Good service and decently fast rotation (and free) if you have an appointment.However, the last time I went, they left smudge/oil/dirt marks over my seat and steering wheel... please take care of your customer's cars! I only caught this because of white seats!

Had quite a terrible experience at the shop today.I had an appointment but was left waiting for 1.5 hours until after the shop closed. I asked the technicians about my car s status; and no one knew what happened to it; there was no record whatsoever. The person who checked me in left at 6pm sharp without bothering to provide me any updates.The technician found my key left in the counter. I left the shop not knowing if my car s tires were even checked.If you have tire issues, do not come here.I recommend the ACE Tire in the next block. They have worked my cars before and the service was much better.

After being a loyal customer for the past 8 years, I'm sad to say I won't be returning. The customer service experience was incredibly disappointing. When I attempted to address a refund issue with an employee at the front, they were unable to provide assistance or answer my questions. Upon escalating the matter to the store manager, their demeanor was aggressive and unhelpful, making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Overall, a frustrating and unpleasant experience.

3 other places said my nail-punctured tire was unrepairable, but America s Tire fixed it for FREE! They saved me a lot of money and hassle. Outstanding knowledge and expertise, quick and efficient repair, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend!

I scheduled an appointment and was assured multiple times that it would take 45 min - 1 hr, last time they confirmed when I was dropping the car.It took 2 hr 15 min!!!of which 1:45 the car was sitting on the parking lotAnd only when they they took it in bay they realized that they don't have tires I bought online 3 weeks ago (and got "your order has arrived" confirmation).Then, instead of calling me, they just installed those wrong tires and told me I can come again to replace them.

Honest, courteous, and quick (especially when you have an appointment). I got some black road-patching stuff from city road maintence on my tires, making my ride extremely noisy and rocky. They helped me clean them almost all up after tire rotation and balancing with no charge. Much appreciated. I plan to continue to purchase the tires of all my vehicles there because of their excellent services.

Euricio(?), the Manager before now in Palo Alto location? He will take care of your tire needs as his staff who took care mine at this Sunnyvale store. AT is attentive to their customer service and does a good job in servicing your tire installation. Repeated customer 14 years.

Bought tires online, made an appointment, and showed up on time. Despite that, I had to wait in line for 20 minutes for them to even talk to me, and then after another 40 minute wait I was told they couldn't find the tires I ordered, and that I'd have to come back next week!So I came back, again with an appointment, and while the line was much shorter the appointment time seems to mean absolutely nothing to them as it was well over two hours (!!!) before they even started to service my car, with me waiting in their freezing cold lobby, and they only started then because I threatened to leave after they told me it would be another hour.On the plus side, they were at least polite about it and did eventually get it done. Total time: two hours and 50 minutes. They first quoted me 1-1.5 hours.I strongly recommend just dropping your car off in the morning and having low expectations about when it gets done.

This tire shop offers efficient and courteous service. Marco R. was exceptionally helpful, suggesting optimal options for my van. I left with a new tire in just 50 minutes.

Absolute worst service. I dropped my car off at 10:30am and the guy said they had the tires in stock and could look at it and either repair the flat or replace the tire before 5pm. I received a text at 4:30pm that stated the repair was complete. I went to pick up the car and they said they couldn t repair it and it would take two days to get the proper tire. What a joke. No customer service and my car sat for six hours so it prevented me from taking it to BMW to have it repaired. Thankfully BMW of Mountain View it in immediately tonight, gave me a loaner car, and my car will be ready tomorrow by 12N. Will never return to America s tire. Horrible. You just lost a 13 year customer.

America's Tire used to be great, but it prioritized quantity over quality and the service has suffered as a result. Long lines and no open appointment slots within a week mean even simple tasks like repairing a flat tire will take hours of a customer's time. I used to appreciate the staff's attention to detail, but after my most recent service, the spare tire pressure wasn't checked and it was hastily shoved into the trunk recess.Most seriously, the new tire they installed deflated within weeks of installation, and 2 other customers before me in line had the same issue. When I brought it in, they reinflated it for free but couldn't determine what had caused it to go flat.To be fair, their tire pricing is the lowest I've found and their staff are very polite. But I've found that the real cost is in time and uncertainty, and I've decided to find a better tradeoff elsewhere.

