Hidden Gem! Originally found this place because I went to go to Valvoline instant oil change next store, but the wait was far too long, so took my chances and stopped here (also a carrier of valvoline). Hag a great experience, prices were fair. Joe at the front desk was amazing, Joseph and Chris in the back were also great, thorough, and took care of our truck as if it were their own. Everyone here was extremely truthful, straightforward, honest, and reputable which is hard to come by these days. Highly recommended!

I have been going to this local tire shop for years, and I always appreciate the promptness, courtesy, and service I receive here, whether it s getting new tires or minor mechanical work. The manager and staff are top-notch and always give me straight answers about my vehicle. It s nice to have a place close by that can be depended upon for help when it s needed!

I paid for an AC diagnostic and was told I had a leak.They wanted $370 to repair the leak.Took it to AAMCO where they checked it for free and was told there was absolutely nothing wrong with it!Will NEVER GO BACK TO TIRE CHOICE! And will share my experience with as many as possible

I m happy I m not the only one who experienced racism here! SmhSomeone neeeds to fire that guys! I was there and he gave me a higher price on the same item then white couple. When I asked him about it, he laughed and said my bad !

Mel and the rest of her staff were great! Helped me with all my issues with my tires. They were very timely, friendly and my car is driving better than it ever has since I ve had it. Greatly appreciate their service and work.

Tire Choice Auto Service Center came to my rescue yesterday morning after my vehicle's tire light sensor started beeping. I was in close proximity to Tire Choice and gave them a call if I can come in.Robin responded quickly and said to just come in. She had a friendly attitude on the phone so I felt good about making my way here.When I arrived, she told me to just pull up to one of the garages and a young man helped me with filling up my tires. I was done within 2 minutes and was safe to drive back on the road.Helpful Tip:The tire shop is a bit hard to find. If you want to make your way down here, they are just north of the 60 freeway on Hemlock in Moreno Valley. They are right behind the ARCO and Burger King.

I went in to get a wheel alignment based on their rating and they did not disappoint! Tony, Josiah, Jesus and the rest of the crew did a great job on my car. Very helpful, friendly and professional. It felt like a couple of very knowledgeable dads just doing their best to care for my car lol I appreciate all the help they gave me. Y'all got a customer for life and I WILL be recommending yall to my friends and family.

So l came in due to the little shop next door not being able to take the drain plug out my car.As soon as I came in the staff here. Awesome. Tony was so helpful. Definitely will come here again. And for those smart car users. (They know what they are doing)

I am a woman and Army Veteran. I visited the Tire Choice on Hemlock. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Cesar. From my phone call for a quote to my actual visit and departure was a pleasant experience. Cesar was honest and trustworthy. He showed me all the things that were wrong with my car and explained everything versus simply telling me a list of things and prices. That made me very comfortable. He also told me about different packages to help me save money. This is a great place to get your car services taken care of but be prepared to wait a while, especially if you have quite a few things to get done to your car. I will be back for sure. We were heading to work yesterday and our car alerted us that we had low pressure. We headed to Arco at first to try to inflate our tires, but couldn't find the air machine. We then noticed Tire Choice and drove up to one their stalls. Josiah immediately ran up to us and asked how he could help us. He then inflated all of our tires for free. We were impressed by his professionalism and friendly demeanor. The next time we need our tires serviced, we will go back to Tire Choice.

After looking around at different tire shops I decided to get my services here. What convinced me is how they really care about their customers. Cesar took his time to thoroughly explain issues I was having with my car instead of just trying to rush and get he day over with like the other shops I looked at did. Aside from that my car feels smoother than ever! Thank you! 10/10 :)

One of the best services I have ever had. I came in with a flat tire and they did a great job. Cesar, the manager, gave me great quotes and tried to help in everything he could. I ended up leaving with two brand new tires and a car that felt wayyy better than it was before the flat tire. 100% coming back, thank you :)

Great car service and amazing tires for a great price. Cesar the manager is the best at making sure that we get the service we need without having to pay crazy amount of money. Will recommend tire choice to family and friends. I will definitely be going back as well.

