Greg and his team did an amazing job on my car, it was a last minute request but he was able to give me an estimate and repair my paint job on my car within two days.It looks brand new!

WOW!! Bedford Autobody installed a rear window spoiler on my Honda Civic Hatchback, and they did an excellent job!!They are very efficient, and friendly as well. I would highly recommend Bedford Autobody to any friends and relatives!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Usually, I take reviews of auto bodyshops and mechanics with a massive lump of salt as I've found a good fraction of the reviews to be based on how friendly the shop owner is or how cute the office pet is, not how good the end result or how good the pricing is.I can confidently say Greg has earned every positive review he has for a reason. He greets you with a wide open grin, evaluates what it'll take to get the job done, and works with you on what he can do for your budget.Emphasis on the last part. Some nearby shops had taken one look at my car and thrown out some absurd number for repainting the whole car, or had simply refused to work on it as I wasn't willing to shell out for the works. Not Greg. He was upfront about what I could expect for the money I had on hand, and went above and beyond in achieving it. Even when the job ended up being more complicated than what he'd initially thought, he stuck to his original quote. Man of his word.My entire front end had a good amount of road rash from its years on CA highways, and someone had recently cracked my front bumper (composite) by bump parking.Greg patched it all up, repainted and clear coated the bumper, hood, and fenders for a very fair price. Color match is spot-on, not even a hint of overspray, and the panel fitment somehow ended up better than it was before.I have nothing but praise for this place.

I took my car to Bedford Autobody for an estimate on some bumper scrapes. Greg took some solvent and completely rubbed out the scrapes, and didn't charge me anything! Bedford will be my go-to place for autobody work from now on.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Called regarding an estimate for minor damage to my Miata s rear bumper after getting rear-ended at a red light. They have set hours when they do estimates so it s easy to get one quickly without the hassle of scheduling an appointment. They were going to do an estimate based on repainting the bumper but the owner took a look and said they could probably buff it out instead. They did it on the spot for $40 and indeed the buff out worked great. Was really nice to have it fixed on the spot rather than returning later. Very satisfied!

I highly recommend Gregg. I took my car with a dent and scratches in the bumper. He was very quick at giving me an estimate and explain the process. His price is more than fair and the quality of his work is outstanding. He has a lot of integrity and looks out for your best interest as well. I went into Bedford auto body late on a Friday afternoon for a quote to provide to the insurance company. Greg and Jerry were extremely helpful. I I highly recommend them. Outstanding customer service and very accommodating.

Don't go anywhere else. Spectacular customer service. Honest and they don't waste your time. The workmanship is pure beauty. Love this place. Hopefully no more fender benders, but I know where to go just in case. Prices are excellent as well.

This place is unbeatable in terms of quality of service and efficiency of turnaround. You get the sense that they really care about doing right by you and your vehicle. I paid a little more than I have elsewhere but it was worth it. Agree with the other reviewers -- don't go anywhere else!

Bedford Autobody is an amazing spot that deserves the highest praise. I got into an unfortunate accident that wasn't covered by my insurance. They walked me through all the damage and did everything possible to save me costs since I was paying out of pocket. They communicated very well throughout the entire process and kept me up to date on everything that was happening with the car. The final product was amazing, the car looked great and they really went the extra mile to make it look great, including detailing the exterior and interior. Greg Bedford himself is an amazing talented guy who doesn't talk down to you if you don't know much about cars, so overall my experience with this place was spectacular. This is the only place I will ever go to get work done on my car from now on. Thanks a bunch Greg!Service: Body & Trim

Greg was very clear, honest, and upfront about the cost of repairing the car. He walked me around the car to show me what needed to be fixed, went to his computer and put in each item, and showed me the cost. He was really quick about repairing the car (~3 days from when my insurance approved it) and it looks great. Awesome service, would 100% come here again!

