Came in with bald tires and out with brand new ones within 1 hr. Was able to find affordable tires in my price range here. Would definitely recommend calling in to double check the tires you need.

First of all the staff is so welcome and nice!! Already a great start then because I had work they had this shuttle service to drop me off at my house in time for work. Called me to come pick it up and offered to pick me up but I couldn t leave work so I asked if I could pick it up after I get out and they said it was fine!! Quick, easy, affordable and convenient

They are a great repair shop to go to. I got my tires changed. Not only did they get the job done, but they also notified me on parts that needed to be replace. They also showed proof with photos. It s an easy fix for someone that has knowledge about cars. If you prefer a professional to take care of it. Do not hesitate to let this shop do the job.

Great experience at this location! Been to the one in Beaumont but haven t had a chance to check this one out until I needed an oil change and general maintenance on my car. They were very professional. I was helped by Raul which was very prompt and helpful with all my concerns and needs when it came to servicing my 2019 Honda Insight. They took their time to make sure my car got what it needed taken care of also an awesome 50% off coupon which was a great help for my wallet! Thanks Raul and everyone for all the help!

Ramona tires did a wheel alignment lower front suspension repair and new tires. Overall they do an excellent job truck is driving nice and straight definitely needed the repair they recommended appreciate the service we'll definitely recommend and go back for future needs.

Absolutely fantastic. This is a real shop with real mechanics that do really good work. Price is always on point and they stand behind what they do. I feel like I found a new home finally for my car that I am so particular about. I don't trust him with anybody off the street so for me to give you a great recommendation you truly earn it. They were so amazing when I first walked in. They gave me the best price ever. They were so friendly, kind and good listeners They fixed the problem within one hour. I would recommend anyone to go to this company. Excellent customer service and I say that with a smile They are awesome.!!!!!!!

Walked in this morning to spend over $1000 with them was greeted with the attitude by the shop manager. He kept persisting me to tell him who I spoke to about the tires I ordered over the weekend. Lots of attitude took my business elsewhere. I don t know why it matters who I spoke to. If my tires were there, they should ve had an invoice created with my name.

First time here and I will definitely be coming back! They were all amazing and made the process of getting my car services fast and smooth. Also the fact they were so nice and even changed the tv for my fussy toddler who then calmed down. Thank you guys so much! They also are donating children's pjays of all sizes right now until the 15th of this month and you get 50% off an oil change. Make a difference and get a great deal! Don't sleep on this place.

I had a flat tire and went to Americas tire first and was greeted with bad service so I decided to leave and went down the street to Ramona s tire and these guys were nice and got me in n out in less then 30min I m glad I found them and would recommend them.

I came for brakes and they did a thorough inspection and let me know I needed tires and a battery, which I do need and forgot to ask them to check. Very pleased that they were thorough

I was in a bit of a time crunch and needed to get an alignment done since I had just reinstalled all 4 struts. I let them know that I was in a hurry, and they managed to get me out the door with an alignment in about 50 minutes. -- on a Saturday morning! Thank you!

The initial interaction was pleasant and helpful. I went to this location because it was affiliated with Costco. After the diagnostic was complete, I was sold more services in top of the initial service I requested.The price difference between the two quotes was about $300 (initial service vs additional services). When I asked about the price difference, I was given quick and bland answers. Then I asked about 15% Costco and I was told that it didn t apply to the service I received and the discount wasn t fully applied/explained to the overall bill.I paid for the services I received but I will not be coming to this business for future business/services. I was expecting a more comprehensive explanation of cost/services specially for a Costco affiliate.

Great fast service, I came in for brakes and new rotors, I added an alignment while they were working on my brakes and they accommodated me to have it done at the same time. One stop shop! The gentlemen there were very friendly. Thank you Omar and Jack, good experience for my first time with Ramona Tires I will be back

Service overall is excellent. OMAR took good care of me right away . They aligned, balanced and rotate all my 4 tires, repaired 1 tire ( depleting air pressure). I don't mind going back again, in the near future for my vehicles needs and maintenance.

Got a flat on my way home and happened to pull over at the gas station next door. I saw the shop, walked in and told Raul my situation and he was more than accomodating. He came with me back to gas station to assess the damage and even blocked traffic for us as I drove the car up. The team took care of my tires swiftly and cleanly. Extra shout out to Raul for going the extra mile! He made a regular customer out of me, I'll be coming back for all my tire related needs. Thanks again Ramona Tires!

I was attended amiably by Omar Bravo and my vehicle was serviced immediately. I had worked on my own car and I know it needed some adjustments before my car was serviced and they let me know right away. I agreed and I couldn't be more satisfied with price and service. My truck is running like a champ now, thanks you Omar
