I have been using Pulidos for the last 9 years for all of my vehicle s care. Their prices are affordable. Service has been great! My vehicle s ac went out. Took it to Pulidos and they checked it. My vehicle was only a few years old with minimal mileage. They suggested for me to take it to the dealership as it was too new to be not working and probably under warranty. Or they could fix it and it be expensive. I ended taking it to the dealership and it was fixed there for free along with other recalled items. Pulidos could have easily charged me to get the ac repaired but they were honest and didn t take advantage of the situation. Everyone has always been polite and professional.

Went to Pulidos end of day and stressed out after having a few malfunctions while attempting to pull my trailer, the guys at Pulidos moved quickly to get the tire I needed and worked with me to make aure i was able to pull my trailer before the city towed it. Its great to still be able to get real customer service and with a smile, thanks guys

I paid for an alignment and these guys left my toe in the rear wheels worse than before. My steering wheel is to the left when going straight and they don't want to take account to thier poor skills. It threw a dsc light and the guy said alignment doesn't throw stability lights, this guy doesn't know anything obviously the steering sensor would throw a light if the car is going straight and the steering wheel is going left. Once I told him I was a mechanic and he couldn't school me he gave me my keys and didn't even wanna touch my car. Own up to your bad service instead of blowing me off. I paid 140 and they didn't fix anything this place is a ripoff

If there were 0 stars, i would give that to this shop. I went this morning to get a wheel alignment , but unfortunately, I ended up paying for absolutely nothing. The pulling to right didn't change at all, and when I went back to tell them about the problem ,the manager) told me that I needed new tires, that the ones I have are not good, they have no threads left. So I went out to check myself that was a lie. My tires were good. Only one was showing signs of a little bit of damage. So, I asked him if that was the reason why my care was not fixed ( aligned) . So he replied yes. That was $100 dollars spent for nothing. I went to Indas Tires to have them check my tires, and only one tire was bad. So please do not come in here unless you are willing to gift money to them. I am very disappointed. Wasted my time and money!

Very unprofessional, even after charging me more they kept me waiting for an employee on his lunch break who had my parts in his pocket. Save yourself the stress

They made me wait almost 30 minutes to get my tires swapped and the man up front told me an alignment would be 100$ for my vehicle and when I actually brought them the car, another guy told me it be 140$ for the alignment a classic upsale and it s disgusting that they lie to people thinking they ll get a returning customer and squeeze more out of the working man. Wouldn t recommend it they are grimy and greedy

DO NOT GO HERE, SCAMMERS, I waited 2 hours and 30 minutes just so they could drive my car and call it an expection... then they proceeded to guess what part needs to be fixed I'm mechanically inclined and realize these dudes wanted to make a quick buck... would not recommend this place. I would give a no stars if possible...

Abusing they will charge you for work performed indiscriminately they don't care every manager charges freely according to what you look like or perceived you. Do Not Come Here the same work performed 6 days before now cost more at first I heard the gril ask the manager how much $40? The manager said no $50 and I said last week you charge me $46. The manager explanation well the price just changed now it's not about $4 dls for me it's about honesty, integrity You Don't have my business Pulidos if you're not being honest with the little things then you can't be trusted on a $3800 dls job.

We finally found the tire we needed here, we was happy with the price, the communication, and the service...A short time later we as happy customers, went back for one more or was it two tires, can't remember, an oil change and tune-up. Now, the part everyone waits for, when he first drove it, I seen and heard his excitement, with the words, "HELL YEAH". Don't you just love it, when you immediately feel like your driving a new car, because the service was done right and the issues are gone.....there was no wondering if the job was done. And job completed the same day. Still Happy customers, Thank You

Terrible service. I called prior to arriving and asked if I could get my alignment done . They let me know they could and if I got there in 15 min they would be able to do it same day. So instead of going anywhere else I went there and when I asked to get my alignment done they denied me service for today. They ruined my plans and I could have gone somewhere else . Never plan on going back here.

Purchased a tire less than 24 hours ago. Within 24 hours, I went out front and my tire was flat.The first thing they said wasn t, I m sorry to hear that bring it in so we can check it out It was to make it very clear that because it is a used tire, there is no warranty.Basically wasted $60 for nothing. I mean at least offer a discount on a second tire if it is clear it was NOT the consumers fault.I cannot believe that businesses are still doing people like this in the middle of a global pandemic. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Avoid at all cost I saw someone else just say they ruined their TMPS sensor and they did the same to my Audi except all 4 and they charged me 25$ extra for it?! I never got the sensors back so they stole them! Now I have to pay 161$ Plus installation per tire to get it done with the same OEM sensors they ruined. All I came for was tire installation. Don t recommend to anyone if you want your car taken care of the right way

Are you kidding me! OK, where are the camera's? I was having a chitshow of a day for real. Bad weather, cold and misserable on my way to a scheduled appointment when my "low tire pressure" light came on. I pulled into the parking lot hoping I could just get a quick fill on the tire and get to my appointment. To my surprise they were totally accomodating and got me back on the road in no time. Got to my appontment and was keeping my fingers crossed the quick fill up wouldn't leak out until I could get back there.I was in luck and able to get back to the shop. These guys had my tire fixed and I was back on the road in no time at all. The service was exceptional and I will be going back when I need new tires for sure!

