Well for the Most part, Willy the manager really helped me out to get my tires installed the same day i came in, he has great customer service. Very informative. Also informed me that i needed brakes, an some other parts when changing my brakes. Seemed honest & Gave me a great deal. Israel & Fabian also displayed good customer service & a willingness to help you out. I definitely would recommend coming to this morgan hill location for all your auto repair needs !! I will be definitely coming back for some other work i want done. Thanks guys / Big O crew !!

ALL tires are expensive. Luckily Big 'O has a huge selection of tires including tires they can get shipped to the store same day/ next day.We were able to get tires at a price I was okay with and my foreman was able to drop it off the next day (Saturday) and got them installed.First time I've used Big-O, I'll be back.

Israel was great, and helped me double check that indeed, my dealership was trying to get me to change tires earlier than necessary and at great cost. (Previously, he also helped me patch existing ties damaged by a nail, which was also a good experience.) I ended up rotating tires with him yesterday, and I'll be back in 6-8 months to get new tires at Big O. Thank you Israel!

They promised everything and did not deliver. For one of my cars, I set up an appointment for a complete set of tires, only to show up and find out that they only had 3 of the tires. For my other car, I had a flat. They told me to come in even though I didn't have a key for the wheels. It took forever and then they didn't have my tire. They sent me home with my spare but missing a lug bolt and they did it again when I came back the next day for my new tire. Something is wrong with my new tire and I need to go back.

I needed to replace one of the tires on my car because of a suspected leak, and sure enough, there was a puncture in the tire that was irreparable. They made it a point to get me in early, order the tire I needed, and completed the repair same-day. Israel and the rest of the team were extremely helpful. I appreciate the ease with which the appointment was scheduled, and how easy he made the entire process. His communication was clear, upfront, and honest. I'd definitely use this location again.

I went to get a standard oil change in my f150. It was dropped off at 8am right when they opened . I was told it would take 2 to 3 hours. 4 hours later I called to check the status of my truck and was told it was currently being worked on and I would receive a call shortly when it was finished. 2 hours later without any update I went back to pick up my truck. Still wasn't done, once I left and went home after the truck has been sitting I noticed a steam of oil was leaking and my oil shield was not on correctly. I called big ol tires and was told to bring back to the truck . Once I arrived and explained the situation I was told the oil that I seen was from the drained oil they replaced that was run off oil. The oil was all over underneath the motor not where the drain plug was and was just told it wasn't cleaned properly. I asked if this happens often and they said it was common . This has been the only time ive seen this out of all the oil changes i have had. It was a horrible experience and do not recommend this place to anyone.

I have bought tires and had them installed here for many years, on multiple vehicles. Never had any problems with the purchases, tires, or the service.

1st of all I wanna say I went to the 4th dealer 1st to driwe're 1st to try to get my problem taken care of, I didn't get Very good customer service there. So the next morning I went to big O tires checked out my concern and I was right right I not only needed a battery but I needed an alignment and Balance for my tires.. Unfortunately I had to wai had to wait 3 hours for it to be completed that's why I took a star away lol. But I got to wait in their huge waiting room with A TV thank you big O tires for taking care of me

Front counter folks were nice and pleasant. The person helping me (Israel) did take a phone call (business - tire quotes, etc) while helping me. It ended up being a lengthy call. I had a fleet service vehicle that needed some basic scheduled maintenance. Although they billed for the complete service, there were items that were definately not taken care of. Such as, tire rotation (i can tell by markings on the rims, filling up washer fluid, tire pressures were all different, etc.There is no telling what else they didn't do. I am not 100% confident that they actually changed the oil as they didn't reset the oil monitor system. These are very basic service items. You can't help but wonder since it was billed to a fleet maintenance firm, they probably thought it was "easy money". I did not give them a time frame, I just needed it completed by the end of the day. I had to call them 15 minutes before closing to ask if it was going to be done, they said it was just getting finished and to come in 15 minutes, at closing time. I think they waited to the end of the day and did the only thing that I could visibly check which was the wiper blades. I went on a road trip the very next day, and they're was no washer fluid to use...very frustrating. I'm not fully confident that they are performing the work that they are billing for. Probably won't be taking vehicles here anymore.

I would not trust this place.We had a battery changed at Big O in Morgan Hill and the AC didn't work after we got it back.They wanted to charge a 190 to do a diagnostic test.Never again.

