Chris was super friendly, personable, and a great person to have greet people in the front. He constantly checked in with me about what the status of my car was. This was the first time anyone at any dealership had actually kept me updated on what part of the service they were at. The fact that the entire service took a while didn't bother me because Chris really went above and beyond.

A+ experience @ Morgan Hill CDJR. Came here for a Jeep Wave service. Great customer service, work was on time/on schedule, brand new facility. The service team (Isidro) went the extra mile. I made an appointment for warranty check on my Promaster media console to learn that it may take 2-3 days for electrical debugging when I arrived. Since I am mid-trip, I can t leave the van. Isidro (my very nice and helpful service guy) offered to do what he can by pulling logs from the van. Not only did he find an existing recall, but that there is something off with the center console; both of which can wait til after my trip. My anxieties were eliminated because he went above what I expected, for free.

I got my Jeep Sahara serviced at their new building. Chris was there to accommodate me. He told me to wait in the waiting area.While he ll pull up the needed papers before they ll start servicing my Jeep.The waiting area was so relaxing.He even offers free drinks while waiting.Such a friendly guy!He makes sure that they ll have everything done within 2 hours.He constantly updates me on what needs to be replaced while I m there and explains everything down to my tires.He explained every detail of what should be a top priority and what to expect in my next service.I had a good experience!Thank you again, Guys!See you again at my next service!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Got charged $244.14 for a single synthetic oil change and tire rotation. Deeply disappointed by the Morgan Hill dealership's outrageous pricing tactics. In case you are wondering, beware that they are "not a participating location" to Mopar's prepaid essential care oil change package, leaving you with no choice but to pay over 4x what other Dodge owners would usually pay for their regular maintenance costs.To add insult to injury, my experience is actually two times worse than what I described above as I had trusted the dealership with both my Dodge vehicles on the same day for this routine maintenance task. A wiser approach would have been to "test the waters" with one car first to make sure everything goes as expected, however I had (incorrectly) trusted a previous excellent experience with Service Advisor Chris to be a predictor of the experience I would get from such a basic maintenance task. Tough and expensive lesson for me to learn on blindly trusting the Morgan Hill dealership's honesty on pricing based on the kindness/helpfulness of a single employee.To those enforcing this predatory pricing: what a way to treat your most loyal customers! Shame on you & please do better.In the meantime, I'd recommend any folks who do not want to get scammed on a sunny Saturday morning to stay clear of this place.

I had a warning light come on in my vehicle and made an appointment, receptionist is very friendly (Hard to find Good Customer Service), had to reschedule, no issues there, still friendly. Came in with my vehicle, Chris my service advisor was detailed, helpful and patience. They gave me a ride in their shuttle ( A beautiful Grand Wagoneer ) and the wait time for pick up was short and my vehicle was ready to go. I will recommend this dealership to friend and family for their service.

Just did a 90k service here plus windshield replacement. It was my first visit. There is definitely a different atmosphere here than the SJ and Fremont dealers that I have visited in the past. It is very friendly and they seem like a tighter close knit team. It is a small place so the front office tends to be an active and busy spot with a lot going on but they are moving to a bigger facility soon. My service coordinator was Chris. He was extremely friendly and helpful and was very responsive if I texted or called him for a status update. He even sent me a picture of Ruby on the lift. I liked the fact that I was able to book an appointment online for a few days out. The SJ and Fremont dealers were giving me dates that were weeks out. I can definitely recommend this business and it would be my intention to use them for my Rubicons going forward.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Auto windshield replacement, Battery, Oil change

I went to buy a car with a lot of doubts but Kenny helped me out and made the whole process fast with a good deal also. He took care of me like a friend and I appreciate that, so if u want to buy a car from them, talk with him first.

Best service I've ever had for my Dodge Grand Caravan. I've had service in Hawaii which charged me an arm and a leg, and the representative didn't want to help by contacting my 3rd party insurance to see if parts were covered. I had to do it initially for them.

I got my Jeep Wrangler serviced at this place twice after purchasing the car from the associated dealership and both times i was very happy with the service. The advisor Chris is very friendly and explained details on timing well. Both times i waited at their facility which offers free coffee and snacks. A good place for keeping your car in good shape.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

I called last week to schedule and appointment and I spoke with Kennedy. She scheduled everything and is very nice. When we arrived tom is the one who handled the service. He was very professional, and timely. All of my concerned on the car were fixed! Everything went well and very fast!!! Will be returning here. They cleaned the car very nicely. Chris has been amazing in dealing with my truck issues! He got it in early for diagnostics. His communication has been amazing through the entire process via voicemails, emails and texts (I am hard to get ahold of at work!) I was helped by my Svc advisor Chris. He was very helpful in getting me in and out for my scheduled oil change. He let me know of my maintenance plan and how many more scheduled changes left. They also provided a shuttle to my house which was a short drive and was a plus. Can t wait to see their new building across from 101 when they finally open. Thanks Chris.!Service: Auto maintenance

Chris the service advisor listened to my issue with my door window not wanting to close. He helped me understand what could be the issues and got my van in ASAP. I got the window fixed and is good as new. I am very happy with the Customer service they gave me. First service in California for my pumpkin (Mango/Tango) Cherokee at Morgan Hill CDJR after moving from WA state and it was great!I came in the middle of the work day and Chris was able to fit me in with no issues although the shop looked pretty full.I was expecting a long wait and was a bit worried since I needed to get home before 4pm to pick up my daughter from day care, Chris assured me that he will get me out in time and he delivered!Less than 90 minutes and I was out, well ahead of my deadline.All together please- great service, pleasant waiting room with wifi free coffee snacks and soda.Highly recommended!

This was my second time having my Jeep serviced by the Morgan Hill Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram service team. I scheduled service online about a week in advance. Chris & team could not have made the process any smoother or more hassle-free. The quick and timely drop-off was greatly appreciated as my schedule in the morning is quite busy between dropping kids off and getting myself to work. Every time I ve taken my Gladiator to MH Service, Dan, Karen and Chris are extremely professional and always provide me with exceptional service. The atmosphere is always fun and welcoming. I recently had a warranty repair performed and I must say, I was impressed. They made everything easy and stress-free. The staff were friendly and accommodating, answering all my questions. It took a while to get parts but the service itself was exceptional. Sometimes I was not able to get through on the phone but Chris always promptly called me back. Overall, I would highly recommend this service location to anyone in need of maintenance and repairs.
