I love this place! I called within the hour of closing time, to see if I could get an oil change- it was no problem, bring it by kinda convo, happy to help/right away, vibes - it instantly made me feel relieved and overjoyed, to know, I would be able to get it done same day! I'm there, he meets me out at the vehicle, and immediately says my tire needs some air! Wow! Really! Thanks for noticing (I hadn t:/) He fixes me right up in no time! It was a pleasurable experience & I ll be back.Service: Oil change

Clean and well maintained shop. Daniel helped me as a walk in on a Saturday was able to diagnose the issue and fixed the car quick and for fair price. Highly recommend this shop.

Great service and fair prices. Let me drop off my car on Friday and it was ready to pick up on Saturday. Called to give me multiple estimates for different work needed.10/10 recommend and will be bringing my car back.

Had car brought in during the night because of a V belt that had slipped off. Next morning, I get a call quoting $600 for a new tensioner, idler pulley, and belt including labor. (all special order) I gave permission to the service representative I spoke with to go ahead and order the parts. Turns out, the tensioner they decided to use was a Duralast, which was $67 from AutoZone. They charged my $120 for the part! After calling the service representative and asking for him to cancel the "specially ordered parts", he claimed he was unable to cancel the order. Once I confronted him about the price difference, he then told me that I could "go ahead and have my car towed someplace else if I had a problem with it." The "specially ordered" Duralast belt tensioner was in stock at a local AutoZone down the street. The "warranty" they offered as unique to their shop, was the same warranty that came with the product. Ultimately, the rude treatment, high cost of service due to part price gouging, and threatening to not work on my vehicle because of said price gouging, make this a business I cannot recommend. Others may have had good experiences, but I cannot say the same.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I can't recommend this place enough. The absolute best mechanic experience I've ever had. Car broke down during a long road trip, about a mile from the Morgan Hill exit. I arrived at Pronto around 2 or 3. I let them know the situation and that we wanted to hit the road again as soon as possible. They did a thorough examination and gave an extremely accurate quote and time frame. The service and parts charges were extremely reasonable. I have paid the same amount for less parts and labor at other mechanics. They said that they would get the parts in that night and need 4 hours of labor the next day to finish it. They finished it the next day 4 hours and 15 minutes after they opened. Spot on! Price was the same as the quote. Apparently one of the techs stayed late the night before to make sure it got out on time. My only regret is that I dont live near here. These guys would be my choice 100% of the time.

My family and I always go to Pronto for mechanical attention. The guys there are friendly, honest, and work hard. They always get my car out and ready as soon as possible and I'll continue to bring my vehicle to Pronto. They helped me out with a variety of work, from regular maintenance to clutch and transmission work and its always been a great experience.

You will not find any better auto repair shop in the Santa Clara County. They are capable of finding out what's wrong with your car, giving you an estimate prior to working on your car, and give updates on your car if they come across additional trouble. They're a honest group of people. Ask for Daniel or Orlando. Tell them I referred you. They will take care of you.

Didn t have a choice had to have my recently purchased used truck towed here and I never heard of this place before since I m not a local. But they managed to figure out the issue and they fixed it within a few days and I haven t had a problem with it since! They fixed other small things as well that the truck needed too! If I ever need a mechanic and I m in town I will definitely stop by again!

Ordered a motor from Auto Zone, these guys said they'd install it for $1,000 plus parts.Parts they said would be $500/$600.Okay.....trucks ready, hit me with a bill for $2,400.....negotiated down to $2,000 when I told them I'm not paying.Took truck home....broken exhaust manifold, broken power steering hoses( all three),Carburetor out of adjustment, timing off,rear main seals leaking oil.....and these guys are telling me NO WARRANTY!!!!Stuck an additional $1500 in it to fix their mistakes.Felt like I got screwed big time!

Are experience was went in for tire change,which was cool a 1,000$'s later!! But now how funny motor blown all of sudden,when we took are truck they had one exactly Like are truck sitting, you can tell been there for a while, funny when we went back the next day to pick up are truck the other one in the yard was gone!!!!! All I can say is now are truck is broke and no more money to fix it choose your mechanic wisely do not go 17920monterey rd,Morgan hill,ca95037 !!!!!

I recommend Pronto Auto Repair Shop for 2 reasons! They fix whats broken and give me updated about the vehicle and cost. Second they are always busy."If your good you'll always have work!"

I wasn't to interested going there at first but from a reliable person recommendation I decided to give it a try, wisely decision, my car got original parts for a very affordable price, employees are very professional and respectful but especially full knowledge of what they do. Today they got a loyal customer.

When the mechanics left Precision I was down and was forced to take my car to Gilroy Cadillac. Gilroy Cadillac ruined my car and my trust. When I ran into one of the mechanics I knew from Precision, he said we all moved to Pronto. I was so happy to hear they never left. Pronto does a great job. Thank you Pronto!

if i could i would give a a zero they're a bunch of thieves took my car in to get fixed and instead they made it worst after that first time i took it, it started having issues and just kept robing me i went to another place and was much cheaper and fixed it with no problem after that
