From working in Irvine and seeing Alpine to inquiring about the service and getting advice to finding VIP Kustomz, I couldn't be happier about the help I received from Viry & Ruben! This place is family owned and they care about what they do. Ruben took the time to show me the dash kit and how it fits I inquired about it initially before installation completion. They worked with me on a time and date for my sound system and window tint. Thank you; to all of you at the Shop!

It s a family owned business which I totally support. Came in to see about getting window tinting and ended up with a custom subwoofer box lol. They asked what I was trying to achieve with the sound in my car and they exceeded my expectations. It was a little pricey but any issues I had were resolved same day. They are always learning and expanding in the types of custom upgrades to vehicles that they can service and everyone was nice and helpful

Had my original car speakers changed and added an amp with the subwoofer box. My sound system now sounds incredibly clear and loud. I can feel the Bass on my body. Very happy with the work and sound of my new system. They treated me to a beer as well.

Just moved out to MoVal and decided to try these guys out for my new car based on reviews and they didn't disappoint!Viri is great. She's very personable and knowledgeable on the products they carry.The guys did a great job for my tint and they have reasonable prices for the work that is being done. And it has warranty!Anybody that's asked about tint, I recommend them here. My sister-in-law just got her car done here as well and she came in from OC.

Took my BRZ 17 got a Ceramic Tint done !! THE WORK IS AMAZING !!!! I got a 5% on the back three windows . And I think a 10 or 15% on the sides but it s really good ! Also got the front windshield tinted as well !!! I have brought over 5 cars here and I love doing business with them ! They are honest and hard working people I just want to personally thank Steve because he went above and beyond to make sure my tint was perfect and looks good , had to come in on another day for him to check in on it and he made sure it settled in just nicely for me to enjoy. He really did an amazing job !!! Thanks again Steve ! Your the reason why Ima keep recommended people to come here and bring my other cars here ! Thanks !!!!Service: Vehicle window tinting

I got my Charger Scatpack snorkel lights installed by David and he did a awesome job!!! David did the wiring really clean. I live in San Diego and when I need more work done to my car I m definitely coming back.

Had them install an android radio after my stock unit started to have problems. New radio now thankfully works as expected. Work was done within a few hours. Receptionist was very helpful and informative. Satisfied customer.

This place offers great service. Almost unmatched, highly recommend this place for any kind of tint, audio/alarm install. These guys are experts and offer good deals.

Did a great job of installing my super tweeters in my Honda Civic did not have to drill into the door panels or anything. And they did it all for a very exceptional price. And the staff is very welcoming and family friendly and try to get you out as soon as possible. This is my new stereo shop unlike the one on Alessandro boulevard . This place gets my business and gets five stars from here on out thank you Ruben

They are the best in Moreno Valley, they are family owned and do honest work. We have been coming here for years for all of our car needs. They do anything from tint, wrap, car audio and lighting.

This place is awesome!! Their was a little bit of miscommunication but it was all figured out. While my wife was getting our windows tinted here, I was on my way to work when my car broke down. The owner went out of her way to pick me up. I've never seen or been to a business who has done that. I'm thankful for this place. Thank you!! Excellent work. Very clean and professional detailed work. I don't bother shopping for prices. When it comes to audio electrical tint alarms or wraps I just come ready to sit and hold the tv remote in the lobby. Price is always worth their quality of work. Always happy to come back. Customer since 2015

Had my windows tinted here; good service, timely manner, very happy with the finished product.Also brought my car in to get a spoiler and front lip installed. i was forced to re scedule my appointment and in return they gave me a 50% discount for the work that was done. I was very pleased with the work and how it came out. they also did it very fast. Very pleased. Highly recommend you coming here!

