When I got a battery here for my vehicle, I was well treated, my battery was acting up and I went to check, but unfortunately the guy who attended to me was hostile and said some stuff's about the former guy who attended to me first time that was not nice...the former guy assisted to remove the old battery and fix the new one, the new guy took his magnanimity and kind gestures to mean too much and maybe that was why he's no longer working with NAPA...that was not a nice comment.

Manny, Alex and Tony went way n beyond to help my family out. My battery died in my car and they seen I had warranty but no receipt n they went way n beyond to make sure we walked away with a new battery. Great customer service and helpful workers.

Not only did they beat every price in town, (IE. The other big box stores, which I won't mention by name).Was able to get the part the next morning, mind you I was there after 6 pm.It was the right part as well.

Good store well kept good service and they had what I wanted. It's above average Napa but not the best. Buy still its a nice shop.

I have a couple of older cars that I've had to troubleshoot and have gone to a few places for parts & general info. Fully aware these are parts stores not a repair shop with mechanics. DON, the older gentleman working the counter knows a thing or two about cars! Not just punching in info provided by customers and just running with it like most clerks ive delt with. He asked me few extra questions about my vehicle that really helped Identify problems and the correct parts and quality for my projects! Can't say enough about the extra mile of effort from him. His knowledge and willingness to help stood out! THANKS DON !

I came in Sunday Dec 6 around 10:30 am. Service was fine, but the the associates at the front were not properly wearing masks. One had it not covering nose and other was not wearing one at all. Good to know that this establishment does not care about customers safety and well being. Will definitely not be coming back here.

Didn't have the part I needed but called around to see who had it called them to tell them to hold it for me, she was a great clerk to do that for me.

For the most part I prefer Napa to the discount auto parts stores. The parts are usually better quality and the stock is wider ranging. I've been able to buy parts for cars back to 1966. The staff is usually more knowledgeable also.

Ordered some 3m sanding discs on their website. They do not give you the option to pay for your order online so you have to wait for an email telling you that your products have arrived at the location you selected and then you have to go and pick them up from that store. I never get a confirmation email and the following day I call Napa and they tell me that they have nothing that I ordered in stock in the store. Furthermore the items I ordered are warehoused in three different States, none of which are my home state here in California. The manager at Napa then tells me that I have to drive down to their storefront and pay for the items first before they will even place the order for me. I asked why the website stated that I would be paying for my order when I picked it up and now things are switching up and I'm required to drive all the way down to the store first to submit payment. He just responded with that's how it works. I asked if I could submit payment over the phone and they said that was not an option. So what's the use of having a website that allows customers to order products when you have to drive down to the store the place the order afterwards? That's retarded if you ask me. I will take my business to AutoZone I guess, or O'Reilly's, or every other business out there who actually has a real online presence. I won't waste my time doing business with Napa ever again.

Went in last night to order a part which they promised me would arrive this morning. Why the delay? Disorganization on their part. So now, I wait for a part, with my car stuck until I can get it in. This was much first experience with NAPA. It will also be my last. I refuse to work with people who have no integrity and are unwilling to keep their promises.

Manny and Salvador helped me out alot trying to find an O ring on a chevy 1500 that no other parts store could help with! Definitely recommend this napa for anything you need great service and friendly staff!

Poor customer service coming from the management TONY! He really isn't suitable for this job, I did call headquarters his attitude really sucks on top of being his mistake he didn't help to make the issue any better!

Had never been to a Napa store..pretty much the same. The two gentlemen we kind and nice and did treat me like I was doing..I do BTW...Will go back again.

Altornator: got a lifetime warranty on my alternator at Napa. Napa Moreno Vally will not stand by Napa's lifetime commitment. They will bs you with a lie about how this store is independently owned therefore they wont stand behind the Napa lifetime warranty you have to go back to the store you bought it from ( bought it in Corning California). Dont wast your money at Napa. I just went to O'Rileys where they will and do Stand behind their lifetime warranty and purchased my new alternator that I can exchange it anywhere in the US. This is why Napa in Moreno Valley California canot even afford to turn on the lights inside their dark and uninhabited/ customer free store. What a complete joke this store is.
