This was the most negative experience out of all auto mechanics in the last 35 years. These guys are not only unable to fix cars but will be lying to you every step of the ways, overcharging for parts, misdiagnosing, pretending that they were doing something on your car when it was obvious they didn't do anything and didn't know what to do. After 3 tries, they said "go to another place, your car is too old", while holding over $1700.Another place diagnosed and fixed the car immediately.Keep away from this shop.

Bill and his staff are top notch! We bring all of our cars to him anytime we have an issue and they are more then willing to fit us in and fix our issues in a timely manner with great customer service!!!

Extremely unprofessional. This business does not have a clue how to fix German cars.Charged $1700 for issue that was never fixed, tried to fix it 2nd time, 3rd time and finally gave up telling us to look for second opinion.Issue was correctly diagnosed and fixed in different place right away at another shop.They were rude, refusing to refund money.Extremely unpleasant experience.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

There are better mechanics in Morgan Hill that are more transparent and honest about their work and won't try to take every cent you have.I had to tow my vehicle a couple days after paying 2300 for a repair. They verbally offered warranty on their work but were not willing to sign me a paper and avoided my calls.I've taken my vehicle to another location and they didn't even charge for a diagnostics. The problem was fixed for an incredibly affordable price. This shop just left me feeling like I got robbed.

Bill is a real stand-up guy. For someone who doesn't know much about auto-care, my experiences with Bill and his crew were very positive, and I know I can trust that they won't take advantage of my lack of car knowledge. When I first came in to get an inspection for engine light, he didn't even charge me for inspection (I forgot exactly what it was but it wasn't a big problem). Recently, I brought my car in for a flat tire, his team fixed it and didn't charge me either. Bill's shop, in my opinion, is a real relational, no BS kind of shop, with mechanic's that actually care about helping the average working person. I would highly recommend those that are in Morgan Hill (or not!) to check out this place, where you will experience the rare combination these days of professionalism, great customer service, and honest and respectable mechanics.

Shop did a 4 wheel alignment. Feels like it should. And I can hear a difference.The previous shop alignment job never felt right, and the tires were wearing funny.

This place is awesome! I was heading out of town at 6:30am this week and a low tire pressure warning came on as I was pulling out of my driveway. I wanted to get the tire checked before the long drive so Googled who was open early in Morgan Hill. Called right at 7 and Bill said sure come on over and we ll put some air in but we re booked today so that s all we can do. Well sure enough there was a nail in the tire and the mechanic putting air in said go check with Bill but I could repair this real quick for you. Bill said sure we ll do it and not 10 min later it was fixed and I was good to go. Went to pay them and he said no worries, we took care of it. That is amazing customer service and I went from having total anxiety to getting on my way only 30 min behind schedule. I will come back here for future car repairs. Thank you!Service: Tires

I was driving from San Jose to LA and drove over a nail at 5am. I pulled over and ended up at Precision Auto. As soon as the guys came in for work, they helped me out right away even though they were booked with appointments. Awesome customer service and super quick work!

I will not take any of my vehicles anywhere else to be repaired and I live 45 minutes away from Bills shop. He and his team are knowledgeable and never do unnecessary work period. I had a brake problem for three plus years and Bills team had it diagnosed and repaired in a day and a half. Brought my car in for and alignment and tire balancing they did a great job car drives great. Had them install a camber kit on my car so my wheels stopped rubbing they also did a great job. I brought my vehicle here for a pre-purchase inspection and they were fantastic. I was running under a tight timeline and they were able to quickly fit me in and perform the service I needed. I took Honda CRV for oil change, new tires, wheel alignment, and brake pads change... I am so happy with the quality of service and the prices.They inspected my car and completed the repairs in a timely manner. They never perform unneeded work. Don't go here they overfilled my oil by a quart also I got my coolant changed out and refilled and I went to another mechanic a few days later and the radiator was cracked, did they break it who knows it's an old car, but most likely because nobody mentioned anything to me about a cracked radiator when I went to go pick up the car that answers that, never going there again