This establishment, if you can even call it that, doesn't even deserve ONE star!I wanted to support a local business and decided to meet with the family for an appointment 3 weeks ago, which was a mistake on my part because now I am taking the time out of my day to write this negative review so no one else gets swindled like I did. The confidence they displayed was misleading enough for me to trust them with my car. It took all day to replace my head lights and I had to reach out to them to inquire about my car before they closed. They stated my car still wasn't done and they broke my fog light because someone dropped it. This was inconvenient because it took 3 weeks to order the part. Even when it was supposedly fixed, it really wasn't when the light went out a day after. The wiring is completley messed up now, causing my heated seats to not work. The wires to my headlamps were also just thrown in and exposed with no sleeves covering them and my check engine light came on with a code referring to a faulty headlight bulb. In addition to all this, when both headlights were working, one side was shinning upward while the other was shinning downward. This has been the worst experience I have ever had and I will not be returning. I was better off going to the allies in LA where they provide the same quality for a better price! Shame on VIP Kustomz! They were also extremely unprofessional, trying to make me compensate for their mistakes. I can not stress this enough that I am writing this because I don't want anyone else to go through the same horrible experience as me.

This place is amazing! Fast, friendly and professional. I went in because I had my stereo system installed elsewhere and this did it all wrong. VIP Kustomz hooked me UP! They re-did and now my system HITS! These guys are legit. And they Price was WAY cheaper than I expected! Definitely recommending this place for stereo system installations!!!

I highly recommend this shop to my friends in the area. Great customer service at the right price. Got the whole car tinted and an alarm system installed.So I actually purchased my alarm system on Amazon with a gift card about a year ago(not knowing that I should ve probably got a better quality one directly from VIP). After researching the local area for the best shop I found that VIP seemed very professional and reasonably priced. So I brought my car into VIP to install my new alarm and the price was definitely the best.Recently the alarm system that I got on Amazon was having some issues so I brought the car into the shop to have VIP troubleshoot and Ruben fixed my alarm problem right away. I will likely be upgrading to a Viper Alarm soon.

I had VIP install my back up camera on my work truck.Did a great job, and the price was very reasonable compared to other places in townThey even called the day before to confirm my appointment.Definitely recommend for any audio/video needs.

Great service! Scheduled my Jeep quickly, got the tint done beautiful for my hubby who is all the way in The Middle East deployed. Played Netflix for me the entire time I waited... Let me know about a manufacturer error in one of my windows so I wasn t surprised by an almost microscopic few dots in the window... they could have not told me but they were so professional and did, I appreciated it. Recommend highly for your tinting needs :)

Definitely pleased with the service and price. I will recommend to everyone. I got my front passanger window tint, replaced my HID headlights, diagnosed and fixed my Amp and RCA cable for $125 when others tried to charge double. Thanks Tim!

Repeat customer as their quotes stick with no exceptions. You can definitely depend on great service and fair prices. 2 tint jobs & speakers replacement and headlights revitalized w2 shield covers. Today I am putting tweeters amp and woofer in the Explorer. I will post a review of that job soon.

Awesome place! I have gone to other stereo places, Pacific Stereo being one of them off Tyler street, and this place beats them by a million miles. They aren t sketchy nor pushy. If you re unsure of what you re looking for they ll give great suggestions to the type of set up you may be picturing or wanting. On the other hand, if you do know what you re looking for they ll install it for you with no hassle. I was looking to install the Kicker 46HS10 Hideaway subwoofer. It s their new 2020 powered 10 inch subwoofer that came out around Jan-Feb. They were able to order it for me via Amazon and they installed it amazingly! They give you the option to purchase other items and bring it in to them, or, they can try to order it for you and you can pay for the items after the install like I did. The quality of the install is what made me write this review. No screws were missing from my truck, no panels were broken or chipped, everything looked as though nothing was even touched. Last time I took my other car to Pacific Stereo and I was missing 2 panels, a few screws and I had scratches all over the place. I was also told they couldn t find the pieces. They didn t even care to replace them. They thought I did it to my own car. Anyways, VIP even used the adhesive fabric electric tape to make the wiring from my powered subwoofer look factory quality. In the end I would highly recommend this place in a heart beat.

Great place for all your auto customization needs. Always my first go to place when i need car audio equipment or installation. Happy with my underglow on my suv. Great customer service and always recommend all my friends to go here all the time.
