I had a very scary incident where maybe my alternator went bad suddenly. The two gentlemen that were working went out of their way to make sure they tested the battery and the alternator and talked me through some tips for getting home safely. They went above and beyond and I literally had walked in like 10 minutes before closing! They earned my future business and I will be calling to let the manager know how impressed I am!

Walked in Tuesday morning and Art was who assisted me. Want to simply say, thank you for your kindness and professionalism. Walking in to this kind of establishment can be a bit intimidating for me. You don't always encounter employees who are willing to help.

Excellent customer service!! Alfredo helped us with our car battery. Even though he was busy he still came outside to help us even though they were under staff. I would recommend anyone to this store! Have a great day! God bless you and staff.

Alexis was super helpful and friendly. I was having battery issues with my car and I took it in to do a battery diagnostic and Alexis went above and beyond to make sure my car was going to be working when I drove off. She checked my battery and saw it had a leak and checked my warranty and thankfully it was and I was able to get a new replacement. If you need any auto part come here and talk to Alexis, she is a great employee.

My elderly aunt needed a battery, staff was helpful and even loaned us a screwdriver! Only downside, there are no trash cans outside, so there is alot of little because people are too lazy to take it inside

I usually give this brand a high mark but recently my son needed a battery. Typical response is go to o'reillys they often help diagnose bad batteries or even help replace. Not only have they done it in the past for me but it is in the website itself.I understand if their is a special tool or something you can't help, but my son was refused help and told he had to purchase the tools he needed and that he would need to do it himself. All he needed was an 8mm tool and a little bit of help.In my situation this branch failed to help a twenty year old kid who's father once felt loyalty and faith in a brand. I was not happy, i told him. To do what he needed buy the battery get the tooland we facetimed the work out. I am glad we resolved but I hope others are aware of this frustrating situation.

James and Glen are are excellent. They possess great customer service skills and go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. Unlike the ignorant a****** at autozone down the street, everyone at this location is there to help you and make sure you have everything you need. It's a plus that they get it right the first time! This is an excellent store and you will not be disappointed. Watch out Autozone, these guys know what they re doing!

These are the dumbest people on earth they didn't know what part I was asking for ,then when they couldn't find it in the system , because they wouldn't put the exact part I asked for in the computer they had the nerve to say it's a dealer only part, I had to show them I had just purchased the part earlier that week from another one then somehow miraculously they found it at they're warehouse. I'm never shopping there again

Great customer service. They replaced my battery when my battery light came on coming home from work. It was raining and they replaced my battery and windshield wipers for me. They have GREAT customer service.
