Brought my car to South County Collision to have some paint work done. Wanted some chrome trim painted Matt black, my front bumper lip painted in a metallic black color and my trunk ducklip painted the color of the car and I couldn t be happier. Rogelio the owner was very helpful, respectful and knowledgeable on his work, made the entire process very easy. Love the way my Acura TL came out. Will definitely recommend everyone to South County Collision for their paint and body repairs.

Highly recommend! I had damage on my front quarter panel and bumper. South County Collision Center looked at it and said they could repair all of it instead of replacing my whole bumper and quarter panel. They took my car in last minute and fixed it over Christmas weekend. My car looks great! Reasonably priced as well. Very happy with the service I received!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Rogelio and his crew are absolutely top notch. I purchased a car that had terrible damage to the bumper and rear trunk area. I just picked it back up and it looks brand new. It truly is beautiful and a peice of art. Prices were fair, repair was done quickly, and estimated pickup time was met. Plus, he is kind and wonderful to work with. I could not recommend South County Collision more highly!

I am more than pleased with the results on my car done by Rogelio. I have gone to several shops and he by far was the most affordable, quickest, and kindest option. I can not express how happy I am that I chose to bring my car to South County. My car no longer has the dents and paint scratches it has had for over four years. The auto body work was fixed beautifully. Someone hit my car on the freeway and they were able to fix it no problem. The paint job was matched perfectly to the rest of the car, panels lined up perfectly and looks completely brand new. Rogelio was very communicative and kind. Amazing service. My car was serviced for body work by Rogelio Romero. Once I came in, mildly distressed over the damage my car had taken, he immediately came to inspect the car. After a thorough evaluation, He was able to give me multiple options, regarding repair. He not only gave me an honest quote, but was able to explain in detail why the quote was estimated at that price. He gave me an estimate regarding parts, and an honest estimate of how much labor would be involved.What stood out most was how genuine this man was. Our door was damaged, and unable to close on its own. Before we even agreed to do any body work, he took the time to fix the door and made sure it closed safely before We left. My wife and I went home in absolute amazement by that sign of good faith, and the next day we decided to do all our car repairs here from now on.

I could not have been happier with the service from start to finish. We rear end another car and both cars damaged severely, mostly mine, we had limited time to get the job done, fixing other cars and min. All other shop quotes were way behind the budget or right estimate to fix the damages. Out of all the bids we took both cars to South County Collision Center (SCCC) and what made South County Collision Center stands out from all the rest was the level of interest and engagement he personally showed us from the start. I immediately received a follow-up email detailing the cost and steps for the both cars. Additionally, his level of professionalism and approachability was first-rate. The job and service were absolutely great and of high quality was super attentive and checked in all through the days to ensure we were are informed and happy every step of the way. I had my Tesla taken to Tesla repair center to fix the rear passenger door, which they recommended to be adjusted by body shop or to replace the door.I am glad that I called South County Collision in Morgan Hill, Super nice guy, took less than one hour to fix the door hooks, which saved a lot of hassle and money. Thanks to him for excellent work.

Mr. Romero is surely a God-sent gifted gentleman whose shows much passion in both his character and his work. Mr. Romero is a very trustworthy, honorable and a man of his word. He cares for the customer's vehicle as if it is his own or as if you are family! I am serverly touched by this gentleman's honest work and genuine authenticity to assist me in my unfortunate circumstance that life had brought to me unexpectedly. I'd recommend this shop for replacement and paint but not for elseI repaired my Lexus after front left corner collision and replaced bumper, light, tires and front left wheel armThis car looks good after repair but It lost 2 functions after, 1st auto head light shutoff If remote control close the door twice and 2nd Bluetooth phone connection keep drop from this car. I found 1 of driver side door sensor mount screw missing, I don't know what happen and this Car is slightly shift to left even after align from this shop, I might do the wheel alignment again with the other shop. I texted this phenomenon to him but He didn't responseI write this review after 2 months later to fix my carThanks

We stopped in off the highway on a Saturday when our car suddenly had an electrical issue and would not stop beeping. I would definitely recommend Alex @ South County Collision to anyone... My dad is elderly and lives in Morgan Hill, he needed some help because someone crushed one of his car doors... Alex went the extra mile for my dad and the service was excellent. The work done was quality, the price was awesome, and it was completed faster than expected.

At first the owners act nice and welcoming but service went down the drain as time went by. Took my car to get fixed a couple months ago, let me tell you something; if you want your car to come back to you with more problems this is the right place. Plus the owners, who are brothers, will argue in front of you with each other as who gets to keep the money you're paying. Plus they will call you on a Saturday night (about 9pm) asking for $2k (I had already given some up front too, out of the $5k) because apparently there's no money for the materials needed for your car to get fixed. I have the evidence of calls and texts asking for money late at night or at the most unrealistic times, in case any of you want to see them. Paint job is poor too, there was so much contamination on my door's paint after they finished, missing bolts from bottom liners of the vehicle, the front passenger side fender liner (above the tire) fell off as I was driving away luckily it was right outside their shop. I noticed that since they couldn't remove the liners off, they ripped the off and then put back on with glue and forced bolts on them. They only replaced one of both fenders they destroyed. I should've have taken it to Advance Auto Body, where I took a previous car and they did a great job.

it is too bad that Google does not offer -stars this place it's the WORSE EVER this people are not qualified to be in business.I was in a small accident and my insurance Western General which by the way sucks as well had my car towed here, after a long while the insurance finally gave the ok to fix my car, Alejandro apparently the owner of the shop got started working on my car and had order some parts needed to repair my car and told me the dealer messed up on the parts ordered and that was the reason it was taking so long, turns out Alejandro messed up himself ordering the parts(we called the dealership and asked ourselves), after a few calls and messages ignored my husband and I showed up at the shop to find out what was going on, we were told they were still waiting on the parts but the rest of the car was ready to go(by now we had inspected the car before he arrived and noticed all kinds of flaws on the paint job, paint on the steering wheel and on the key). my husband asked how come if the rest of the car is ready there are so many flaws, we point it out to him but to our surprise he wasn't even aware of the paint on the steering wheel when it was extremely obvious!!. We decided to leave and wait for the car to be done approximately February 15-16 as told by Alejandro, TODAY IS THE 18 NO PHONE CALL, NO MESSAGE, NO NOTHING, their communication skills are non existent, they obviously don't know what their doing, they obviously shouldn't be on charge of any type of business, the report given to us about the accident said the car was in excellent condition (a part from the stuff that was damaged), by now the car has been sitting at their shop 2 and a half months I will update about my EXTREMELY SAD AND FRUSTRATING SITUATION, the bad reviews about this place do not lie! but be aware if you take your car to this place you will be extremely frustrated and disappointed with there service.YOU WOULD BE A FOOL!
