after dropping the truck off for two days they said that they could not fix or replace the wheels. Instead, they offered me a free oil change or a discount on other tires. I spoke with two people in management hoping they would bring me answers but after initial contact avoided my emails and never called me back. I am disgruntled by the quality of work and lack of customer service from this location and Big O Tires.

Kayden is always there to treat me with Top Notch service. He always gets me great discounts.I enjoy his pleasant attitude. He actually enjoys his work. That is refreshing.THIS IS THE PLACE I come to for mostly all of my service needs for my Cherokee. When I m not here, I m at the dealer due to under warranty rules.Thank you BIG O TIRE GUYS

They charged me $160 and when i ll take new tire i have to pay + 100 but now they wanna +250. So total is $410+tax Waste time and money. Now i have to be back to New Hampshire and i need tire. I waited for special order a week. I ll never visit again that business . They said lie for made business

Super friendly person who worked at the front desk, responsive phone support, able to order tires online online. Ample parking. Appointment or same day service available if the tires you want are in-stock, which I appreciated, especially with the rain.Why two stars? Because I paid $89+ for an alignment but my car is far from being aligned. My car now has a strong pull to the right. Even if I adjust my hand position on the steering wheel, the significant pull will cause the car to switch lanes quickly. My car wasn't like that before.Taking it elsewhere to fix the alignment so I'm using it as an $89+ lesson learned and a warning to others. Also, for about two days after installation, I had a loud noise was coming from the back passenger tire area that wasn't there prior (not the brakes), although it has resolved somewhat with driving. I would recommend for tires, friendliness of front desk staff, but BEWARE if you are purchasing an alignment.

Just bought a new Tesla but one of the tire pressure is running low. Made an appointment for diagnostic and repair the same day. The whole process was easy and painless. The tech found the problem and fixed it and checked all the other tires also. Excellent job in about an hour and I left happy and knowing I will not see the low pressure warning on my screen. Thanks for a great job and very reasonable price.

Needed to replace tire monitors, they gave me a price. I had found tire monitors online and had purchased them and asked if they would install them for me. Had intended it as a father & son project but ran out of time. They installed them for a reasonable price with no upsell pressure. Waited in a nice room with internet, they were prompt, friendly, and helpful . This was my second visit, both very satisfactory. I will return!

Replaced tires on my wife s BMW and saved a lot of money coming to Big O tires in Mountain View as opposed to getting the work done at the dealership. George is great! Answered all my questions and really took care of me. Highly recommended! When my 4Runner needs new tires I m coming straight to George!!! Thank you

This place has great guys who just really take pride in serving the public. Upon entering the front, a man behind the desk greeted me with a smile and asked if he could help me. Right away I felt so at ease and comfortable especially being a female. These guys are super honest and professional, I need to get new tires and a break change, this would be my go to place. Thank you to the staff at Big O Tires in Mountain View.

I got one of those coupon mailings that had Big O Tires on it, and I saw that they offered a free brake check among other offerings. I thought this was so cool because I had literally been postponing this for a while. I called and was able to reach someone right away - David. David was VERY helpful and kind, and let me know when would be the least busy times to bring my car in so that I could fit it into my busy schedule. I brought it in today, and the brake check took about 15-20 minutes, so very fast! He let me know the diagnosis in a very professional manner, and gave me some advice for the brake parts (my husband usually does my brakes but he wanted a second opinion). I appreciated this so much. I will definitely be going there in the future to check out their other services!

Had a strange incident at this location. Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Two days later the low tire pressure warning light illuminated which was strange considering they said they had inflated the tires to 35 psi in their report along with the rest of the "checks" they did. I called and they suggested that I may have caught a nail, which would have been quite the coincidence. They said I could come in for them to "take a quick look".Ended up going to Costco to inflate the tired and all of them were deflated to 27 PSI. It's been two weeks since then with no loss of air and no nail to be seen.Now I'm seriously doubting whether or not they used the oil they said they used for my change, and if they did anything else that they stated in the report they gave me. They definitely did not inflate the tires to 35 psi.

5* service here. We've had two sets of tires done by the MV location. Yesterday, the one vehicle which didn't have its tires done by Big O had a tire sensor light go on. Didn't want to risk driving it to the dealer in RWC so I called Big O and asked if they'd take a look & possibly patch it for me if needed. They were very accomodating and told me to bring in the vehicle. Turns out I was just down 6-ish # in each tire which is what activated the sensor. They aired all four up for me and sent me on my way....and in about 1/2 a mile, the sensor notification went away. We've always had great service at the MV location and will continue to take care of all of our tire needs here.

