My priusprime needed a new left fender, from the moment I entered Caliber Collision Morgan Hill I new the repair was in very good hands - Daniel, the manager is very knowledgeable, communicates well, is friendly, and got the job completed in just one week. Incredibly good service, and very happy with fine work they did for me.

The team at Caliber collision Morgan hill had great customer service and a great repair process. I was informed of any updates to my repair and when I had questions I would call and Daniel would be of great help answering all my questions. The team was kind and professional all around.

I used this dealership in Morgan Hill. I worked mostly with Erica and Sean. From start to finish everything was explained so well to me. During the repair, Erica called several times to give me updates. She was so kind and reassuring. My vehicle was finished way ahead of schedule because of their planning with ordering the parts that were needed. The paint job was incredible. I have a red metallic vehicle and that paint is not easy to match, and they did an incredible job. The customer service was truly outstanding, the best service I have experienced in years. Erica explained everything. They were clear and transparent and worked so well with my insurance company. There was no gaps in their process, they really embrace customer service which gave me so much peace of mind. I m still waiting for them to fix my 2021 Ford F-150. The passenger s door window doesn t go all the way down because they haven t call me to take my truck back. They said they got the part but they have more cars to fix than workers, lol! They should fix my truck while they re waiting for part for other vehicles. Also, their polish job not very good. I explained to them there are some marks on the paint job. I found some gum on my truck s bed which is also not well install to the chassis. I gonna have to call my insurance to let them know about their not so good service. They don t even deserve one star! I got my truck back in February 2022 and we are in June! I would have to find another shop next time!

The WORST experience I ve ever had with an auto body shop. If I could give ZERO stars I would. The only reason I went to this shop was because they are a preferred vendor with my auto insurance.The day after my car was towed to the shop, someone from the front office called to confirm my car was there and I will be contacted after a repair estimate was made.10 days pass with no correspondence so I call them to check on the repair estimate. The man I spoke to said they just realized the car was there. Really?Every time I called in to check on the status of my car repair I was told a different story. It got so bad I asked my insurance company to speak to them on my behalf because I couldn t trust anything they said regarding, cost, repair time, status, etc.Additionally, I expressed my concern with not wanting to pay out of pocket for my car rental after my insurance coverage because THEY HAD MY CAR FOR 10 DAYS WITHOUT KNOWING IT WAS THERE ?!Caliber said they would cover 5 days of additional rental car coverage and guess what happened?The manager stated that the person who said they would cover the 5 days of rental car payment didn t have the authority to do so so they would only offer a $50 gift card.If you didn t let my car sit in at your shop for 10 additional days I wouldn t need the additional money to cover the rental car!So I m out close to $500 on a rental car that I didn t need, after expressing my concern (multiple times), for a rental car that just sat parked at my house BECAUSE THIS PREFERRED REPAIR SHOP DOESN T KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS!SHAME ON YOU CALIBER. I ll NEVER GO HERE OR REFER ANYONE HERE!

Very happy with Caliber Collision Morgan Hill. They were accurate with their time estimates for the repair and had great communication throughout. If it were possible to give Caliber Collision of Morgan Hill a TEN star rating I would! My car was damaged by an automotive service provider in Sunnyvale, California. I live more than 30 miles from Caliber, but I drove to Morgan Hill because I had heard such positive reviews of their work from others. I was not disappointed. The Caliber Collision staff at Morgan Hill are professional, experienced, honest and communicative. My car was done sooner than expected, and Erica Rodriquez coordinated communication between the Service Provider's insurance company, the rental car company, and myself. The offices are clean, the staff is friendly and professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. I cannot recommend them highly enough-- and I would be happy to use them and recommend them without hesitation.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I went to caliber for a quotation after a rear collision. Pedro was professional, friendly and made the process of fixing the car seamless and smooth. The front reception was proactive in arranging for a rental car. I needed to bring my car in after a car hit me and took off. I was able to bring my car in right away. Everyone was so helpful and understanding. I worked with the Morgan Hill location And it was an easy and stress free experience. Sean kept me up to date with the repair timeline and was ready to jump in and help when I had rental car issues. I was so impressed with the level of service I received and will never go anywhere else if I ever need bodywork again. I highly recommend Caliber Collision, especially the Morgan Hill location. Update: They reached out to me Monday morning and explained what had happened and were apologizing for the delay. My car is being evaluated and they seem to be moving things along.I will say that I ve been highly satisfied with the work done at other Caliber Collisions but this one would get zero stars from me. I had my car towed there from another Caliber Collision over a week ago and I ve received zero communication from them. No calls, no emails, no texts.I even called today and it was obvious they had no clue about my car and said they would call me back. They never called so I called them back an hour later and now they aren t picking up the phone and there was no voicemail. Just absolutely deployable service and I m half tempted to just show up with a tow truck and take my car to a place that actually communicates with their customers.

Caliber Collision in Morgan Hill, California exceeded all my expectations regarding work they did on my car after an incident involving a fair amount of damage. Besides the flawless fixes that were accomplished, the icing on the cake was the customer service along the way. Their rep, Erica Rodriguez, could not have been better. And by that, I mean I've not seen customer service like that for most of my life. Here's a primary example: the whole time my car was in for repairs she was ahead of me in providing me updates by calling me (rather than the other way around) and letting me know exactly what was being done and estimates on when the car would be ready for pick up. I'd had a concern about whether or not they could match the paint on the car...not a problem. Thank you Caliber Collision, and Erica, for your professional expertise and caring attitude. Took car in to get an estimate on Monday 1/6/20 was told that they're very busy and it might be the end of the day to get an estimate, possibly as late as the next day. We'll it's Thursday and not even a call. They must really be busy to not have an estimator on site to do this. It's takes 5-15 mins to do an estimate, for Caliber, it's between 3-?? days. Management shouldn't allow chewing gum in the work place!
