I needed 4 used tires and I don't know how to rate but all I can say is I have front wheel drive so the best to put the better tires in the front so instead they put the better ones in the back. The front tires I got were had slight crack and the thread was low and just as low as the ones I tried to replace. I even did the penny test to check the thread and it didn't pass but the back ones did. So my front new used tires thread is worn down and has slight cracks. I told him I was driving to Arizona so was hoping for honesty. My tires that were all worn down going to get sold to the next person. Good luck

Ray and Bash are the best! The got me in quick, pulled the tire prior to me coming. The guys are funny so if you don t mind talking to some professionals who have a sense of humor these are your guys. Most places close at 6 these guys are open to 9-10pm. Saved my night and got me back on all 4 wheels.

Good Cheap tires & good customer service, a lot of tires too choose from, & most of there tires had 70 to 60 percent life too choose from, I recommend it here Moreno Valley because I called a lot of places & already i like them so much that I already made them my tire plug, try them & dude is so cool check out there bike collection it s nice

Amazing customer service!! I am currently borrowing a car from a family member and caught a flat. The rims on it require a special key to remove the lugnuts, which I didn't have. These guys made it happen and were able to get the tire replaced. I was beyond grateful for their hardworking dedication!! Definitely returning AND recommending it to family and friends!

Didn't even get my tire repaired but the terrible attitude the guy that was working there had made me not even want to go get service done there we got there at 7:05 and the open sign was lit up from Alessandro st so when we pulled in before we got out the car the guy murmured they were closed and when we asked him want time they opened and closed he seemed very bothered and answered with the biggest attitude. This was May 10th 2023 at 7:05.

Phenomenal service here. Had a big bolt in my tire late afternoon, and they patched it up quickly. They're open until 9pm

Every time I come to this place, they never open on time. Google maps shows this tire shop is opened right now and close at 8pm. It's 10:07am. No one is here, doors are closed and locked.They used to be called A1 Tires and since the change I was hoping for a different experience. But unfortunately not.

Went there to replace tires on two of my vehicles and the gentleman told me I only had to replace two tires in each vehicle. That iss honestly and saved me some money.Also the Tire Lab has been cleaned up and looking like a very professional business.

Came in to price check a set of tires and was surprised when they beat every price I ve found. Had them delivered the next day and installed. New ownership is really stepping this place up!

Terrible customer service. All I need was a tire pressure check and the guy never came back to check on my car. He continued laughing and talking to another customer. Awful experience.
