Called them for a tow and was super impressed with their service and professionalism. Ben the driver was fast arriving and was more than helpful. He was very knowledgeable and careful when loading up my vehicle. We had a pleasant conversation which made the 40 mile trip seem very short. Overall they made what was already a very hard day much better. I would recommend these folks 100 times over. A+Thank you!

Dick s Community Towing & Transport is 5 Stars. Ben is an awesome tow operator. We needed our Camry towed after an accident. Ben did an excellent job towing & giving the car a battery jump. He s very knowledgeable about cars. I would 100% recommend Dick s and call Ben for help again!!

Everyone I spoke with at Dick s Community Tow was both courteous and professional in making sure my needs were taken care of as quickly as possible. Bernardo Rodriguez towed my dually Ram 3500 today and did an excellent job. His experience enabled him to park his tow vehicle in the right place on a slope and with a tight turn radius to successfully winch my truck onto the flatbed despite not having steering on my truck. Bernardo's personable and can-do attitude made him easy to work with.

Had to get my car towed and was extremely worried a tow company can find my location (as I lived in a private road and directions don't go directly to location). Chris communicated with me perfectly and there was hardly any wait. Good service here

Chris did an amazing job moving my car from Morgan hill all the way back to my house over 50 miles away, My car is a bit on the lower side and Chris went above and beyond to ensure he was able to load and unload my car safely without causing any damage at all! Quick and fast response times as well! Highly recommended and if I ever need a tow again in the area I definitely know who I m calling

Early AM car would not start. Chris was there 45 minutes earlier than the promised time and immediately diagnosed my issue. He waited until he saw me put the car in gear and drive away. I am an elderly female and appreciated the courtesy. Excellent service!!! Thank you!!!

Had an accident and Dick s Community Towing came out promptly. Chris Mestaz was a great in helping us find a place to take our vehicle for after hours service. We tried on our own to reach several places but they didn t take us or it was a machine. I m glad he had reliable access to services we needed. Thanks Chris for all your help

Chris M did an excellent job transporting our car and was professional and friendly throughout the entire process. We were worried that the car was in a spot that would be very difficult to get it out of and he got it up with ease. He was also great at maneuvering the tow truck down our narrow driveway. I definitely recommend community towing!

Chris Mestaz was awesome he was able to diagnose that it was the battery that was broken and saved me a ton of money. I appreciate it a lot I don't think you would necessarily get this level of service with just anyone or just any tow company I was lucky it was Chris was the man who showed up.

Ben was absolutely incredible. I was badly shook up after a major accident. My dogs were terrified and took off into a field. After getting soaked in the rain, I managed to corral the dogs. Suffice to say, it was not the best day. After 2 hours the tow driver showed up but he refused to take the dogs. With a 40 mile ride home and nobody who could pick me up, I was pretty desperate. The insurance found another tow company, and Ben was dispatched. Being the first rain of the season, he had been working hard towing wrecks. Nevertheless, his calm and gentle demeanor helped settle me. He got me and the dogs into the warm cab and then took care of loading the wreck.Conversation on the ride home was pleasant. It was clear that Ben was trying hard to calm me. When we got to my apartment, he managed to steer the truck down a very steep slope and around a tight turn that was difficult to navigate with my car. (Who in the world designed that apartment complex?)The car was completely disabled and one front wheel was unsteerable. I took the dogs upstairs and returned to help get the car into the carport. Ben had already finished the job.He's the kind of person I would love to have as a friend. Thank you, Ben. Your manager needs to understand what a treasure you are. Give this guy a raise! You don't want him working for the competition!

Ben Schley was absolutely fantastic! His communication and swift arrival should be a model standard for all and future drivers. I felt safe and confident in his presence and ability. We had a flat tire on 101 near Morgan Hill. Zef showed up and was fantastic. Sent us right to his truck, loaded our car on the flatbed and had us to the service center in Gilroy a short time later. He called in advance to make sure he had our correct location. We really appreciated how professional he was and how highly he spoke of his employer, a family owned company.
