It's a hit and miss. They are really good and fast. That counts. But it's there word against there customers and sometimes that can cause a conflict-ion on the customers going back again. Like I said it's a hit and miss even with the tires too not just customer service

First thing I noticed was the Shop is clean and yard is organized. Tires can be a messy business especially when dealing with used product.Helped diagnose a very persistent leak to a valve stem. Replaced in minutes and back on the road for a nominal fee. No attempts to upsell me on things I did not need. Hassle free and honest service. I will be returning next time I have tire issues while in the area.

I have truckS trailers cars with every size tire possible. They have every size tire known to mankind in stock and they re quick and their prices are even better. Recently I purchased 4 used tires 215 70 16 . Mounted balanced taxes total cost $190 however, out of those four tires, there was only one that showed any resemblance of being used. This establishment does not nickel and dime you for tire disposal valve, stems etc. they tell you a price that s the price you pay includes everything

Had a flat tire 1 mile away from the store. They replaced the tire and had us back on the road in less than 30 minutes. (This also happened on a Friday at 3:00 pm). Cheap fast and friendly!

We were heading to San Diego from Twentynine Palms, and our tire sidewall started to fray. Pulled over and threw donut on, and saw these guys were four miles down highway. They had the size we needed and got it on quick. Price was great too. Recommend!

The quality of effort at this business is Amazing.you are greeted with a friendly staff that are both polite and professional. There timely manner in getting the job done on point.And if you see younger gentlemen in there know they get the job done as well,They are intelligent &well mannered.you just don't see this anymore. The economy sucks RN. You know what's up. The good folks at Morongo tires put in the good work day in and day out. Hours of waiting at the big stores for a change of tires? Forget about it! In and out in half an hour, no lie! Need a roller to get you through to pay day? Get your tires with these guys! Bonus: best deals on firewood if you're looking. Check them out, and tell them Raul sent ya!

I couldn't believe how fast they replaced all four of my tires. I'm so glad they were open on a Sunday! They carry used and new tires with great pricing and friendly service. I will definitely be going here again for tires.

Oscar & his crew are great! The mounted & balanced my 4 Toyota Prius tires in less than 15 minutes. Fast & Friendly Service.......Happy Customer

These people were very professional and very fast at their task. They were not over priced and they were friendly. Don't let the outside fool you. 2 new tires mounted and balanced in 20 minutes. I recommend this place.

These guys totally saved me after getting a flat on my way out of Joshua Tree. It was a Sunday, and they were pretty much the only ones open in the area. Service was fast and friendly, and they gave me a great price on a great tire. Not only did it get me home 200 miles without a problem, but it was in such good shape the dealership didn t even realize it was used when I brought in the car - they told me there was no need to purchase a new set.If you need a tire in the area, this is the place to go.

Just waned to say a special thank you for Francisco doing a great job patching our tire on thanksgiving. I had called at least 15 different shops before I happened to call this one and Francisco answered. We were about 30 minutes away, but well worth the drive. We were treared professionally, paid a very fair price (on a major holiday), and quality workmanship with the patch job. Thanks again. Happy thanksgiving.

This is why I support local businesses. I went to buy 2 front used tires. They said 20 min, I was out of there in 12 min. Quick, easy and straight to the point. Very nice people running it. Thank you.

An awesome mom and pop small tire shop. These little guys are good at what they do and will get you in and back on the road in less then ten mins. I had a bad tire and realized I could not drive all the way to palm desert from yucca on a donut going 25mph. Being that it was a Sunday most places were closed so I was thrilled to find this place and be in and out in less than 11 mins with a decent used tire mounted and balanced for $45. I am very grateful to have found them and will definitely be going back in the future. Thanks guys! You saved my day!

These guys are fast & have the best used tires, & great prices! Only waited maybe 20 minutes for 4 tires. Had 3 guys workin on it. Thank you for the excellent service!! Y'all rock!

The most help I've gotten to help me pick out the best tires for 2 of my vehicles. I wanted to change tires to change the look. These heloful men didn't stop until we figured out what looks the best and doesn't cost over the top like most of the other places I've gone. I'm very happy.

Just stopped by to see if the guys could fill up my tires with air since none of the local gas stations air pumps are working and Junior was extremely nice and filled them up free of charge! Highly recommend

Purchase tires from Walmart and then in order for them to try to put them on they told me they would have had to break one of my studs off because the lug nut with stripped and due to their policy they can't do it they tighten my other lug nuts back on and made me take my truck out of there like that I called this AA tires place and they told me $21 per tire mount and balance drove all the way over there and the guy was a liar and he tried to gouge me and he told me 35 bucks when I got there so I would definitely stay far away from there so then I went down to Morongo tires gave me a real good deal on getting my tires put on was in and out within 15 minutes a one in my book

Got 2 decent tires for my s-10 Chevy truck for 80$ total. However the teenagers there who installed the tires ...left a bunch of grease on my IROQ rims. Called about it and they said bring my truck back in and they will clean up the mess..... I suggest you have Eduardo or Jose put your tires on , not the youngsters....who seem to have an attitude of disrespect.
