How do you charge someone 150 dollars for an oil change when synthetic oil in store is 40 dollars. Keep in mind they have commercial accounts ( I used to work in the auto part industry) these guys are a complete rip off.

I was way past due for an oil change in my 2009 BMW 328i so, I bit the bullet and went to Jiffy Lube in Morgan Hill against my better judgment. I stood at the window and watched them closely. My car was clean and I asked them to not bother vacuuming, washing my windows and checking my air, since my car monitors that anyway. They changed the oil and filter and used an extractor to clean out the oil filter chamber and cleaned it really well. The tech added oil and cleaned around the filler area. It ended up costing $175.00 and I was satisfied with the job. I will go back for service in the future.Service: Oil change

I appreciate the professionalism and helpful attitude of the general manager and his staff at this location. They helped my wife and I on a road trip to overcome an issue with our engine oil. Brought my work truck to get it oil changed They recommended a air filter They said it's 100 bucks$$$ I figured it must be one expensive air filter! I said do it I TRUST YOU..after driving away I called autozone air filters only 27 bucks!went back talked to the big guy!!!!!FYI just let your customers know your paying 50 or 75 percent more of what it's worth!!! Be honestBring your own parts.O yeah my bill was 400$

They were not able to service my car due to the type of oil it needed however they checked fluids and filled up my windshield washer fluid for no charge. They were kind, honest and helpful. Definitely recommend!

I got to say I was very skeptical about going to Jiffy Lube. I've heard too many bad stories about people being taking advantage of. However, I got to admit that my visit today was painless and very pleasant. I got my wife's car serviced very quickly and at a great price. I wasn't even up sold. I will definitely consider going back in the future.

Went to go get my husbands oil change just trying to take some thing off his own late. The guy servicing the car insisted that this relatively new car could ONLY take their most expensive synthetic oil. Three times the price I d normally pay.Alarm bells went off of course, but he was so insistent, I just caved, and immediately regretted it. Not long after my husband told me that this is indeed, untrue. That car does not need any kind of fancy oil, and the employee LIED to my face to upsell me. I got SCAMMED like a chump, do not trust the people at this place.Service: Oil change

I have always used Jiffy Lube in San Jose, Campbell, and I have always had an amazing experience price and everything was perfect. Just a few moments ago I had to come to Morgan Hill and my car needed a oil change. When we got there everything was okay. Until it got to the pricing it they charged me $100 dollars for an oil change the oil was Syntheic and surprised me because in San Jose and in Campbell I pay between 60-70 dollars and here the Jiffy Lube in Morgan Hill I had payed $100. As I was done paying I had left and as soon as I got home I started to think about the the Oil filter. So once I got home I checked on the filter if they had changed it to a new filter but they didn't. So I went back to the Jiffy Lube right when they were closing as let me explain my problem they had gotten very mad because I told them that they did not change the oil filter. Right from the moment they told me "How did I know that we didn't change the Oil filter." I knew they didn't because that seemed very suspicious to me so I asked them why did you lie to me they said we did change the filter they even showed me the new filter they has put in the car. Which it did not matter to me. So they told me you can come down and see how we change the filter so I went down and saw that my car had the same as the last time I changed the oil. They told me that they had changed it to a new one but they didn't change it. Anyways the point is they had lied to me and it was a horrible experience I was the correct person and they didn't change my oil filter and they also suggested that I don't go back and do any car repairs. They didn't saw sorry or anything I would never recommend the Jiffy Lube in Morgan Hill.Service: Oil change

(I'm changing my review) . After my oil was changed. I posted a good review and went on my way. But I noticed my brakes we're kind of squishy right after and about a week later my check engine light went on. It was my valves (I think wrong oil ) I remembered they kept asking me to buy things I did not need (air filter is new, I just did the coolant, my wipers are good, Etc) . I turned them down over and over again. Now my car is all messed up. It was working fine before I went to this place.Has this happened to anyone else???

They tried to charge me $120 for oil. Ha ha ha. Laughed and told them Walmart had better service at $54 ha ha ha.Left. People there is no difference in synthetic oils vs conventional oils. Ha ha ha

Best Jiffy Lube in the south bay. They had their A team working today! Maybe waited 15 minutes for my oil change, tire rotation, wipers, air filter and cabin filter. Great team down there.

Horrible service! I took my car in for a simple oil change and they didn't tighten the filter in the end. That caused my engine to get a knock and fried. All they said was feel free to take us to court. I'm left with a $9,500 debt for a new engine because of this place. They refuse to pay for the damage. I do not recommend it to anyone.

As a former dealer auto technician I got such a lost of trust in Jeffy lube in Morgan Hill California after they failed to safely perform an oil change on my car. Even when I warned the head guy there before I left (check your oil levels before you leave, always) that my oil level was over filled, I was told that I wasn't measuring my car on a level surface in front of them. Feeling insulted and humiliated I left. Questioning my instincts I measured my oil again in a level parking lot miles away and I found out it was still overfilled! I was so disappointed in myself & felt violated by this jiffy lube in Morgan Hill in how they treatment of me and my car that I would need to be seriously compensated if I were to ever be a customer a Jiffy Lube again. Until then my car will be parked, and I will have to get Jiffy Lube's mistake fixed, and due to loss of trust; I will also have to get a thorough safety inspection of my car to make sure they didn't damage any other parts.Service: Oil change

Not so sure. Service was so fast it was suspicious. Did not show me dipstick and write up says they did not add coolant to the vehicle. Not the service I usually get at Jiffy Lubes.

Stopped in the other day to get a quote and waited 5 minutes while counter man helped other customer. When he was done and I was standing there right in front of him he just left the area and went to the service bays. Waited a minute or two more at counter and no one even noticed so I left and doubtful if I ever return.

The lobby is clean and spacious. There are plenty of magazines and a tv. They don't hard sell you just inform you on needed maintenance.

Oil light came on a few hundred miles later. Had to have pickup towed to dealership when truck made noise on highway. Dealership said the oil was very dirty, the wrong viscosity was , and the wrong filter size was used. Ended up costing a tow truck ride, a lost day's work, and another oil and filter change to get it running smoothly again.

They damaged my car. They dropped the hood on the engine cover. This cost more than the oil change. If you can change your oil yourself, do it.

Stopped in to have my transmission fluid topped up. Had my transmission serviced at a different location two days earlier. They did that for me, no questions asked. I left. Forty five minuted later I get a call from manager Paul Dela Cruz who says I hit a car in his lot on my way out of the place. No, I said. I didn't hit anything. But he gets on the company computer and gives my name address and phone number to an insurance company. That night I got a call from an insurance company, which refused to tell me how they got my number.Its not one month later and though there are supposedly witnesses to this, all of whom work for Paul, none have been willing to be interviewed by my insurance company. Supposedly Paul has a video. But here we are a month later and he can't seem to produce it. Only today, more than a month after the claim was filed with my insurance company Paul told me on the phone that the car I struck belongs to him, something he did not say when he first called me. Since I know I did not hit any cars it seems very plain to me Paul is running a scam, and using Jiffy Lube's computer to do it.

Service was good and quick but they forgot to reset my oil odometer to let me know when I need to change my oil again.... Which makes me think did they change my oil

Coming here is never a hassle and we never feel pressured into having anything done to the care that we didn't already plan on doing. Wait is usually short and we have never had any issues with the car after servicing.

Service was good and affordable. They took longer than I expected but well worth the wait.