I love this shop and I keep telling my family and friends about it! This is my second time getting new tires there (Mt. View location) and will continue to be their loyal customer. The Customer Service staff is very friendly and accommodating; their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Yesterday, I came with a flat front tire, but they discovered a nail in my rear tire too! Since I ended up replacing both front tires, they repaired my rear tire for free I strongly recommend this shop!Thank you, Big O! You are the BEST!!

Terrible service. I was booked in for a 9am tire alignment. When I checked in they said it would be an hour max. After an hour and a half of waiting I went to check what was going on only to be told they hadn't even started on my car yet as they were still working on cars from the night before. They really don't care about their customers at all and are happy to have you just sit around waiting. Worth noting - the owners of the cars they'd had overnight weren't sat there waiting. Terrible customer service. Avoid.

I went from flat tire, phone call to Big O and and back on the road in under two hours thanks to these guys. Flat tires are always a bummer, but it wasn't a prolonged one this time thankfully. Great customer service, no upcharge, and the best deal in town. Will be using Big O for future needs beyond patch job. They have earned my business.

Today started off rough, but Big O Tires turned it around for me. I came in with a nail in my tire, expecting a hefty fee, but was met with quick, efficient, and incredibly kind service. In an amazing gesture of goodwill, they fixed my tire at minimum (no) charge, turning my day around completely. Huge thank you to the team - your kindness and professionalism have won you a loyal customer. I can't recommend Big O Tires enough!

I called and asked for a quick quote on getting a new set of tires and an alignment. The rep on the phone asked what kind of driving I was doing, and the goal (lowest price, long distance driving, noise, etc...). I really felt like he was looking to provide me a good solution, not just make a quick sale. But, the price was so good, I booked an appointment right away!When I went in at my scheduled appointment time, they re-stated the price and said it was for the alignment and 2 new tires. Yikes! When I said "new set of tires" I wanted 4.After some discussion, and the apparent miscommunication on both of our parts, we can to an equitable solution/price. They got my tires and alignment done within 1 hour and 15 minutes, and I am very happy with their products and service.In another 50,000 miles, I will be back.

Being a Saturday, it was pretty busy. However, I was pleased to be greeted as soon as I parked my car. Got checked in right away and was given an estimate of 1 hr. It took a little bit more (~1hr 45 mins) but I was satisfied with the quality of work done. I feel the car drives much better after the alignment.Will recommend Big O tires, Mountainview to friends an family.

The Team at Big O Tires did an Outstanding job taking care of a flat tire yesterday. David Medina and his Team worked quickly and efficiently to get the new tire in, mount it on the rim and put it back on my truck. A very Professional group of guys and I will continue to bring my truck there for work and recommend to my friends to take their vehicle s in to see David and his Team!! Thank you for your help. Dropped in with no prior appointment for a tire alignment. The gentleman that greeted me had my car in within 5 min and finished my service quickly. They give you a report that shows what degree your tires were at prior to the alignment which I appreciated. All in all, I do recommend this place and will visit again.

After Firestone made me wait 3 hours and sent me away because they couldn't put my tires on I came here and everyone was super nice and quick to help. By far best place I've been for tires. Service was very quick and price was amazing. Will definitely be coming back!

Christian is awesome. I needed a.wheel alignment so my son could drive back to Irvine California. He squeezed me in on a Friday late afternoon. Tech and him stayed beyond their normal closing hour to accommodate me. Very Grateful! Customer was cared for!

Unfortunately, even if the staff was friendly, I dropped my car at 4:00pm, waited on site for the 4 tires to be replaced but left after 5:30pm without the alignment checked. Should be great to know upfront that changing 4 tires will take one hour and a half. Plus, I asked to check for the alignment (as offered for free on BigOTires website) and they didn t do it. Again, will be great to know that they need 2 hours to change 4 tires and to check the alignement so we, as customers, can plan accordingly. This is a too long wait.

I took my car for a wheel alignment last week. I called them to make an appointment but they said it wasn't needed and I could just walk in. When I got there (12:30 pm) they didn't say they were short on staff or it'd take 4 hours. So I walked 10 min to get to the nearest Starbucks to get some work done in the meantime. I called them after two hours to check and they said they haven't started yet. When I complained that it's not acceptable, they like they are short handed and if I want I can take my car and come back another day. Finally after 4 hours (4:30 pm) they started to work on my car and finished the job after 30 min. There was another customer who came after me and he was as frustrated as me. I had a terrible experience and I will never come back. If you really have to take your car to this shop, please be mindful of your time. Hope this comment help people save their time.

Terrible service will not be back. Came in the day before to get an alignment, nobody available, scheduled an appointment for the next day at 4:00. No appointment kept in the system. Told one car in front of me should be about an hour. Come back an hour and a half later, truck still parked in the parking lot. Nothing done. Complete waste of time. If you're short staffed hire more. If no one will work for you, pay them more , and charge more. You could also train stuff better on how to make appointments, and make realistic estimates of time.
