HIGHLY UNETHICAL PRACTICES; this location tried to rob me. I was in town for my father's funeral a few months ago. While I was there, I dropped my mom's car off for a simple oil change. Within minutes, they called to tell me the car was leaking radiator fluid. I gave my approval for them to perform a diagnostic for an additional $80 or so. Half an hour later, they called to tell me there was a hole in the radiator and it would be $800 to repair. When I told them I couldn't afford it, they started walking the price down, which was an immediate red flag to me. I said no thanks and picked up the car (after paying some $150 for the oil change and "diagnostic"). While I was there, one of the mechanics told me the car was unsafe to drive in its condition and I was risking blowing up the engine. I took the car to a different auto shop and was told there was no such problem. A few days later, the car passed smog and safety inspections with flying colors. As I'm writing this review, I'm seeing numerous other one-star reviews talking about the same kind of unethical practices. I think it's only a matter of time before this place gets sued straight out of business.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I used these guys 3 times already and I'm really happy with their service. Once they fixed my car and the next day my car had engine light on again. I came back and they did diagnostics, found what was wrong and fixed it on the spot. Didn't charge me for the second visit at all.I think that was very honest on their part.I will use them again.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

****WARNING DO NOT GO HERE***** SCAMERS ***SCAMERS****SCAMERS** husband went here to get a SMOG. They told him he need an oil change or it wouldn't pass. My husband is a car guy. extremely competent car guy. Rebuild an engine in a day car guy. He declined and they took the car back again, came back a second time and said that the cat needed to be replaced because it isnt stock if he didn't they would report the car to the BAR. My husband had a few words to say and took the car to another shop where it passes no problem. the kicker after trying to scam us THEY DRAINED THE OIL AND LET HIM DRIVE THE CAR AWAY WITH NO OIL!!!!!!! he caught in time before any major damage was done, but this place is GARBAGE!!

This business has been my go to for 4 years and I finally decided to leave a review today. I am very grateful for having such professional mechanics here in my home town. They have always provided me the best services for my car. As I read the other comments about this car shop I decided to write my review and speak up for this hardworking technicians at Fasterlube , after many years working with these wonderful talented individuals I can surely say I am very pleased with the services they always had provided me through all these years. Thank you Fasterlube and keep on doing such a great work.

They were very helpful, professional and caring. They new we had to get a new smog on the car because we were purchasing the car before going to the DMV and they gave us a great discount, they also helped us look up the past smog test as well... Great folks!!!

They said on the paper work my 2015 Audi came in marking noise and they found leaks. They took off my engine guard they never should have touched and mysteriously I was low on antifreeze and they needed to charge me for a full gallon. Took my car in for a safety review and to check for leaks. There are zero leaks. Will never go back there again. Paid $159 for a scam oil change and spent half the day dealing with a safety check today. As for my noisy Q5 I bought new it doesn t make any noise. We need negative stars so I can give them 5.Service: Oil change

They had my monte carlo for almost 3 consecutive months. It was returned with minor problems. Obviously if you pay for something you want your money s worth so I took it back and they fixed the problems free of charge. Their customer service is slow but they know what they re talking about when it comes to vehicles.

I took my BMW in for it's 90,000 service and Faster Lube was so much cheaper and so much easier to deal with. I use to have to take my car into San Jose to have it serviced but now I can have all my auto repair done right in Morgan Hill.

I bring all my cars here and let me just say they are the fastest and most affordable car shop I have ever been to. Daniel is the mechanic who typically takes care of my cars and he has gained and will continue to keep my trust with all my cars :)

Its a typical oil change place they say it will be done in 20 and reality is it takes an hour. They gave me an estimate and then charged me $30 extra without approval from me. Once they have done it without permission you have no choice but to pay, bit I will never go there again.

the worst shop, I was there for smog test and they want to change my oil or not pass emissions plus want to change my catalytic converter. I tell them to not touch my car and go to a different shop and did my smog test with out problems.

Friendly workers, in and out within 30-40 min for oil change and smog. If you look on their website you can find coupons so you don t have to pay full price. This is my family s go to for car maintenece.

I've been going faster lube ever since they opened up they're the most courteous most attentive places I take my truck they take excellent care of me and go Way beyond need where most people won't even care it's just a wonderful experience to have people who understand you and understand your vehicle completely and go the extra mile to help you get back on the road I can't say enough good I started going there in probably 15 of my friends go there now it's a wonderful experience check it out

These are some of the nicest and most helpful and most expert auto mechanics I have seen. Very honest, even willing to do some things that are simple for absolutely no charge. I m constantly amazed at how thoughtful they are.

This mechanics shop is most worst place i have ever seen they investigated wrong problem and kept my car for long time they charged me extra money for nothing even they dont know the name of parts soknowledge is 0Also who works there has worst behave have ever seen They dont know anything about customer serviceCustomer service is 0They broke my window and they dont care of this and i paid to other shop to fix itResponsibility 0I dont recommend this shop to anyone if you want waist your time and your cash this shop is the best place that you can go

They left my air filter clamp off and caused my truck the heat up won't be going back ever again.i could just done it my self in that case.

Way over priced. 90 bucks for an oil change & tire rotation, then I seen a charge for labor. I've never heard of that when paying for a oil change and rotation. NEVER AGAIN!!

I went there for a smog check. They were friendly and did the smog check quickly.
