Horrible service! Do not go! Went for a quick light bulb change and the employees did not want to take the work! Wouldn t even assist with a different time or appointment. If I could give 10 stars I would. Joe and his team have repaired several of my cars. Joe is always so accommodating. He does what he needs to get done, is excellent with communicating, always does honest work and of course amazing prices! My parents have been customers for a while and I ve been bringing my car here for about a year now and have never been disappointed. Once you give this place a shot you probably won t go anywhere else, they re THAT good in my opinion

I called in first to see if they could take my car in same day and get it fixed, but they told me no, and that they would be able to work on it the next day because they were all booked up. So then I call again and then this guy just blocks my number and won t answer any of my calls after. So I had to use a different phone to call in, and who ever works there finally picked up the phone. Then I asked if I can make an appointment for the next day so I won t have to be waiting, and they said no just bring it in before 8:30am, honestly you guys should have someone answering customer calls, and have appointments slots so people can book you guys and be more professional when speaking to someone because who ever I talked to today was really rude, even more disrespectful for blocking my phone number.

Been taking my car to Reino's since I moved to MoVal from Ontario (about a year and a half). They do great work at this shop. They're honest about what's going on with your car and don't try and get you for repairs you don't need. I trust this place with both mine and my girlfriends cars. Highly recommended

Triple zeros for this shop. I would not go back to this shop if my life depended on it. I went here just to get an alternator. I get my car back power steering pump supposedly goes out never had a problem with it before ever. I go back get that done now all of a sudden my air conditioner goes out tonight when I get it out this shop. I will never ever go to this shop again. All his reviews must be from relatives. This is the worst shop in the IE. BEWARE!!!!

went in for a smog. said it would be about 20-25 minutes and I think only took 15 minutes. really fast, great service. I will be coming back for other car service, if at least my smogs. great service! keep up the great work.

Great experience! Reino's is one of the most honest mechanics in Southern California. He answered all of my questions and worked on my automotive issue immediately! I highly recommend Reino's for all your automotive needs!

Honest and to the point. Know's what he's doing and good at it. If you're like me, you don't really trust mechanics but this is the place to go. I've taken 2 of my vehicles to him and he's earned my trust.

Great place with people who know what theyre doing and care for you and your vehicle. Highly recommend you buying your parts and bringing it to the shop, will make the whole experience on both ends that much better

Went there for dignosage the guy told me things were wrong. Buy when i ask him to show me he would't show me what he saw! And got upset wit me for asking. just not to be trusted.
