Been there 3 times but my last experience the one guy was trying to up sale me on everything was talking to me like I don't know cars .the only reason I was going because I didn't have space to do my own oil change .try to tell me I need a new air filter when it was dam near new .and now today I check my oil there was no oil on my dip stick so I believe they just changed the oil filter and that was it ... I have no oil leak and does not burn oil so why is there barely any oil

If I could give zero stars I would I went there today to go to oil change went back to work came out noticed that water leaking. I guess they said it was my water reservoir for my windshield wipers cause I took the car back and they said there was a crack in it. There wasn t a crack before I took it to them, so I don t know how that happened but I wouldn t recommend this to nobody

They lie about the pricing . Only because I m a female . I always get it done here but the one time I m by myself, they think I don t know anything by being a female and straight out lied to me .

The sign says 10 minutes and it took an hour plus to get my oil change. I first asked if I could see a sample of the old oil removed, and the guy said sure. I also told him I want synthetic oil and over 40 minutes later he asks what kind of oil do you want? when I checked out nearly 90 minutes later, he said they never have a way to ever show a sample of the old oil removed, and looked at me like I was crazy. This was the same exact guy who had told me it would be no problem to do so when I checked in. I now doubt whether they even changed the oil at all

I like the fact that they don t take long to do my oil change but is it done correctly? Last time I went I got an invoice saying that they topped my fluids and the next day my car was over heating. There was no fluid in my radiator whatsoever. WOMEN!!!! Check your fluids before or after leaving that place!

My first time coming here today. I pulled up in my van, was greeted promptly and with a very welcoming smile. The owner was there talking with a customer and I felt their excellent service right away. They explained everything they were doing and even showed me their computer screen. No hidden agenda, no extra surprise fees-- simply honest, fast and friendly service. Definitely will return. Loved their signs in the lobby as well. A good laugh.

Do yourself a favor and take your car here. They get you in and out, and the price is affordable. They will recommend a service that you need without haggling pressure of an upgrade pushy sale man. This will be my forever oil pit stop

Been a long time customer. No longer. Wife got oil change Saturday. Son and I were shocked when she pulled into driveway trailing oil. We contacted shop Monday when they were open and they said bring car in they will fix it. Instead of saying they goofed and didn't tighten oil filter or whatever, several tech pointed out that they 'wash' the engines after each oil change and the what I saw was just water draining off. This story seemed well rehearsed and ready to deliver. I don't believe I am the first customer to get this excuse. I am almost 60 years old but I'm not stupid. I can tell the difference between oil and water. When I drove my wife's car to shop Monday, it left a line of oil dots down my driveway. I will not patronize a business that can make a mistake and not man up about it. Just say sorry and fix it and not feed me BS and we can continue to do business.

Love getting my oil change here. Price is good, the service fast, and the dude is cool. Only down side is it gets packed if you go at a bad time. But that's good for him

This is the only place I trust to change my oil and transmission. Tony is always helpful and only records what I need to do. They re very friendly and fast. Thank you gentlemen for your hard work!!!!

I am very pleased with Speedy Lube on Alessandro the service is awesome and the welcoming is great they recommend and explain what services your car needs. I have introduced my family to this spot and they are now getting serviced by them. This place has become a joke on my previous visit they charged me $86 for an oil change on my 5.7 truck. Today they tried charging me $130 for the same job. Enough said.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

We travel. Me n Rousey. It s necessary to keep your vehicle in the best possible condition. This place is my go to place when anywhere in the inland empire. They have been flawless, friendly, and fast. Professional, consistently. Year after year. Thank you for making my trucks, and my time, your top priority! Life is short, and me and Rousey have places to go , green balls to chase, people to see. You make it happen for us. Rousey gives 5 stars and 3 tail wags, that s an A+ in K9. She has a question. Rousey wants to know if anyone ever thought of putting a ice cream maker in your business like DQ? She said if she could get a pup cup while she waited, it would be the best advertising angle in human dog history! I told her , nonsense, she doesn t even know what an odometer is! She says that doesn t matter. And wants to know why they give out so much horsepower , when everyone knows, DOG POWER RULES!

I asked the guy to do transmission oil flush he did oil change and when I asked him this is not what I asked you to do after eating one hour he was rude. The black guy has glasses do not deal with him he is rude and not professional.

Went a week ago, staff was arguing with each other and the short manager did nothing but stare at the screen. Took an hour, just 4 cars ahead of me , oil changes and both bays open, and rates too high now

I love going to Speed Lub, I drive to LA 5 days a week for work and 2 weekends a month to pick up my kids about 3500 miles total. I come here to have my oil change every month, each time I'm always greeted with a smile and great service. If there's no other customers their, they have me in and out in 10 minutes. The longest wait was 30 minutes do to 4 or 5 cars ahead of me. The lounge area is OK, TV about 4 chairs and A/C but you are only there for 10 minutes.

I love this establishment. I service all three of my cars here. I have been going here since they first opened and have had nothing but excellent service from day one. Great business and great prices.

I have to say this place is amazing! My family, and i been coming to this place for over 10 years. I have to say that everytime i leave from there i feel safe driving away! I went this morning and veryone every friendly! Of course the price is awesome, and will continue to come here!!! Best oil change spot in Moreno Valley. Budget friendly, & took maybe 15 minutes. JiffyLube wanted almost twice as much for the same exact thing. I usually do it myself, but didnt have the time. Ill never go anywhere else

Fast and friendly service till you have a problem with them living the car liking oil after the service, I was a old customer and I was expecting a better reaction to the problem, they fixed after tow times me coming to the shop, but I did not even received a good explanation of what happen neither and apology. I did not fill appreciated as a old customer.