Tried to give this place a chance. First they had no synthetic oil (5w30). I understand that with COVID supply issue, that they would not carry it due to back order. I decided to give the place a try again by making an appointment at 1 for a tire rotation and wheel alignment. Once I got there, they said it was drop offs only because they had major mechanic work being done on other cars. Then what is the point of an appointment? At least call and say that they can't make my appointment work before I arrive to the store. I'm sure other people had good things to write about this place, but I don't. The worse part is that the guy who made my appointment reservation was acting like "whatever" take it or leave it type attitude. The taller older dude next to him seemed to at least show some apologetic attitude. Don't come here if timeliness is your thing.

Went to get one tired patch,they said 2-3 hrs,took them 5 hrs to tell me i have to replaced it for $200 dollars. I refused,n when i picked up car,tech gave me attitude n said, "oh your that guy!!" Guy at counter was professional but tech guy shouldnt give attitude because i decided to go somewhere else.

Amazing Customer Service along with Management. My car battery died and needed a replacement, The technician was thoroughly. Explaining to me the cause of why battery had died was due to my alternator being bad as well. They were very fast in getting my car parts the same day. My car is now running smoothly. Definitely recommending family and friends very trust worthy.

I always come hear for my Acura , for my BRZ , even for a wheel swap for my cars ! They always have the best deals and also the best service they always make me feel comfortable where I want to come back and do business . Honest people I never seen nothing wrong with my car nor do they scratch my wheels ! Good job guys ! I always will come here for my tire needs !

Cesar the shop manager was great ! Treats his clients with care and thoughtfulness!!! 100% recommend . Went in with a flat tire and helped me find a good quote just for me. Car runs great. Will be recommending and coming back to Cesar when I need him again. Thanks Bro!

I was impressed with the remodel of the lobby when I came in and even more impressed with the quick and friendly service I received from Cesar, the Store Manager. Even though I had a fleet vehicle, which is a hassle for service providers,Cesar handled the intake quickly and sent me on my way. Within 2 hours, my car was ready. He even put complimentary Nitrogen in my personal vehicle's tires!We will bring all our vehicles here for the great service! Thanks Cesar!

Cesar, The New manager was amazing! I was in desperate need of two new Tires, I went over to American tires that is right across the street and they didn t have the tires I needed and also wouldn t work with my budget. I decided to come over here and got two brand new tires with a 4000 mile warranty(Free) without breaking the bank! Great job guys!! I ll definitely be coming back for my next check!

I drove in leaking air out of my rear passenger tire and Tire Choice has taken over the the previous establishment. I was greeted with fast and friendly service. I bought the tires from the previous establishment but Tire Choice took great care of me right away. Fastest and friendly service Ive had at that location. Happy that Tire Choice has taken over.

Cesar Maldonado is definitely one of the best mechanics a customer service reps I've ever been encountered with this guy deserves a lot of recognition for his hard work and helpful positive service I came in the other day with a problem with my Mustang and he made sure I was taken care of right away. It was also his birthday but you never would have known by all his hard work are focus he had on helping his customers thank you again Caesar.

So I made an appointment for 1. When I got there on time, I was told the mechanics are on a one hour lunch break so the drop off wait time would be about two hours (originally told 30-45 min wait from appointment). I questioned receptionist what was the point of scheduling my appointment in the first place, she couldn t give a logical answer. My time is valuable and I don t appreciate the misleading info given when I made an appointment!!! Poor customer service if you ask me.

I wanted to do an oil change and they also saw a leak coming from the actual oil pan. They helped me resolve the issue in no time. They went above and beyond with my service even though I only came in for an oil change. Oscar was very communicative and effective in explaining to me the issues with my car. He really did make me feel like they care about my safety by keeping my car in great condition. Thank you!

Got a flat on the freeway and luckily was able to make it Tire Choice here in Moreno Valley. George came out to look at my car right away and had Daniel fix the tire within minutes. I was out of there in less than an hour! I would definitely recommend coming here not just for emergencies but for all your tire needs. Thanks guys!
