I would not recommend this place. My partner and I decided to give this location a chance and they scratched up our wheel. We were not notified of the damage and when we brought it up to the manager Luis, he told us it is impossible for them to leave that kind of scratch. We recently washed our car and did not see any damage before we had taken it to this location. Thankfully we also took photos before the service but Luis was still in denial that it was their doing. We will never come again and would never recommend unless you like your car being scratched up. If I could I d rate 0 stars.

Came to get brake inquiry, and the boy that did the test drive slid another car and didn't tell me. I will never come to this company for service and I recommend you find some other place that will respect your vehicle.

I have a few concerns regarding the job that was completed on my truck last night.*Overpriced parts (two different people who work in the industry have told me this). They also asked me if I was asked to resurface the damaged rotor, and I told them I was never told that could be done. There wasn't a need to replace both rotors if only one of them was damaged. If I had been given the option, I would have chosen to resurface 1 rotor and not have both of them replaced.*Overpriced labor: I called you back at 5:34 to let you know to go ahead and replace the parts. The shop closes at 6 pm. The job was completed (if started at 5:34, after my confirmation) within an hour, but labor costs are over $300. That doesn't make sense. Did the part replacement begin to take place even before my consent was given since it was known that I needed my truck back?* I went back this morning for my old parts, but I was only given two back (the ones that were damaged). Where are my other parts? I never agreed to discard my old parts as stated on the invoice (again, not given a choice). If the other parts are not returned, it makes me doubt that they were even replaced. I even wonder if there was no need to replace them and getting them back would confirm that.I would like to request fair pricing on both parts and labor, therefore a reimbursement for the unjust pricing and procedures. I would also like my other old parts back. I am attempting to get this situation corrected by means of this communication. I messaged the manager and he called me back saying to do what I had to do, didn't let me respond and hung up on me. If I don't hear from you or the company, I will be forced to report this wrongdoing to the BAR and seek legal representation to receive fair and full compensation. Thank you.

My tire pressure light kept coming on, even after I put air in it. I brought my car here again to check on my tires. Little did I know, I had a punctured tire. The nice people here fixed it free of charge and I was out within like 30 minutes. I really like this place and would 100% recommend! Also, shoutout to Chris who helped me the many times I ve been here. Super professional and nice guy.

Absolutely atrocious place, I thought I would come here and get new tires for my car because it was so close to my house but turns out that was a terrible decision they left my wheel all scraped to the bare metal when I go back to tell them about how my wheel is scratched the manager Louis comes to me and tells me how their tools can not scratch wheels like that mind you I washed my car the day previous inspected my whole car and took pictures of everything before getting this done 100% this scratch was not there. Mind you i spent 1500$ here and He was in total denial the whole time even trying to argue like a child with me at points trying to justify that their tools don t scratch look at this picture and tell me if it doesn t look like it s coming from the inside of the wheel how the heck would I scratch my wheel like that? I ve never seen a scratch like that unless you take the wheels on or off which I have never done prior to this it s just so crazy to me that he couldn t just say I ll fix it for you and end of story. It seemed like he had to go the extra 9 miles to try to find any way not to fix it for my by trying to get me to send him the pictures I took before and after which I and still trying to make it seem like it was there before hand. He did tell me he would fix it for me regardless but I m not going to trust someone like this with my vehicle again. Safe to say I will never be coming here again.

You know what I just witnessed the shop manager take his time diagnosis a problem for a gentleman that was having a starting issue with his truck, found to be his battery going weak cleaned terminals and jump his truck when ask the cost the manager said don't worry about it kudos to Tire Choice auto and to that manager. Thank you for doing the right thing.

I had an appointment for 12:30, it is now 2:04 and the car has not been moved. The job requested was an oil and filter change for my fleet vehicle. I will find a new place to service my vehicles. I have been coming here for 6 years but the customer service has really went down hill

So this had the potential of going bad, and through no fault of my own. To start, I arrived to the location at 7:30 am on a Friday and the place wasn t open. Not a person here and not a car in sight. As you can see in the picture, it s supposed to be open, but it wasn t. I checked the door at 7:38 am. Nothing. I called at 7:58 am. No answer and no voicemail. The irritation grew.I needed a tire checked to see if it could be repaired/replaced. The tire type I purchased did not come with a mileage warranty. Instead it came with a Tire Choice warranty that varied based on time the tire was on your car. Although it had been less than two years since I purchased the tire, the tire alone had less than 5,000 miles on it, but the thought of having to purchase a new tire based on a pro rated time on the vehicle bothered me. These tires were basically brand new. The car sits parked for a majority of the year.Here is where Manager Paloma De La Torre comes in. She explained to me how the warranty for my type of purchased tire worked. I explained to her my situation. However, in looking at my account she saw a mileage amount was never entered by employees when I first purchased the tire. She asked me how many miles I put on the vehicle. I told her less than an oil change worth. Now, Paloma didn t have to take my word for it. She could ve very easily charged me the pro rated amount based on the amount of time the tire was on my car. She didn t have to believe anything I said. In this case, she made an extremely noble and professional move; charged me only the fees associated with the new tire.I don t know who made the decision to have Paloma the manager at this location, but they did the right thing! She listened to me, assessed the situation, and made a decision based on the information provided. She s a genuine person. She s awesome! Thanks Paloma.

