I highly recommend Tire Choice. They don t take five hours like the dealership. Even if you book an appointment at the dealership they still take about five hours. Tire Choice has options for services with different price packages. They offer optional lifetime warranty on some services. This will cost you more but it s worth it and it s optional. It never hurts to give them a call to see your options. With this kind of service I will gladly return and recommend Tire Choice.

Highly recommend Tire Choice auto service . Store manager greeted me as I came in, definitely the nicest and cleanest tire shop I ve been to . Comfy waiting area . I Came in for a tire repair patch due to a nail .he was very helpful and informative and took us right in with no appointment (major plus for a mom always on the go). will definitely tell family and friends.

So you have customer service and then you have service that set the bar higher. I had a car meet to go to and I didn t have time to run home to put my brake pads on. Tire Choice first said they couldn t. Walked across the way he said no. So I was going to leave. Until my not all angels have wings comes waving me down. Oh it s Mike the district manger my angel. Turning my frown upside down! Oscar (store manager) and Mike. Thank you for rescuing this damsel in distress. My new tire shop.

Had my car towed into their shop. Customer service is honest and easy to communicate on how to resolve my tire issues. Thank you tire choice for helping my family and I get back on the road safely. Highly recommended.

Carlos was a great help! I came in for patch up on my tire 30 mins before closing and he took me in right away and too no longer than 15-20 mins. I highly recommend this tire shop.

I will recommend this place to everyone I know. They literally saved my life. No one would help me because I cannot walk, I've stopped here almost in tears and they said " no problem" pull around and we'll take care of you!! Thank you Carlos, your a man with a heart . If only there were more compassionate people in the world like you. Again, thank you Carlos, God bless you!!!

When I pick up the car, car key was Broken and store manager Beto refused to take the responsibility for my key broken. I regret to use this auto shop. My car died on the road. I towed to this shop believing its good rates on google. Store manager Beto charged me the total $1063 for alternator and battery replacement. Very expensive for only alternator and battery. Next day I came to pick up the car, my car key was broken and taped. I said about it and manager Beto blamed towing company. But Towing does not need car key. They just tow. I asked him compensation for broken car key. He refused.

Went on 6/26 to get a tire patched due to a screw in the tire and an oil change. The tire was not repaired, they told me that maybe it was a bad patch and to come back however the screw was still in the tire so they didn't even attempt to fix it. As I was driving home I noticed the check engine light on which was not on when I went in for service and then smoke started to come from under my hood, when I pulled over and popped the hood and you could see oil all over the engine and surrounding areas under the hood. I am truely disappointed in the service that was provided, and do not recommend.

Tire choice auto service center in Moreno valley, crew is amazing, fast and accurate. All very nice and very joyful, Jose was very nice over the phone and in person. The manager was amazing as well. Very clean location, I'm very happy with my service I received.

I found a nail in my tire last Friday when I got to work and took my car here to get it fixed. Jose got it patched quickly and had me back on the road. Great service!

Carlos and Jose are life savers they took their time to show me what was wrong with my tires they gave me great deals and affordable options . I came in almost 10-15 mins before closing they worked overtime and had so much patience with me . I appreciate their services . I definitely recommend this tire / auto shop .

The best customer service in town. Been in Moreno Valley for 22 years and have never experienced the quality of service I had today. Lino at Tire Choice Auto Service Center cares about his customers and he will take care of you. I will definitely be a returning customer. I would rate 6 stars if I could.

I called in advance to check whether they had time to perform an oil change for me. I was asked for my make and model vehicle, which I provided. I was told they did have the supplies in stock for my vehicle's oil change and was quoted a cost of $40. After I arrived, I was told the oil for my make and model was more expensive, and the cost more than tripled to $129. Huge bait and switch. I will NOT be returning!

Came in to get a brand new tire plugged. Was originally told 30. But said he didn t think my tires had sensors. So it was cheaper. Appreciate the honesty, cuz I had no idea lol good guys and we re quick with the service!

I am a repeat customer. I met a lot of those who goes to this place for their car troubles. Their staff including manager (Beto) are very nice & courteous. They don't just sell tires but are also very good with other car issues.

EZ and Alex in Moreno Valley (on Alessandro Blvd.) have both taken care of me and are terrific! Their customer service is great. The work on my car s tire and my daughter s oil change, alignment, and shocks were done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend for all of your vehicle needs!

Awesome auto service every time. I came in a few times because the air pressure on one of my tires became low. After two episodes of this, I finally brought in my car because I was convinced that I needed a new tire. Thirty minutes into my appointment, the manager came in and said my car was ready. He told me that I had a nail in my tire and that they repaired it for free. Staff is super helpful and the manager is very nice which makes the experience always positive. I will keep coming back here!

This place is helpful and the staff is very customer service oriented. I had a flat and they made the process easy and fast on a very busy Monday. Side note bathrooms are very clean.

Brought in my vehicle for an alignment, 8 minutes after driving my upper strut the rod/metal component broke/snap, really uncommon for it just to break. The shop said it was due to wear and tear, metal rod do not just snap. They declined responsibility. Please think twice about bringing your vehicle to this shop.

Awesome customer service. Mike took care of my truck needs. He was detailed on the work that needed to be done. He also understood how tight my financial situation was specially one week before Christmas and was very helpful explaining my options as well as my credit options. I m so glad it all worked out. Daniel was very helpful and greeted me as soon as I walked in making himself available. And listen to the issue I was having with my car. His mechanic was able to fix the issue within minutes for the best price around. And I will definitely be coming back again to this shop!

Great customer service by Jose and his team, they made sure I was taken care of. Friendly staff and will work with you, they also take the time to educate on the problem and the prices are fair. They fixed/repaired my flat tire right away. So glad I made the choice to come here. They are quick and efficent. I Highly recommend everyone to come here. Thank you Tire Choice.

Always great customer service. Friendly guys. Ez, and George have always given my husband and I, very good customer service. Second time coming here to service our car. Last year it was for our ac. They finished it by the next day.. this is our go-to spot for our car.
