Big Daddy's brought this family heirloom back to life. Though they do some beautiful custom jobs, they also do amazing restoration work...and they respect the car. I love that they advised against doing any modifications, instead focusing on updating 60 yo parts. After reworking the suspension and the exhaust system, my car now drives as nice as it looks.I highly recommend....plus they have some really cool Mustangs at their shop. Very Top Notch.Thanks Les, Vic, and team....I'm really enjoying driving my Mustang again!

They were amazing!!! The absolute best! Les(Big daddy), Vic C. and Damon did a great job on my 1967 Cougar. I had an air conditioning system put in, Brakes rebuilt and a lock put on my trunk.(Just to name a few things that were done) They went out of their way to make sure everything was done properly. Les communication was everything! I really enjoyed doing business with these guys. Little daddy(Big daddy son -Left side of photo) was also great and had my music sounding the way it should! This review will back up the words used in previous reviews. The best, super knowledgeable, professional, thorough, great, etc. We had an unfortunate experience with a mobile mechanic-restoration man, and the results were a big mess in our garage. All electrical wiring in the engine bay cut and unusable. Distributor and coil in pieces. Alternator wiring cut and unusable. Wrong water pump hanging by a couple of bolts, fan askew. Gas tank leaking, and more. I found Big Daddy's Motor Cars on the internet and gave them a call. I talked to Vic and explained our situation. He was very sympathetic, but explained he would have to talk to Les, and Damon about the job since it was started (botched) by someone else. We talked a few days later, and he explained that they would be glad to help us out and take on our project. Boy, were we lucky. They repaired all the damage done by the previous mechanic. They got the car running great. They installed a front power disc-brake conversion kit. They even did things not included in the original estimate: fixing the driver side door that wouldn't close all the way, adjusting the windows so that they rolled smoothly and even closed, and fixing the hood so that it was flush with the fenders, and more. They even did a nice wax job on the car. They went above and beyond all expectations, treating the car like it was their very own. All the work they did was excellent. We highly recommend Big Daddy's Motor Cars. Thanks again so much to Les, Damon, and Vic!

Working with Les at Big Daddy s Motor cars was a dream, my 69 Mach 1 fastback came out great! I would definitely recommend.

I found an ad of Big Daddy's on Craigslist. I was looking for someone to help me finish adding an original a/c system to my 1963 Ford Falcon Squire Wagon. I spoke to Vic and he told me that he would check with his team to see if they had time to take on the job. Fortunately, they agreed and the car eventually made it into the shop. The work took about a month to complete and I couldn't be happier. Their Shop Foreman, Damon "Super D" Freeman did an excellent job installing all the original parts I provided and installing the new hoses. The 60-year York compressor works great and nice blows cold air. Damon took care of a couple of issues without asking, which I always love. Les. Vic, and their team and true professionals and die hard Ford guys and I love the fact I no longer have to drive to Santa Clara to get my Falcons repaired!

Took me forever to post this review, but Les and Vic worked on my 68 Mustang a couple months ago. Can't say enough good things about those guys. True mustang people, super knowledgable and attention to details. Highly recommend. If you need some custom work on your Mustang, please go see them first. It's worth the trip :)

These guys are the best of the best!!! Their prices are reasonable and their work ethic is great!!! This is not just another job for them it's their passion to keep customers Happy, and Satisfied.. Big Les , Vic.C and Damon we're well organized, ,very professional , well mannered & they absolutely make you feel like your family I would definitely recommend Big Daddy Motors to Anyone with A Ford Mustang or Mercury Cougar They do it all from frame work , to rewiring , and inside work. We would not recommend other place to bring your classic Mustang in the Bay Area, Other than Big Daddy s Motor Cars!!!! They installed new tires, new rims ,a shifter and fixed my brakes, all at once!! In no time they had my 67 Fastback ready to hit the road. I would continue to bring my car there because they have great advice, great knowledge on how to fix anything in the car and we also loved their taste for parts, not only they look great on your car but they do their job!!!!We also want to thank Les, Vic and Damon for their honesty, we are very happy to have found them.!!

I researched for 6 mo. many builders of 67 mustangs when i was done i chose Big Daddys ! I called Vic many times and Vic was very patient and answered ALL my questions. I"m only 150 miles from them so I drove over their,shop was spotless every thing was organized, clean cut people. They treated me and my son like we were their only customer. I signed a contract with them that day, we went over it. was very clear and simple and I know this after 40 years in my own business. They had 2 pages of details that were available some I had not known about. Each time fame on time they call me on up dates I'm somewhat of a motorhead but Les is light years ahead of me.I'm getting a custom pearl paint job and custom interior that no else has' but these guys can do it. Les to me is magic and Vic is right their with him

This is a small shop that builds big cars, mainly first generation Mustangs. The level of skill is top notch as proven by seeing the various state of progress in the shop. Great group of guys, very energetic.

Small private shop that can focus on bringing your vision to reality. The type of quality of work you cannot find at most shops.Other shops are forced to focus on quick turn around production and not quality. Call Les or check him out online.Highly recommended.

so happy I brought my '69 Mach I Mustang to Les and his Team. Les and Vic spent the time with me to understand exactly what I wanted to do with this Mustang that has been in my family since '69. It was drivable when I brought it in but needed serious help. My priorities were Safety, Reliability and Drivability so my Grandson could jump in and drive it anywhere and I could rest easy. Ended up with a lot of work! and they kept it in my allotted budget! outstanding and professional Team. I highly recommend Big Daddy's. I got exactly what I asked for, they kept to their schedule and delivered on budget!!