Called and asked Jasper for a price on a specific tire, told him i was shopping around and already had some prices, he told me "no worries".Jasper got back to me in a timely manner with a quote that was 12% lower then my lowest quote. I had him order the tires and we scheduled the install when they came in. (tires came in next day as promised) It gets better!I called him and told him I needed the tires installed today could he get it done? I made the drive from Santa Cruz thinking I was going to be there awhile, WoW! They pulled my car in right away, (lucky timing and great service) Anthony the auto tech working on my car was very friendly, he was methodical and worked with purpose, he took very good care of my car while it was in his hands something I can't place a value on. Every lug nut was hand torqued the wheels were wiped off and he even offered to shine up the tires. I was ready to go in less than an hour. All of the staff were friendly and even a bit jovial. Great prices great service and a great experience. Thank you Jasper, you run a good show!

Nice front end staff and fairly quick service for being a walk in. Got my alignment done for 120 with one year warranty. Also managed to find two hard to find tires for my truck at same time. Price on tires was a little high and going to have to take them back to get reinstalled with right kind of weights but don't expect a hassle about it. Would recommend them to anyone if shopping around comes up with them having the price point you need to get. Little more could be done for the guys in the shop as far as protection from the heat they all looked like they could have used it and this isn't a job you would want fatigued or overheated people doing on your automobile for safety sake. All in all a good shop if your not going to use a mom and pop local shop.

Service has seriously deteriorated. Been coming here the last 5 years using coupons or Groupon and paying around $45 for an oil change. I went in with a coupon for $29.99 yesterday and they said it didn t work because I needed synthetic oil so the coupon was only good for $10 off and the oil change for an old 2011 Honda would cost $98!! They were rude and insensitive. I then said I would buy the Groupon for the discount and they said they don t accept them there, although I ve been using the Groupon discounts for the last five years. He said I would have to go to San Jose to use the coupon! I used to feel as a female they cared and were honest but they are now amongst the ranks of male oriented businesses that gouge women and treat them as ignorant. I would not advise anyone go there, especially women as they think we re dumb. They have lost a loyal customer.

$30 tire patch on a Sat morning took about 2 hours because it was busy. There are two nice restrooms. Staff was nice.

Garbage service the kid in the front desk was rude with very poor hygiene practices, i would never let a child like that deal with my customer service. His intent was to inconvenience me from the start, dont project your own insecurities through me kid.

Shanna is the best! She knows the business and how to get the service I need. The new tech was experienced and fast with my customer provided parts replacement. I have to add that this technician put my very large truck on the lift correctly the first time! I have had near bad experiences with other mechanics.

Service has always been amazing, every time i need something done to my car Big O Tires, Morgan Hill, where I take it! Esther is the best! Had my car in and out and had it running better than ever! 100/10 recommend!

I needed to use a coupon to save some money as I am not working right now. The man who helped me was so nice (I've been other places where they are rude if you are using a coupon), they finished on time and had some of the most comfortable patio chairs with a padded seat and back rest to sit on while I waited. I will drive the 25 minutes to Morgan Hill every time to give them my business even though there is one closer here in San Jose. A fantastic experience!!!!

Friendly staff, expedient service, and helpful selection. Came in for some tires and made new friends. The staffs are honest, straight forward, and direct in what I needed. Unfortunately we didn t have enough time to get my tires installed for walk ins but was told best time is 9AM-1PM

Worst experience ever from a tire store. My son went into the store on Monday Dec 20th for a warranty tire replacement. They told him they would order his tire and it will be in on Wednesday 22nd. He called again on Wed and they said sorry but the order got messed up and it will be Monday the 27th. Meanwhile all this time my son cannot drive to work etc I took his car in myself on Monday morning and the gal working the counter told me it wasn t in yet but should be in soon. I asked if it could be done by noon and she said she could not promise. I then asked what if we brought it in on Wednesday 29th could it be done by noon? She again said she could not promise. Keep in mind we are only talking about one tire. I used to bust tires myself when I was in my early twenties and I could bust, balance, and mount this tire in 10-15min if I had access to their equipment. I understand things can go wrong but then why couldn t she make my sons car a priority? I even offered to wait a few days and gave her a window between 8am - 12pm and she couldn t promise??? This was her opportunity to right a wrong but instead she did worse Thant the first guy that messed up the order in the first place. Unacceptable!!!

