There are few mechanics anybody can trust & far fewer those mechanics you feel comfortable in their knowledge. My Tran-E shop is one of these places. I'm 55 yrs old. I've been to A LOT of mechanics in my life. Danny knows his transmissions & this guy is honest & fair. They are worth the wait to have your vehicle assessed.

Danny and Michelle have been running the shop for over 25 years. They are both there putting in the work that's hard to come by these days. There's nothing better than when the owners are there doing the work. They are good people and will go above and beyond to help you out. Thanks again for all your help over the years!

I called Michelle because I took my 2018 Honda Civic to Riverside Honda to get an oil change. They told me the transmission is leaking and $180 diagnostic fee just to see where it s coming from. It s still under warranty since it was purchased less than 5 years ago with 46k miles on it. Michelle shared how I should approach Honda and equipped me with useful knowledge to use in my defense if it goes that far. I didn t spend a dime with this company but she spent 15 minutes of her time walking me through the proper steps to get Honda to repair the defect on a practically brand new car. If it s not resolved, I m taking it here 100%!!!!

This place is professional to the max. Pleasure to work with.My truck was stuck in park in the driveway, so instead of being a smart mechanic and dissmanteling the drive shaft and rolling it safely down the driveway, my dad and I jacked it up from the bottom and put it on rollers down to the bottom of the driveway for the tow truck with the wheel lift to come and tow her over to My-Tran E shop.So off it went with the tow truck driver, and 2 days later I'm driving it and its running like ive never felt before. The problem is completly gone and feels like a totally new truck.Thank you to all those at My-Tran E shop!!!

I can t recommend this company enough. My car had a difficult problem to diagnose and they kept at it until they solved the problem. I really love my Convertible PT Cruiser and I am grateful they were able to fix it. Very friendly, polite, good spirited customer service. Openly share knowledge about car, even though my Lexus ES350 wasn't a transmission issue. Would recommend this business to anyone who has a transmission problem

I ve known Danny & Michelle over 20 years, they have been great, my dad started using them when I was young and reckless when it came to transmissions and maintenance of my vehiclesI got good sound advice from both Danny and Michelle, and they taught me a good lesson, I didn t want to hear it either but they were right. Now I don t question their advice, or recommendations or their years of experience.We have become like family and I know I m not the only customer that feels this way because they treat all of their customers with love and patience and take time to explain to them until they have a full understanding.They will service all my vehicles every time, not the dealer, not aamco, not any other shop.Thank you My Tran-E Shop.

The most friendly owners you would ever meet. They did an excellent job rebuilding our 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee transmission. They were reasonably priced and stand by their work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Absolutely great experience.

First time there. Very friendly and customer oriented. Listened to my concerns. Explained everything to me in easy to understand language. Performed repairs promptly. Not only will I return when needed, I highly recommend them.

I took my car to get checked for the transmission and they would not even look at my car! They told me to take my car to Raceway Ford! That made NO sense to me! I said this is a transmission repair correct? They replied yes but Raceway Ford is more knowledgeable about transmission then we are. Unbelievable!

I had my SUV serviced at another location. The work was terrible. I was referred to this location and had already given up. When i got there i explained to the woman at the front desk how i felt and how frustrated i was. Yes i had some trust issues, i just spent 3200 on work and my suv was worse. I explained that if my Red wagon was in a price range where i could not afford the work i was going to just sell. Michel at the front desk said to give them a try. I was very hurt after spending my little savings but still said yes. *I just want to say that if i would have known my SUV could have been fixed right the first time at this place i would have came here first. There is a reason why they are the best in my city. So if you have a transmission problem. Please walk away from others and come to My-tranee shop on Alessandro blvd. *thankyou to the owners of this location for saving my only vehicle which helped me to hold a job.

The shop has good vibes and an extremely knowledgeable crew. I was kept up to date the entire time my car was in their care. So happy with the service. Don t make a mistake by going somewhere else. This is the business.

Haven't taken my vehicle there yet, but when I called, Michelle was very kind and listened and spoke clearly. She then gave me the best quote between 3 shops that I called. Not sure to fix my car or just scrap, that's why i haven't taken my car in yet. But if I do I will use them.

Fantastic transmission shop. They fixed my leaking transmission on my high mileage truck for a very reasonable price and it was done the same day. Customer service is the best, they are a top notch honest shop that I wish I would have found years ago. I will be back!

Hands down best and most trustworthy place I have ever been. BWM wanted to charge me over $2,000 to install a part with $1850 in labor. Junior and company did it for $135 and complete repair. Very happy with the work and speedy, correct repairs. Would recommend to anyone needing transmission repairs.

My son referred me to this shop and I cannot express how pleased I am with the owners, Danny and Michelle. They are so gracious, patient and understanding. I amazed at how both of them have so much knowledge and make it a point to explain everything that is going on with the transmission. I have a 1986 Acura Legend that had over 262,000 miles on it and I never had my trans worked on. Danny was surprised that my car lasted as long as it had after taking the trans apart. He completely rebuilt the trans but unfortunately a day or so after the warranty was up something happened to where the car was not shifting correctly. I took it in again and as usual both Danny and Michelle calmed me down and assured me it would be taken care of. Sure enough they are people of their word. There are not many people you can trust nowadays but I will assure you that you can trust and depend on Danny and Michelle to give you GREAT customer service and do a FANTASTIC job on your car. You will be very pleased and not let down. It is worth every single cent to have the work done at the My TranE Shop!!!Doris Yell

I have been to MANY automotive shops in my life and My Tran-E Shop surpassed all my expectations. Both Danny and Michelle are very nice folks and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The price I paid was $30 LESS than my phone quote, plus they checked some other items for free.Whats not to like?

People keep saying they are slow but if you want the job done right you want someone to be careful. I don't take my cars anywhere else. And I refer all my friends and family there because they do an amazing job for a good price.

Well we towed our 4 Runner to them because it was shot. Only after we brought it to them I saw the negative review about them. I was then concerned but I was pleasantly surprised.They diagnosed it and quoted us a reasonable price to rebuild the tranny, we ended up picking it up and going with someone else who could supply a used tranny for less.They had no problem with that and understood completely, they could not have been nicer about it. They did not charge us a dime for the diagnosis they did. They even said if the used transmission from the other guy gives us any trouble, bring it on in and they will look at it free again.I would recommend them.
