This place did not Pass my truck and it turns out their machine for ignition timing was NOT ACCURATE! I went to the other smog shop and their numbers were different! The employee male at this Smog didn t want to retest my TRUCK!!!! I don t recommend you guys coming over here! Especially if you have Chevy cars/Truck! Save your money and go somewhere else!!!!Service: Smog certification

I've been taking both my vehicles and my both parents cars here for several years now. Great customer service. Pretty quick turn around time. Fair fee to pay your registration and get your tags on the spot.If you pass you pass, if you fail you fail. Either way, its the same amount of work for the shop. How can they "scam" you. They cant force you come back. Theres no reason to for them to "scam" people. It's not the shops fault if a vehicle has something wrong with it.

I have been bringing cars here for years. They have always been honest and I have no complaints. One of my cats took a few times to pass smog because it was old. This is not the fault of the business. We fixed it and it was fine.

I'm begging you if you are reading this please don't bring your vehicle here. Please this is the worst place possible. They don't care about you at all. Please don't bring it here. I will tell everyone about this place! I was recommended by a coworker to come here and I work in the area and wanted to give there business a try. First off they charge you $60 for the smog where the other place I go to only cost $45. My vehicle passed the electronic smog, but failed on the visual had a rip in the manifold duct. At no point did they tell me that I would be charged for them to tell me why my car failed (the visual inspection). When I left the place I had spent $120 and had nothing to show for it. They then want to charge an additional $40 to get it resmogged. I'm ok with the fail and paying for the smog, but for them to charge me to tell me why it failed is just wrong. I called back to speak with the manager/owner and she was incredibly rude and offered no help. I'm a single mother who's just trying to the right thing and this is how this place treats there customers. I will also be reporting them to the better business bureau. This place is awful and don't care at all for there customers. PLEASE AGAIN DONT GO HERE!

So,...this is my 3rd annual smog test for my chevy truck and this year before it was due my o2 sensors started to fail....so I replaced them and called Stop-n-go smog to ask if I needed to drive my truck a certain amount of miles before bringing it in. I talked to a Beautiful young Smog Tech Lady and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed to do. She said to drive it at least 85 miles in normal driving conditions before bringing it down as long as it didn't pop anymore codes. She said after I did that to bring it down and she will check it with here scanner tool and make sure it was ok to dyno/Smog check. So I did and she said it was ready. She did what she does...and it passed thankfully. The Staff here are awesome, great service, and speedy. I definitely recommend this Smog testing station! They have my business.

This smog shop is the best in town with fantastic customer service and reliable people. They also have DMV services so its a one stop shop. I will never go anywhere else. They treat you like family 10/10!

I've had my cars smogged at this business for several years and they've always been great. The first thing I noticed when I went into the shop is that it's very clean and nicely decorated, unusual to say the least for a small mechanics shop.

had a Honda crv that wouldn't pass smog. for a bad cat. owner worked with me to help pin point problem by really breaking down what causes the numbers to go up and had it pass the 2nd time. great place to deal with

This is an amazing shop and worth every penny spent here. I have an old VW Vanagon that has a very involved test procedure. This shop went above and beyond to test properly and take care of my little pride a joy. I've found my new smog place.

SCAMMERSBrought in my 2012 car to get smogged here. They failed my car that only has 73,000 miles and their reason why was because my car had black cloud coming out the muffler when revved our 6,000 rpm while parked. Who does that!!! Then they charged me $38 and sent me to their old crooked dad that works at Big Dog just around the corner. At shop we were not able to replicate the problem so they then sent me to their friends muffler shop down the street. At the muffler shop again we were not able to replicate the problem and they sent me to his friends auto shop. Once there they told me about the horrible reviews about this crooked smog test location. In the end, I had wasted my whole day driving around and $80. Crooked manager with a young technician that just got license to smog with no experience.

Brought my 09 honda pilot, for some reason the IM cat monitor read incomplete and had a torn air intake hose. Strange and gets me thinking mainly about the hose... The first time I heard about this place I brought in sis n law 01 Toyota camry. Really weird because her car had the same exact problem... Torn air intake hose and IM cat monitor. Next time you bring your car here please check your hoses before hand, trust me I have a gut feeling something might be off.

this business is a giant scam. they live and feed off people failing smog tests for no real reason. hard working people come here to have their cars tested by an honest business and get shafted with bull crap excuses and misinformation. im angry cause my car failed smog twice and as business owners these guys should except people to be angry when hard earned money is being flushed down the toilet. the first time it failed was because my car battery had died and apparently the car cpu resets its monitor checks so even tho my car passed smog with flying colors since the computer hadnt done its own monitor checks they failed it. this second time i bought a code tester to see when all the monitors were ready to go which they were when i showed up. i thought all was gona go well until the young smog technician who cant explain his way out of a paper bag tells me my car failed due to a vacuum leak. having failed smog before i asked him did the car fail smog or did it fail because of a vacuum leak. thats when these weasels start to work their magic and all they see is a big fat $$$ on hard working peoples faces. he starts to tell me it failed because of the vacuum leak then he says theres a cracked vacuum hose if i wana take a look at it... he told me there was some tape on the hose and he removed it and saw there was a crack on the boot of the hose. i was angry he even removed the tape. i thought this was a visual inspection not a remove anything you see from my car and do what you want. he didnt even ask me if he could go into my engine and star removing things from it. granted it was just tape the state laws say VISUAL inspection. im not sure if these guys are thieves or if they participate in unlawful activity to make sure people dont pass smog. on what planet does visual inspection mean start pulling tape and componets from my car ? the owner walked in and hes just a big an idiot as his technician . using word manipulation and scare tactics to get people to pay for their crooked thieving practices. they make so much money from failing people its not even funny and they know this. just before my car was smogged a gentleman had also failed because he was not aware you had to drive your car an X amount of files to reset your car monitors or regardless if your car passes the actual smog portion of the test they will fail it.. these guys are very unprofessional and its obvious they live to rip people off. yes i was angry for my car failing but what made it worse was these guys obvious scam tactics and manipulation . visual does not mean start fooling around in my car removing things you should of asked me before you did. i will never go back again and i hope no one else does either. you have been warned.

Customer Service is good, but too much scam.Beware if they fail you for an intake sticker or any other little excuse that will make you fail.10 years passing smog check with no problem.went to this place and looks like my car will not pass smog for a sticker they want to see in my INTAKE?.End up paying DOUBLE for a simple smog check..SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM.

First time there to get our truck smog. Didn'tPass. He told us why it didn't and what code popped up. We bought the part. Went back to re smog. It passed. Easy. Simple. Boom!

I recommend stop n go to any one and if you want your tags registration and smog they do it all their the chick is very hot, nice and friendly and the dudes are cool thanks stop n go AAAA++++ in my book
