I have taken my cars there over the years, and the service is great. The smog test is always quick. This time, 10 minutes, and they don't try to rip you off.

Supposed to open at 8am...waited till 9am and still no one.Once I got in a few days later, they were decent.

I was really impressed. The office was nice and clean. The individual who assisted me was personal and friendly. The test was done in no time and the price was great.

I have an old Expedition and rhese guys did a good job. They gave me a discounted price because i looked them up online! They have a nice place with a large airconditioned waiting room with coffee and toys for the kids. It was quick and easy and they were not rude to me. Seems like they are running a decent business.

Been coming here over 25 years...at least one of my cars needs to be checked every year...I have never had any bad experience here. The place is clean and has a comfortable waiting room ...staff is very friendly, quick, and efficient. Don't forget your $15.00 off coupon they send you every year to help keep the cost down. They offer free wifi while waiting..so I sit and watch Seinfeld reruns on Hulu until my vehicle is ready....

This is a STAR and test only smog test station. I took my SUV here last November and the service was great. So I came back (I had to because my car needed a STAR station, but I was planning on coming here anyways). I have 2 kids, so a quick place is important, they are not only fast, but they had a small kids play area. The person at the counter was very polite and professional. I had two people in front of me and they got me in and out within 30 minutes, very, very fast. 5 star service all the way!!!

This is the best smog center I have ever in my life experienced. I SHOULD have brought my son, who is only two years old.Their office was incredibly clean, and had a pluthera of toys and games, including xbox system with a very large office.They had a great online promotion which meant I only paid $49.00. They asked for my key and by the time I sat down, read one text message and went to hit reply, my car had passed!!Great service, great price, great location, AIR conditioned clean large room very very family friendly for small kids.

Great and fast service they included he monthly coupon that beat bay other smog shops prices. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. They are star certified and I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to get their smog done.

Technician is very good and understanding . My Honda CRV did not pass due to check engine like came on. I took it to 2 Honda Dealers to repair it. They refused to fix it because they only do smog checks. I finally was sent to Toyota in Moreno Valley and they refused to fix it because they only do smog checks. Finally I went to Toyota in Riverside and they were able to fix it. I brought it back to Valley Smog check and it passed .

Got in and got out, needed a smog check and they provided with ease and efficiency. Noticed my car was missing a holder for my battery and pointed it out, very nice and professional business

I had a great experience at Valley Smog. They were very friendly and offered quick service. They provide coffee and a waiting area full of things to do. I will definitely be returning.

I ve taken both of my Motorhomes here because they can accommodate them. Most Smog places can t I ve found. They are friendly & prompt and have a nice waiting room. I ll be bringing all my vehicles to here now....zero complaints from me

I thought this place was okay but I got rip off, after getting a smog check. My car didn't pass I was told I needed to drive my car a little more not enough miles on it. I drove the car for a while and went back the next day, it didn't pass again so I had to pay again with no certificate.

I took my car here to get a smog test and I was very disappointed. Specially after reading all these great reviews. First of all, when I walked in one of the customers was leaving and she was mad because of something they did, second the fat guy in the front didn't know the difference between a cold air and a short ram intake. Third, the guy who tests the cars couldn't get my stick shift car in reverse and stalled it a couple times. At that moment I should've realized these guys are complete morons but I let them continue. Only to find out that they couldn't do my smog test because of my aftermarket intake system, which is an AEM C.A.R.B. LEGAL! It has a number and everything. This is what really shocked me, the fat guy running the shop didn't know what C.A.R.B. was. How can you run a smog test facility not knowing anything about cars? Anyway at that point I let them know how stupid they were and went to another star facility where my car passed with no issues. I would stay away from this shop, specially if you have custom parts in your car. These idiots don't seem to realize that there is a ton of aftermarket parts that are street legal. I should've walked away when it took the old man 10 minutes to figure out how to put my car in reverse.

There wasnt a line. They have a water dispenser, movies and board games in the wating room. Very pleased with the polite staff I was in and out.

Smog was quick but they are way over priced and they throw random prices to you first they said $69.99 then said they'll do it for $49.99 so they'll get over on you if you don't ask questions

Rude over the phone practically hung up on me , and they're charging 20-25 dollars more than other local smog shops , find a better place