In general I have had very good experience with America Tires. They really care about the customer and ensure that the issues are addressed. They are not overtly pushy on sales and marketing. Hard to find such businesses these days. Staff is professional, competent, courteous.

Came in to drop off my car. Front desk clerk said my car was ready and tried to hand me keys to someone else s car. So that was a bit of a red flag. Then when they installed my new tires they didn t program the TPMs (tire pressure monitors) so I had to come back to get that fixed. They waived the labor costs which was fair of them. But then when I picked up my car for the second time there was tire glue all over the rims and tires, which isn t a huge deal but not very professional. Then come to find out when I drove on the freeway my car was shaking all over the place. I took it to a different shop and they said my tires hadn t been balanced. So won t be going back here. Pretty high level of incompetence for a tire shop in my opinion. 2 stars because they were fair on the labor costs for their mistake.

Great team of employees. They took me last minute before closing to help me repair a slow leak. And they did it for free! I called Good Year and they turned me away. Other places were going to charge me $35. Definitely going back here for my next set of tires

Came in,I did not have an appointment. I stood in line, @0815 reported my issue, staff offered options, boom let's do this. I was out of there by 0944 with 4 brand new tires!!!! Even though the power went out!!!

I dropped off the car, took a Uber home. At 6pm, I called in to ask when the car will be ready. The front desk told me to come back here at 6:30pm to pick up the car, which will be ready.I took a Uber back to this location and was told by front desk that the car hasn t even got into the bay yet and hopefully it would be ready in the next hour.Then why did you tell me to come here at 6:30pm??

I purchased 8 tires here in the past and I rarely bother them to do any free rotation. It was my first time to have an emergency with a leaking tire and I walked in at 9:40am and was told car can be fixed at 11:00. At that time there s only one guy in front of me. The status check page keeps saying eta 11:00 and I checked with the sales guy a couple of times with the timing. Then after 1.5 hour waiting, all the appointments got jumped in front of me and the guy keeps saying my car is the next one. Finally I grab another guy telling me they need to finish all the appointments and there s no garuantee my car can be done in another 1.5 hour. I understand there are appointments, it doest not hurt to tell me the truth before hand I can arrange accordingly not until I wait for such a long time. The manager in charge was rude and not caring, he s like get out or keep waiting forever since the service is free! Ok I got it and I left without checking my car, and I promise I will never shop here again!

Really disappointing. They are turning customers away or expect that you wait for 4 days to get your tire looked at. I've been coming here for ten years and the last couple of times the service was unfriendly, didn't fix the issues, and required coming back twice. Now they're turning customers away all together. I will take my business somewhere else in the future.

Got new tires and had them installed onto new wheels, they recycled my old tires and took the time to properly install the new ones and TPMS transfer from my old tires. Alex took care of my Jeep, he s the best!

Free tire repair is worthless if they make you wait a week to do it. I'll probably purchase my tires elsewhere next time. A great tire shop down the street got me in with no wait.

Had a slow leak on two separate tires. Brought it in for inspection and repairs. They found a nail in both my tires and fixed both, no charge and wouldn t let me pay. They were polite, professional and efficient. Thank you Angel Ortega (Mountain View Store).

Been going here for over 2 years , service is good until this Salesperson Edrick C helped me . I have appointment for tires rebalance and rotation, he checked me in only tires rotation. I did confirmed with him before but still did it wrong. He has horrible customer service. I would not recommended him to anyone!

