I've purchased two cars from Hammer Auto and have had great experiences both times. Robert can save you a lot of time, money, and stress compared to purchasing from a dealer. If you take the time to get to know him and his team, they can add a tremendous amount of value to your car purchasing process by giving you their sage advice at every step along the way. Don't hesitate to give them a try.

When the call for a new car came, I did what some of my colleagues have done and connected with Robert Hammer at Hammer Auto. WOW, what an amazing experience. Informative from the start. Helped me determine which way to go with financing vs. leasing. Then it was off to the races. Within a week I had my new car. Responsive, respectful, resourceful! Great Communication. So when you need/want a new vehicle and before you sign on the bottom line, pick up the phone and give Hammer Auto a call. You will be amazed, I know I was!

I've used Hammer to purchase cars and sell my old cars for almost 20 years; hands down he produces the best results possible every time. I always do some shopping around before calling Hammer so I know exactly what car I want and what kind of deal I could get on my own -- each and every time he has delivered and saved me thousands of dollars.Last purchase took me about 30 minutes total time -- emailed Hammer with what I wanted, what I would consider to be a good price. He responds with the exact car, price thousands bellow what I could find and well below anything sites like Truecar say is possible. Two days later I'm handing him a check and driving away with the car - no talking to a dealer, no sitting down in the dealers office to be upsold a list of stuff I don't need ...Over the years I've referred hundreds of friends to Hammer and virtually all come away thrilled. Now, to be clear, this is the guy you go to once you know what you want -- they are not equipped to really help you shop cars and make up your mind. They make the process simple and save you money.

These guys are a bunch of amateurs who don't know what they're doing. I bought a used car through them, but it was not disclosed to me that it had a lien on it, it wasn't registered and had nine months' worth of late payment penalties, and the car had had an unpaid traffic violation from the previous owner. (I found out the hard way). They couldn't handle basic paperwork correctly and gave me incorrect information when I asked, causing me way more trouble than should have been. Despite my complaints, they refused to collect the money owed to me and I paid more than my fair share of the deal. You are no better off dealing with these self-proclaimed "experts" than arranging a deal yourself directly.

Took a while, but finally got the auto we wanted. Good service. You need to upgrade your Morga Hill location. You and your customers deserve better.

Scammers dont use their services unless you want to get screwed.just go the dealership directly. Better and safe

I purchased a couple of cars through Hammer. The first transaction went well. The second was a disaster; when it was clear the transaction wasn't going to happen, the proprietor blamed me, spewed unsubstantiated and inaccurate accusations, and behaved unprofessionally. I've not used Hammer since, and I cannot recommend them.
