I came in to O'Reilly's this last week unexpectedly, having some car troubles. The young man that helped me, Alfredo, was very helpful and friendly. He asked me a couple questions to narrow down and troubleshoot my car issue then offered me two options on products that he would personally use if he had the same problem. It's only fair I take the time to post a review for this employee that gave me reassurance and was very knowledgeable. Thanks!

Horrible customer service by one of the employees.Management needs to do a better job of who they hire. And put people in the position that actually want to be there.Telling a customer YO!! Come over here! Loud enough that heads turn, Is not the way these employees should be communicating.Management, please visit this store and assure that your employees are doing a better job with customer service.People talking like that with that certain tone in their voice can really cause problems with people.That s why I m writing this review and not confronting the kid that shouted at me like this.Management please do an assessment on your employees.Thank you.

Make sure you work with Alfredo very knowledgeable and great customer service. He will go above and beyond to make sure your are taken care of. He knows his stuff and will guide you into the right direction. Any questions don't hesitate to ask.

If you want to be undermined, and told you are wrong this is the place. Ethan is horrible. On 2 separate occasions he has "attempted" to tell me I'm wrong.I may be a female but I know cars sir. If I am coming in there I know what I need. Please try to refrain from telling female they are wrong. Being a mechanic or working on cars is not just for men.

I can tell these people love their job. After calling , it ringing over 15 rings it s funny how they answer with attitude.After talking to the person last night , I doubt I ll even come here again, I ll let autozone do what they do best. Lol

Great found what I needed staff was remarkable very helpful their manager very helpful nice guy will return and reccomend others you will be grateful to find those who are concern with your car needs and are ready to help or advise to get you back on the road keep up the good job .managers name Dennis stop by and meet the guy you will be served .

The majority of the time they have my parts onsite. I work on my own car most of the time doing minor repairs. The thing is AT LEAST they can get the part really fast if its not there, or you can pay or go grab it at the warehouse. It's not very far on San Michelle and Perris blvd.

Fast efficient get what you need.And if they don't have it.They ordered your part the same day.You go pick up.In an hour or two.It's great doing business.With O'Reilly's Auto Parts.

Spoke to a representative named Carlos he was very helpful and able to order the part I needed over the phone for next day pick up and I don't have to pay for it till I pick it up !!! that's much better than autozone that wanted me to go into the store In person to pay for it and then wait a few business days for arrival, same price and everything !! Considering on switching my business to this place altogether

I recently had to buy snow cables for a trip, and Anessa and Debbie (Hopefully I got those right) were the most helpful people I've had the pleasure of coming across! They helped me determine the difference between snow cables and snow chains and gave me some tips for travel. An excellent experience, next time I need to buy something for my car, I will definitely come here :)

Clerks are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I'll take O'Reilly over AutoZone any day of the week. Definite plus that the warehouse is nearby. If the part isn't at the store, there's a good chance that you can still go pick it up or they can get it fairly quick.

Good service, but they have lack of knowledge. They sold me the wrong transmission fluid for my 1991 Ford Ranger. The result, need to replace my transmission. They have good attitude though!

Stopped needed a part. They ordered it and had it in a hour.The bad is out of the 5 people working and walking around only one was at the counter and he was a little confused. Finally another guy came from the back and set me up. The staff was friendly but needs a little more training on the parts lookup

I am a O'Reillys fan as opposed to AutoZone or Pep Boys or what not and normally I have nothing but good experiences not saying that this one has been a horrible experience but seems like employees are either Young and Inexperienced or just not that willing to help. You want great customer service from an O'Reillys And mind you this may be a little out of your way seeing as were in California buttttttt I'd suggest you call the O'Reilly's on Morrison Road in New Orleans LOL ask for Carlos the guy will literally walk you through whatever issues you haveand if he doesn't have an answer for you ....you two will figure it out together

The people are always so nice and helpful. I recently got a 02 chevy silverado 1500 and I've had to do some repairs this is the main place I go to get my parts.

Hoping this new store being built will consider carrying Marine parts in house too since Lake Perris isn't all that far away...Happy this O'Reilly's is opening up soon.

This is the best oreilly Ive visted thus far. Robby was extremely helpful and fast with installing headlights. I'm happy this oreilly has such skilled workers.