Update:What a difference 4 years can make; and not in a good way. After several vehicles of ours going through this shop, I'm a little off put by the quality of their work today. When I went to pick up my Van with BRAND NEW wheels and tires, I walk around the vehicle. Half of the wheel centers are not installed and they decided to dynamically balance wheels that have no hub caps. So I have massive silver weights smashed onto the outer lip of these gloss black powder coated rims.Assistant Manager Marco comes out and declares that they always dynamically balance steel wheels. He then tells me that he's never done a static balance on a steel wheel, you can't do that. After he finds my other two wheel centers by the dumpster, he half heartedly puts them on, and I can tell that they aren't secure. I properly tested install of the two he put on and check the other two to discover they are also loose.I try to reason with Marco about how in the last 30 years I've had staticly balanced steel wheels up to 33x12.50s on steel wheels and then he states that I should have requested it on the order form.Nice.I guess I should have assumed that they would have cared about the quality of their work and the aesthetic of their customers car.Old Review:Swung by with a screw in my tire. They were packed with customers. Left the car with them and in less than an hour they had me patched up and back on the road.These guys will definitely be getting a visit from me next time I'm shopping for tires.

The best customer service in MTV hands down. Jeramie Duncan, you are awesome and a big asset to your company. You made my day!Brought my car here on a whim due to nail and tire leak. The team inspected and gave me guidance on tread wear, plugged the tire leak, changed out some tpms parts as best practice, ensured all my tires had perfect optimal pressure and didn't charge a single penny. Are you kidding me? I kept asking, what's the catch?!? I guess this is just one of the reasons why everyone raves about America's Tires....they truly offer the best service and surely I would recommend everyone get their tire needs here.I absolutely know where I'll be spending my money next time for tires and not at the dealership anymore . You guys rock!!!!------------------Most recent visit on 11/30/2020, service was fantastic by Hector A Del Rio Romero and the AT team! Thank you for the Cyber-Monday discount, greatly appreciated.Made an appointment online, was taken care of once I showed up, confirmed that 3 out of 4 of my wheels were out of balance. Resolved steering shaking within 30mins. America's Tire in MTV is 5-Star service, highly recommended!

Great! These people here are very honest and quick! Always book an appointment - takes about 1 hour to get your tires redone. They give you options for different quality and priced tires. Came here on a Wednesday after making an appointment the same morning for a flat fix as I'd run over a nail at some point in the week causing a slow leak. In and out in 20 minutes or so which was really nice, but when I arrived home, I noticed a crack in the paint on the wheel they worked on which I had just gotten refinished. Looks like they might've tightened it down slightly off center while mounting it into the balancing machine. I don't blame them though for a small mistake like this but I think a little bit more care could've been taken.I've been here quite a few times and they've always done a thorough job while being quite fast. Suppose I just got unlucky that day. Will remain a customer here since the work they do is still better than any other tire shop I've been to but will certainly remind the tech next time I bring my car in.

Not entirely honest with customersI need to replace all 4 tires with my Prius and checked Costco web site for Michelin - Defender T + H. I called America's tire and asked if they can match Costco price. Macro told me that they will match Cost co price so I wake up early and arrived 10 minutes before the store open. There were about 7 people already lined up.The service representatives are professional and I showed him Costco price on my Costco app but the final price he came up was about $100 over Costco price. Asked why, he said because they charge installation and some service fees while Costco doesn't.I wasted 2 hours this morning because America's tire didn't tell me the truth which is they won't match with Costco tire price. They can be honest to save everybody time.

Usually great service. But today Palo Alto branch sent me to Mountain View because they had four tires in stock. After waiting in line, then waiting over an hour for them to put the tires on they called to say they only have 2 tires not four and I need to come back next week. If they had checked before I would not have waited, ordered the tires at Palo Alto. Now I have to come back to this location. Is it so hard to check inventory matches what's in the computer before making the customer wait over an hour and have to come back? When I got the keys I asked where's the car parked and they said not sure, out there somewhere. Geez.

I ve been getting all my tires here for the last few years. Friendly staff and they take care of some routine services for your for free if you go there regularly. They hooked my vintage van up with very nice tires and rims.