I had to get two new tires placed on my vehicle yesterday. My appointment was set for 11. They didn t take my take my car back until 25 mins later and took 2 hours and a half to complete! I definitely do not recommend!

Online scheduling was a breeze, confirmation email right away. Showed up, check-in was quick & easy. Staff is very professional & interactive with their customers. Being from out of state, this was a great place to bring my truck for a tune-up & rotation for my trip back home

Friendly staff but the master mechanic is useless. Just bought a used car. It was shaking a lot in ideal and in reverse. I knew something was wrong. I took it here and after a day they told me that s just how it runs On top of that . they forgot to call me to tell me my car was ready.So I took it to a dealership service department .come to find out .I was not crazy and the engine mounts were shot. Had to replace all 3.If I would have just agreed with this wack mechanic, I probably would ve had some issues in about 20,000 miles.

Apparently when I asked for a deal for service. I got my oil drain bolt seized out of no where. Had to replace my oil pan. This place is a complete joke. Manager at the time was Robert Lopez. Never again. Wish this place will shut down

I ended up going to Tire choice after an extremely long day because I had a nail in my tire. Paloma, the manager, greeted me and she was so sweet and professional. Her team and herself did everything in their power to help me out. This business exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be back!!

This shop and the crew really strive for quality and excellence. Super impressed with their ability to solve my problem that Two shops before them could not ! And the price was unbeatable!! Amazing place I will always go back.

We drove over some debris on the freeway last night and got two punctured tires.After driving to several other Moval tire shops on a Saturday late afternoon and finding them closed.We eventually made it back to our corner shop.Jose is the assistant manager. He was a pleasure to deal with on this stressful situation. He took care of the issue and made sure a detailed inspection was in order.I bought my tires here last year and once again I feel fantastic walking out the door.Thank you! Tire Choice staff.

Oscar, the manager on duty was beyond accommodating. He helped me fix the problem I had with my car and went above and beyond to quote out future services. His knowledge and expertise of all things Tire Choice was amazing! I ll always recommend Tire Choice to family, friends and neighbors!!

Very bad customer service. They haven t fixed the alignment machine for the past 6-8 months when they should ve they don t give you papers that your alignment is done correctly. This place isn t worth bringing for your car to get checked up.

Eric is wonderful. I feel completely confident in him and he doesn't rip you off. He had my best interest in mind and didn't let me waste my money. I had taken my car to the dealership and they said I needed a lot of work done. He could have said yes they were right and taken the profit. But he was honest and only did what was needed. Wonderful consumer service, he will the only one I take my car to for maintenance from now on.

tldr: Eric + the crew @Tire Choice Auto Service are the best.When I first moved to Moreno Valley, I needed a simple oil change and smog check for my car. I went to this place down Perris street called :My Auto Care. I told them what I needed, my car was fairly new although I was a second-hand owner. 1st off they took 3 hrs to start the service my car. I got a call after they did a 'free' diagnosis, they wanted to tell me all of the things that were wrong with my car that they could fix. To be real, I think they were trying to take advantage of the fact that I was a young female that didn't know much about cars and wanted to take all the money they could get out of me. The service I went in for would have summed at a bill of $120 give or take. But with the service they suggested I should have them do the bill would have been over $600. About a few months later, My car had a flat tire and obviously I needed to get it fixed but I wasn't going back to that place. I decided to go to Tire Choice Auto Service and Eric greeted me and after I told him the service I would need he came out to my car to look at my tires. He told me that my car was not very common , my tires were tiny so he would have to order a tire and so he did, it came back the next day. When it was time for me to change my oil again I went back to Eric because I trust him with my car. I have been back to Eric a few times, there is never a wait and he doesn't give me flack. Now I can walk in, and he'll just ask me for the keys and he'll take care of my car + call me when it's done. His prices are very reasonable + I wouldn't go to anyone else with my car. Thanks Eric.

Great service! Took my car in for an oil change today and Eric was very honest on the amount of time it would take to have the service done. Very friendly guy and my car was ready exactly when he said it would be. I started coming here about a year ago now when I first moved to Moreno Valley and we ve always had great service which is why we continue to return.

Oscar was very helpful, I have been here multiple times and have had great experiences, I had a tire that was flat and went to get it patched but since I had been there before they did for me no charge. It s nice to have people focused on customer service they have insured I will return for any vehicle needs they can service.

I came here from SF and was worried two of my tires were unable to get me back home. Thankfully an associate assured me one of them is good to go while the other one needs to be changed. He told me what he saw and why he thinks it should be changed which made me gain a little knowledge of tires. It definitely helped a girl out and I would definitely recommend going here. Eric is an amazing manager as well, he's very professional and helpful!

I took my vehicle here for new tires and to have my engine light checked. Being a female taking a car In is very intimidating. Eric was very courteous, helpful, honest, and quick. He did exactly what he said he would do and walked me through the process as well as made sure I understood what needed to be done. He even went on to help me out more with my vehicle when he was under no obligation to do so.I recommend going to tire choice Moreno valley without reservation. Eric went above and beyond to ensure my confront in the process and took excellent care of my car. I ve never felt so at ease at a mechanic. I will definitely be a returning customer.

My husband and I have been coming here for a few years for any mechanical services and regular upkeep for our vehicles. I went in today and worked with Shaun and had a great experience (as always). They are absolutely honest and trustworthy. We have never had a bad experience here. I would recommend them to anyone in need of any car services. Thank you for everything you guys do!