I went here to buy a used tire for my car because I just needed something until I could afford to buy a full set of tires. It was an alright. They don't have the hugest selection of used tires because I asked for a certain size and they didn't have that so I brought another wheel and they did have that size and I figure it's because they just get them for cars who's owners just paid for a new set or from cars that have no need for them because the one I got was pretty much already bald and I'm sure it would've failed the penny test. II'm not saying anything was wrong with this because I paid $26 dollars for the tire with a coupon I believe and they were very quick. I brought in the wheel with the punctured tire on it and they swapped it out real quick and they have a little window on their door and their shop door wide open so I could see them do it.While I was there I asked them for the cost of a new set which sounded alright and I thought I'd go back their and buy a full set of brand new tires when I had the money. Now this is the big reason they don't get five stars. When I went back a month or two later the price of the set had gone but about 70 bucks and they were a brand called Capitol. So I did a little research and these are some economy tires and people online don't seem to have any nice things to say about them. They do have higher quality tires there and I'm not saying that all they sell is poor quality tires but if you're going to buy tires from this place ask them what kind they are and check out what people have to say about them.I ended up not buying my tires from them and bought a lower priced set of better quality somewhere else but I would be willing to go back there if I ever need a spare used tire but not for a set of brand new tires. They have a lot of other services but I've been hesitant about seeing how much those services cost compared to other locations. I'd probably like to give these guys a three and a half because they were cool guys and they seemed to be quick to service vehicles. All I'm saying is price check with other places around town.

I wouldn t recommend for Front End Alignment.I ve went in twice. First time tires wore out on the inside. Was told I needed some kit to align properly. Second time, I had car aligned, was told I needed the same kit ( Additional $300). They still aligned car. Two days later I was informed by the Honda dealerI needed Upper & Lower Ball Joints. How do you align a car with Bad parts. I replaced parts and went elsewhere.

Excellent service!! Fast. Friendly. Efficient. Repaired my rickety 10 year old Camry and never had to get it repaired again other than normal upkeep (oil change brakes) for another 7 years until trans went out. Now my son takes his cars there. Superb!!

When I couldn't find a used tire at my usual place I was told not to go to Pulidos cause they get lots of complaints. I went to Pulidos and was quoted $40 for the used tire. When they found out I only wanted the tire they knocked off $5. The guy loaded it in my car and was very nice considering the many customers he had...

I am forever grateful to Pulidos Wheels and Tires for their expert skills, friendly and caring attitude, and honesty. I am not from Moreno Valley, I am visiting California from Alaska. I do not have any friends in the area and family was unable to help due to work. I had a flat tire while in Moreno Valley and residing in Beaumont. I was so afraid that I was going to have to try and find lodging for the night. George of Pulidos was so helpful from my first distressed phone call very late until the time he said "Your ready to go." What a blessing. I am really so touched that I can not adequately express my sincere appreciation. Pulidos filled the role of mechanic guardian angels for me. If you are looking for a quality, professionalism and a honest and caring place for your automotive needs looks no further. I will be forever grateful. Took my car in. Had to put air in a few times on one tire so I thought there was a leak. They couldn't find one. Had me in and out in no time.

Okay, so if you want good, honest work performed on your vehicle, make an appointment with these guys. There is a reason why they are always busy and the Certified Tire store right next door is a ghost town. George is there behind the counter and I feel relieved he is because I know he will take care of my kids whenever I send them to get service. Gents, please keep up the great work!!!

Took my car in to get aligned and as I was paying inside I heard my car being revved by one of their employees in the back and when I called out the employee he acted as if he didn't do anything and the owner didn't even seem to care either. They have no respect for other people's cars.

I ve been here 5+ times and they never have the Free shuttle service available . If you don t offer it most of the time don t advertise it. I went in for a simple oil change today and it was going to take over 4 hours because they were very busy, which is fine, but they didn t have the free shuttle available. Went to Valvoline instead.

They told me on the phone that I needed no appointment for tire alignment and that I could just go in. I drove 50 mins to her here, only to be told "Not Toda buddy" . At least be respectful about it.

My husband and I have been customers of Pulido's for 4-5 years. Pulido's is a good auto repair shop but Alex is not a great choice for a customer-facing role. He is a wet rag on any experience he is involved in. This rating would be 4/5 if it weren't for him. Maybe a better fit for him is in the back where he doesn't have contact with the public and risk damage to the business' relationships with customers. He is curt, defensive, non-communicative, rude, disrespectful, and dismissive. I feel so disappointed when he answers the phone because he is not resourceful, providing one-word responses to hurry up and get off the phone. If I could limit my interactions to Jorge or the young lady I've talked to a few times, I would. If it weren't for Jorge I wouldn't have returned as I thoroughly appreciate his service mindedness. But now, I think it's time to move on. I welcome a follow up from the owner to discuss my experiences further.

I would think it through to get a tire patched. I was told it was a simple fix but they actually damaged my tire that was only a couple months old and became useless. I was then installed a used tire that looked decent but once it was installed another costumer pointed out that the tire had wall damage but according to Alex it was cosmetic and that he didn t noticed it was slashed. Twice they actually over inflated the tires apparently there answer was 40 psi is standard but it actually varies from tire to tire and if it is air or nitrogen. Alex doesn t have good costumer service skills at all. It seemed like 18 year olds working there have better manners than him. Just double check your tires and tire pressure before leaving that place. If a tire is patched correctly it should last as long as the tires life. My family safety is my main concern so when he tried patching the original tire with what he calls a comercial patch which honestly did not look safe at all I simply said I didn t want it and well as expected he tried to offer me discounts but why would I pay for a new tire if it was damaged by their technicians. This is the first time I will ever dispute it through consumer affairs. I do understand sometimes mistakes are done it s what is done to fix them that counts especially when they already admitted to it.

Excellent experience! 1st time there... can't say enough positive things about them! Went for tires (2) was in and out in barely a half hour. Will be there for ALL my tire needs!
