I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get service done to their car. This is the best place I have been to in Moreno Valley. Not only do they have fast and friendly service but they also have good prices. Now in days it is hard to get all three of those things. Thank you Payless Auto Repair for fixing my car! Couldn t thank you enough. I will definitely be coming back.

My family has been getting our Altima serviced here for years and they have always been quick to solve any issues we encountered and at a more than fair price. I can honestly say that they re a trustworthy group of mechanics that know what they re doing.

I have a 97 chrystler town and country and had some work done,motor mounts transmission mounts, spark plugs etc. payless auto and family really really helped us out great prices very reliable and professional. These guys really stand by their work and I love that about these guys. They really did help us out. Thank you Nathan for serving our community.

Omg I m so in love with this shop! I went to Bmw and Mercedes dealerships repairs for years. When I met the owner of Payless auto repair, you could tell that he was very genuine and knowledgeable! He has never fixed something that wasn t broken or try to get over because I was a female looking to have repairs done. I called him with a issue with my Mercedes GL 450 suspension and I want to start by saying he was able to get me in. He was a listening ear and he was very honest and fast with the repairs. I am sold on his level of understanding and customer service and the quality of the repairs and I will forever be a customer bringing all four of my vehicles to him for repairs . And I don t want to leave out that I found him through another business that sells parts and everyone said that fish shop was to go to.

I m very impressed with the professionalism of this repair shop. This was a second diagnostic I had done on my car and he was honest and explained in detail what my car needed repaired and did not repaired. Our family brings all our cars to his shop and have never been disappointed. The prices are more than fair and the work is exceptional. I m very happy with the finished results. Don t hesitate to bring your car here. You won t be disappointed.

Nathan is not an honest person he will make up prices and add number to the invoice. Be careful. If I had the option to add no stars I would that's how bad my experience was..

You have to get your car repaired with these guys. They always have me in and out. I mean I had major work that others told me 3-4 weeks . They had it done in 3-4 days. Nathan has the best sense of humor. I haven t had any problems with any vehicles I have taken them. If you want quality work with a great price. Come here!

Took my car for an engine change and the engine blow and they said the warranty is for 3 months and the warranty should be at least a year or so if your a good Mancinc Don t ever get your car serviced here they are bad team I recommend you to find someone else to save your time

Took my son's car to the shop, they charge 850.00 for a alternator,and lied about headlights which they said drain battery,I guess they forgot they put them in,then they said the phone cord with 3 different ends draining battery than the lil inside lights drain,oh they also said the radio which next door to there shop put it in,I said before I got there I will go next door sound shop and have them fix it,so anyway when I got there,they said they fix it,i said why,they looked dumb founded, everything didn't make sense, come on now 850 dollars.i take all ours cars to them,no more,I'm done.

These guys are the best, they replaced my engine Within 7 to 9 days. They found a great used engine with very low miles and when I picked it up and drove it it drove like a brand new car. Mr Nate and his team is fair and honest they have repaired my water pump and thermostat at the lowest cost that I could find, and they service was quick I was back on the road the next day and I can say that they are great sincerely Ray C

I absolutely LOVE this place. They definitely go above and beyond for their costumers. I have had work done on multiple cars now and each time the work is done in a timely matter. This guy Nathan the owner is a ripoff he s not a honest person and he ll mess your car up and say it your fault. We have been customer of his and he doesn t do the work he s the owner but his workers do bad work. When you try to address the problem with Nathan he get fired up use profanity and he s disrespectful all the auto part stores in the area will tell you the same thing about this guy and this shop and will let you know his workers f . DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION. The owner told me my car needed a new transmission and a complete replacement of the suspension i.e. control arms, sway bars, tie rods etc. A total of over $3500. I got a second a opinion and it was only a rear wheel bearing. This man is a liar, a deceiver. Don't be fooled by the religious symbols in the office he lied to get more money off of me. then offered to buy my car for $1000 to flip it for more money.Service: Vehicle Inspection

They provide great customer service. They work with you and your time which a lot of companies don t. They communicate well and always ready to get started on the job. I have gotten my brakes fixed, my side mirror fixed and my air conditioning fix by this company all at a reasonable price. Nacho is my favorite and before he was here he was at a different shop and I trust his work. I would recommend this place of service if you looking for a reasonable price and great customer service along with a fast service this is your place. My check engine light was on and i've been to at least 5 mechanics that have all "fixed" the issue but it would not last for more then 48 hours. i took my car to payless and Nathan gave me the full run down on what the problem was and the steps needed to fix it, Nathan was very honest with me and his employees worked very hard to get my car fixed as soon as possible. save yourself time and money and bring your car here, 10/10 service.

We were very impressed with this shop. They answer their phones every time I called. They were very quick with a call back for a qoute. They had better prices than other shops. The repair was done quickly once the ac compressor arrived. And they took very good care of our vehile while it was being worked on. The only thing I don't recommend is the finance company they refer you too (American First Financial). Too many red flags when filing out the application, and all the reviews for the financial company have only one star. Definently read the reviews before applying for a loan.

I have dealt with Nathan for over two years. He's honest, does quality and and very professional and always trying to save the customer money. I would recommend him to anyone for all their needs. I like that he knows how to work on high end cars and is very thorough. Best auto repair company in Moreno Valley. Thanks Nathan, you are greatly appreciated

I ve taken several of my vehicles here for repair. Took my Lexus and my Honda Accord and everything was looking ok until later when I took my third vehicle (Ford Explorer) so they can install new parts that s I ve purchased on the side. Couple months later my vehicle was having issues again so I inspected myself and realized the parts that supposed to installed new, weren t. Also, on my Honda Accord , I ve paid to install motor mounts and they left one loose and other was missing nuts. I ve contacted the owner about the issues and he straight out denied and claimed they did nothing wrong , he made up stories and excuses and blamed an employee who he said he wasn t working there anymore. I honestly felt scammed because it cost me more to buy the parts again and do the job again. Beware !!

So I m late leaving a review but I m a woman of my word so better late than never right? So I brought my car here after spending $1600 at another shop that didn t even make my car better. I knew something was wrong when I went to Nathan and he told me the run down about the previous shop. Nathan fixes my car and it sounds amazing. I did only come in for brakes but I trusted Nathan and I left my car in his hands to fix what was needed. My car sounds amazing and back to what it should be sounding like! Not to mention Nathan s son Matthew took me home and picked me up when my car was ready! Great customer service. I know this will be my new mechanic. Nathan and his crew don t only care about cars they also care about their customers and what is best. Thanks for being so great guys!

This is the only mechanic I go to anymore. I've tried other places and they either charge too much or just plain rude. The customer service here is impeccable (they treat u like family) and u can't beat the prices. PLUS...they offer financing. U can't beat ALL that!!
