Customer service A1 very knowledgeable on your product needs and fast service. I would definitely recommend this business for all your wheel and entire needs. Also, I would like to add tire care tools, and a free alignment!Check out my before and after pictures it definitely stepped up my SUV look!

The customer service is exceptional, our car needed new rims and tires Otis really came through for us. If you're ever looking for new wheels, alignments,tires, and great customer service I would recommend rental wheel in Moreno Valley. Great customer service. They help me find the wheels that fit perfect for my 2010 Dodge Challenger no complaints. thank you Kiki and Otis and the rent a wheel family. You guys are awesome.

Went in and needed tires STAT because the car I bought came with all snow tires that had spikes in them.They hooked me up with the best deal hands down and got me back on the road with safe wheels and tires! They re really nice too and add attitude to my 2017 Chevy Malibu!Thank you RAW for being my tire heroes!

I went to RAW in Moreno Valley. They were all a really big help. They helped me to get everything done and made the process a lot less tedious than I thought it was going to be. Even when a few problems arose they still very helpful and responsive. Thank you to all the staff at RAW and Moreno Valley for your help. I really appreciate it. My car looks great by the way!

Went to the Moreno Valley store, got my 35 inch tires on my truck. great service, Ottis got everything done for me, plus received a free gift, definitely coming back for Wheels and tires on my other car.

If your vehicle has tire sensors make sure you take a picture of what it displays before you go in. After we took our truck we saw that one of them was not displaying and the hazard light turned on so we went and told them while we were still on the parking lot. They said that it would display it in a few min. It didn't so I called scheduled an apt. To go back to get it checked so I ended up going like 3 or 4 additional times on Saturdays, was there minimum of 4hrs each time they never fixed it. Turns out they swapped 3 of my sensors to aftermarket(broken ones) so now I have to pay more than $700 a piece to replace them . If they would of left the original ones I would of been able to get them replaced at the dealer through warranty. This happened almost 3 yrs ago by the way, but just be careful.

Came to morevalley RAW wheels to get some 20 s put on my 2016 BMW 528i & let me tell you they were super fast got me approved and in & out quick very knowledgeable people and the manager is one of a kind I highly suggest coming here if your on the market for getting some wheels !!

Keke was very professional. I had a 10:30 appointment, and my service was over in 63 minutes. If she said it, it happened. I had to return for a slight vibration in my wheels. The part was ordered and on the car within 24 hours. Otis is a man of few words but knows his job. Cynthia was very pleasant as well. If you need wheel or tire service, go to Rent a Wheel! Satisfied customers.

Sydney and Ki Ki were awesome! Both were Very polite, professional and FUN! They kept a smile on their faces the whole time while helping me. Kiki and the rest of the staff at Rent a wheel are absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, and are eager to take care of your wheel and tire needs. I was in a really tight pinch and needed tires desperately. I drive 140 miles a day for work and on the way to my appointment I blew a tire and was stranded. Kiki was super helpful and hand me scheduled the next day. It was late in the day Friday when I finally arrived with only 30mins left to make a decision before the warehouse closed for the day she was able to help me get through my questions and worries and still get my tires and wheels to me same day mounted balanced and the give you a voucher for a free alignment at a Firestone auto care near you. I can't think you guys enough I'll be a customer for life

The process is super confusing. I was told one thing price wise, then given the runaround on why that wasn't the case. The manager who was super cool to deal with seems to not be available to speak with since I signed the contract. I found out after signing the contract that the roadside, maintenance, tire rotation, tire repair was only good while I'm renting the wheels and tires. If I choose to pay them off 90 days same as cash, I lose the warranty and all the benefits. But it'll cost me twice the amount of the wheels and tires to pay for the length of the rental. But then I'm told the $13.99 per week Roadside etc is optional, but only the manager who's not available can remove it. So in a nut shell, get customer service, shady business tactics. I don't blame the employees, I blame the company. The employees are doing what they're told to do.I will be paying the wheels and tire off in 90 day same as cash.

i had some issues isaac the district manager and kiki the store manager for the store i went to have been amazing, i was having issues and they solved them right away and helped me out. iam very satisfied with the support and i appreciate them dealing with my nagging thank you so much

Great customer service, Otis really listened to what kind of rims I wanted. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. This is my 3rd set of rims from Rent a wheel Moreno Valley.

Hey, check out Joe the Brother was extremely helpful in helping me decide what Rims would look best on my car! He also knows what he's doing in all aspects. Just excellent w/customer service. Shout out 2ya Joe!