You just can't go wrong with Bedford Auto Body. Several times over the last 8 years I have gotten estimates for them and they are prompt, professional and accurate. They explain the process patiently and simply make me feel at home. I like the owner Greg of course, but he has a great crew in Chris, Justin and Pedro in the shop. Bella is Greg's little poodle who is understandably loyal to Greg and everyone. I had great work done with my car and can't be happier with everything.

These guys are awesome! I swung by with an aftermarket bit, and they were happy to help. Spent a good 30 minutes discussing the mounting locations, and other details, and then gave me a very reasonable estimate!They take their time and do things right. And Greg and team is just a pleasure to interact with. If I need more bodywork done in the future, I ll be going back no doubt.Service: Body & Trim

My car was badly dented. I mentioned my problem to Greg Bedford and he saw me the very same day and gave me a repair quote. Not only that, but he coordinated everything with my insurer, took care of the entire repair very promptly and delivered my car back to me looking as good as new and very clean. I couldn t for the life of me see where the repair had been done. The paint was perfectly blended and the finish was seamless. As if that were not enough, Greg also gave me a break on my insurance deductible. Where else can one find service like that. I hope I never have to get more bodywork done, but if I do, I ll definitely go straight back to Bedford Auto Body. Outstanding!

I took my truck into Bedford after my parents accidentally killed its door. We compared prices with the shop next door and it was cheaper, but we probably should have checked more places. The lady who gave us a quote was nice and the owner who gave me the truck back was even nicer. He gave us a bottle of wine before and after the repair.They did a great job replacing the door and repairing the frame. It looks better than it used to.The only downside was that the final price was about $1000 higher than the initial estimate (from approximately $2800 to 3800, which is half the value of the truck). They said it was due to the unseen frame damage which needed extra work, which is understandable and believable. It was hard to see the frame damage with the door on.Overall it Bedford did a great job repairing my truck and had great customer service.

What an amazing job Greg & crew did on my 2001 A6! I bought an after market bumper & grill to make it more current... 2 other body shops didn't want to take on the challenge & basically turned me down. Brought it to Bedford body & Greg took the time to go over the details of the install. The new "RS" grill kit had a piece that instructed to glue it on to the hood. Greg texted me with photos of it and was concerned it would not hold up on high speed. Plus it looked really cheesy, it had a huge gap & just cheap looking! He suggested fiberglass for added strength & the flow of the hood... At this point, no turning back so I said, "let's go for it!" Wow!!! Greg did his magic & made the grill kit look factory. He text me with photos of the progress. Beyond my expectation! Thank you Greg!!!

It's rare that an autobody shop makes this much of an impression. I went to Bedford Autobody about three years ago to fix my under engine guard and a rear door that had gotten scraped up. They did a wonderful job.This was my first experience taking care of car issues by myself and it's taken a few year to realize just how amazing these guys are. I've had a few unrelated issues in my travels and every time I wish I was in the bay area so I could go to these guys to get it fixed.

Fantastic, diligent work at reasonable prices. The owner (Greg) is highly involved in each customer s needs and deeply cares about doing the job right and affordably if he can. He also works on Teslas like a champ. And best part is what he quotes is what you pay, and if you have questions or issues, he makes sure they are addressed.

One of the best places I have gone to!!! Service was incredible and owner (as well as employees) are extremely friendly! Knows exactly what he is doing, and he fixed 20 scratches on my car from a mistake I had made. Would recommend to anyone, and I will return!!!!

Found them unexpectedly. Chris came over, asked what the problem was. Not even 5minutes of hands on tweaking, he told me to turn on the engine. It was fixed!! What?! Pleasant, smart, great experience.Yes, I would go back.Yes, 5 stars.Thank you Chris and Greg.

Just got my Maxima back. They did great work. Had some front end damage and it turned out beautifully. I felt that they were straight shooter's and did not BS me. Turn around time was about 8 or 9 business days. Would have liked to get it back sooner but thats ok, they had to haggle with my insurance company. Thumbs up!