I called the Morgan Hill location about having struts installed on my 2013 Honda Accord. I spoke with Kayla who was very polite and professional. She appeared very knowledgable about what I wanted to be done. She explained the difference between having just the strut installed or the whole assembly. She then provided me with quotes for both and explained the difference. Once I decided what I wanted to be done, she provided me with a reasonable quote and explained I qualified for a $100 rebate.On the day of service, I showed up and was acknowledged by Kayla as I entered the building. She took my keys and explained that it would be around 3 hours to have everything done.My only complaint was that it took twice as long. I dropped the car off at 9am and picked it up around 3pm. I was under the impression that one of the perks of having the assemblies installed was that it didn't take as long. Otherwise, a very good experience, especially since the Honda dealership, wanted an additional $500 for the same job!

I purchased a groupon offer for 29.99 oil change. I made an appointment online and before showing up I called and mentioned my groupon offer.I was told that an additional cost of $25.00 would be charge besides the $29.99 groupon offer since prices have gone up, as he said!!Making this basic oil change cost $54.99 + tax.This offer is deceiving and dishonest! It was almost impossible to obtain a full refund from Groupon back to the original form of payment! So difficult at every step, just for an oil change! I will ignore these "deals" from Big O Tires!

Best customer experience of all car service centers I have visited, busy place but people were being attended quickly. Loved frequent updates from Shanna Kennedy and technicians had great sense of urgency and were down to earth with great attitude. Will go again for future car repairs and maintenance.

So disappointed in this place right now. Took my car in on Saturday 1/9/2021 because of a nail in the right rear tire. Was told because of where the nail was located it couldn't be repaired had to be replaced. They didn't have the tire at this location but they could get one in today (1/11/2021), would be in between 9 - 11 and someone would call me. 1:30 rolls around and still no call so I called them. Imagine my surprise when I was informed that no tire had ever been ordered, the guy who helped me didn't complete the order. The gentleman on the phone assured me that he would order the tire and it would be here tomorrow sometime between 10 - 12:30, we'll see. So I missed an entire day of work and now have to make arrangements to get to work tomorrow so I don't take the chance of having my tire blow on the freeway. Will probably not do business with them again once this issue is resolved.

I had been a customer at this Big O Tires location for years, until I was lied to. I brought in an SUV for an alignment, with a Groupon. I have brought this SUV to Big O before, along with other cars for alignments at this location. Employee immediately tells me that because it's a luxury car, it needs a $200 alignment and my Groupon will only cover $100. Every car has a camber, castor, and toe. Luxury or not, it's the same alignment process. Shanna was very polite, however, I don't like being lied to. JC Customs in Gilroy did it for less than half of the price. My local dealer doesn't even charge $200 for an alignment on my car.

Always appreciate the service provided from this BIG O! I've been here on 3 separate occasions, for 3 separate cars (BMW, MINI COOPER, AUDI), in the past 2 months! I've always felt that Alex has given me the best advice, treatment and price. The best part of it all though is that after I leave this place, my cars are in tip-top condition. The mechanics here are very nice, friendly, and helpful. I don't see myself dealing with tires, alignment, suspension elsewhere. I have more confidence with this Big O than I do my dealerships.

Took my car here twice for tires. Everytime they do a free service check they say we need other work. I have a service plan with Ford i took my car in turns out i didn't need a new battery or wheel alignment. These guys are shady would not recommend them to anyone.

I used to recommend this place. No longer can I do that. Went in for an oil change and a couple of other random items that needed attention. When I picked up my car both driver & passenger windows were down. My car battery was dead (I just replaced the battery the beginning of November 2020). The guy tells me that the connector is loose so he hits with a rubber mallet and says "there you go". They jump start my car told me I was good to go and walked away. NO apology or explanation of why my windows were left down and why my battery was dead. Manager not in....called today and manager is still not in. Very unhappy with their service.

I began taking my car here when I had to get four new tires and learned that other services are also done here. With my tire installation, I got a free multi-point check which revealed dirty transmission fluid -- which had been flushed less than a year prior. I had already been questioning the service I'd received at the place that had done the original flush, and getting this news was heartbreaking. Big O' Tire took care of my car, service was friendly, WAY more cost effective than the other place, and I left really happy. I decided that day I will only take my car here for service from now on.My only complaint is that both times I've come, the estimated time to completion has been off pretty significantly, and when I've gone to check, I've been told just a few more minutes which actually turned into more (and this happened several times). For me, it's not a huge issue since I work from home, but this could be a problem for others with more rigid schedules, so this will be an area of improvement.
