I ve had 3 service appointments here and they been great speedy and good customer service. I went in today for the usual service and was even more delighted to be helped by Gilbert Dominguez. He was extremely helpful although I did not have an appointment directly with him he helped me by delivering exceptional customer service. I am definitely a customer even after my freebies end thanks again for making it a breeze!!! Ask for him when booking your next service appointment ;-)Service: Oil change

I received excellent customer service from Anthony and Arvin!! I am on a road trip and when passing near Riverside, CA, my car started making a weird noise, so I headed to the nearest Toyota service center at Moss Bros. Anthony checked me in as a walk-in and Arvin checked my car and within 1 1/2 hours, my car was checked out, no issues thank goodness and I was on my way with peace of mind. I highly recommend their service center and thanks to Anthony and Arvin for such great service!!

Total Failure in providing customer service...........6 hours waiting.Scheduled an appointment for 10:45 a.m. I arrived at 10:30 a.m. to have the dealer investigate a sound or rattle coming from my steering column. I was also talked into having an oil change done at the same time that's pretty basic service so I didn't consider that it would cause any delay. I called the service department and ask for my service advisor and he wasn't available I left a message to have and call me back and let me know if my car Was going to be serviced today. No follow up..... waited 2 more hours. I called the service department again and I basically got the same message that will service advisor was talking to a customer and that they would give My message to him. I finally got dropped off back to the dealership by a friend And continued my wait. 1 hour Later I was tired of being ignored and I called the dealership and ask to speak to the service manager or to a sales manager or the general manager do not inquire about my car but to file a complaint against the lack of service I really am receiving. I was put on hold for 15 minutes got no answer gave up and hung up. I finally left the dealership around 4:30 p.m. I finally left the dealership around 4:30 p.m. That's 6 hours later........ I went to the dealership to receive service on a product that I purchased from them. A vehicle that their train to service and make a profit on doing so, A total failure on communication. I could take my car anywhere to get serviced and it's not that I couldn't fix it mechanically myself but that's not what I was looking for I was looking for competent customer service that was aimed at restoring and bolstering my confidence in the Toyota brand. That Did not happen today.Wow!Shame on Moss Brothers Toyota of Moreno Valley!!

The only reason they don't get a 5 is because they are so busy that when I drop my car off when service opens, I don't get it back until late in the afternoon. 4.8 is what I'd list if possible.Pricing is competitive and they will definitely let you know plenty in advance when larger services are on the horizon. They also send relevant service coupons in the mail. I've never had surprise expenses and they have never suggested unnecessary work. My 2009 Camry Hybrid has over 220k miles and runs perfectly.

If you have the opportunity to find a dependable, trustworthy mechanic near you do fully take that advantage as they will provide cheaper services. Case in point, asked service person to replace rear windshield wiper. He told me it was going to be $70. I said no, thank you. I'll buy it and install it myself for around $15. Had made appointment for 1000 hrs for a simple oil change. It took 2.5 hrs.

They got me in early for my scheduled service appointment and Anthony took the time to explain all the Toyota Care items that would be performed. All done in an hour and half. Great service!

I had a 7:30 appointment, and I arrived early, there was about 30 cars ahead of me (double booking). Wait time not met, estimated 3 hours, waited almost 4 (for an oil change). CHARGE... PRICELESS ($24.60 out the door).

Joe Arbaiza was extremely helpful. I have a very frustrating ongoing situation with the collision center and needed immediate assistance and Joe was more than willing to help. He provided great customer service and the issue with my vehicle was fixed. Overall, I m very happy with the service provided and how understanding and accommodating Joe was.

Service Issue:Today, I dropped off my vehicle at 10am for 5k miles service that consist of tire rotation only. I was told that my vehicle will be ready within 2.5 hrs.Prior to pickup, I called the service line 15x and no answer. Upon arrival, I voice out my concerns regarding the unanswered phone calls to the serve manager. He seem unbothered, when all of a sudden he states that my vehicle was ready when I ve not provided him with my name nor my vehicle information.After a close inspection,I made the manager aware that my tires were not rotated. He look at me like I m crazy. I went ahead and demonstrated why I believe they handed an unserved vehicle just to get me out of site.1. I did not hand over the wheel lock key. I left it in the glove compartment, I folded in a specific way: it was left I touch.2. My wheels are full of dust and there were NO fingerprints that proves tire rotation. I went ahead and touch the wheel to prove my point.The manager was irritated with me so he ask the car technician to confirm that my wheels were rotated. He shows up and indeed confirms my speculations. He admits not rotating my tires and proceed to apologize!!!! I was livid but I kept my composure.The manager had no words, I express my concerns but refuse to take further action against the employee negligence nor did he apologized. I will file a complaint with customer relations, this issue will resurface again. The manager and employee will have some explaining to do.Toyota, I payed for these services and your staff handed me an unserviceable vehicle. What just occurred is unjustifiable and its fraud. I do not feel comfortable taking my vehicle to this location for future oil change or any other vehicle service.

Make an appointment. Don't go on a weekend. I love that the sales people hit up people waiting in the service sitting area to see if they want to but a new car, or if you know anyone who is. Who does that? LOL

I didn't have a good experience yesterday 6-16-2021. I had an appointment and drop off my car at 9am. I got a courtesy ride. I was called around 3:35 pm to let me know that my car was ready. When I picked up my car, has no plastic seat cover or paper mats, no sticker of service, and the service light came on today 6-17 although the invoice says it was reseted. Now I wonder if in fact my car serviced or not. I sent an email today and haven't got any answer yet. Let's see what happens tomorrow.

Service was great. Frank was very helpful getting my car up to date with a decent deal. The wait is long though, even with appointment. Bring something to do or plan to ask for a ride back home.

I have come here for the last 3 1/2 years to have my 96 t100 worked on. The service has always been exceptional, the wait time is usually not bad, and the facility is really clean. Specifically Lauren at the service desk is the nicest and most pleasant person who has worked with me so far as well.

This review is in regards to Sarah De Monte, Assistant Service Manager at Moss Bros. Toyota in Moreno Valley, CA. I have been coming to this service department for 7 years since 2013 and have dealt with several different service advisors. My car service and treatment for the most part has been good with some minor issues here or there. I have to say my experience with Sarah is by far the best I have had at Moss Bros. and honestly anywhere I have been, ever. She is the real deal. Honesty and integrity is really important to me especially when it comes to car maintenance and repairs. Sarah knows what she is talking about, has great experience and explains repairs in detail and extremely well. She has awesome work ethic and makes me feel comfortable with the whole experience. She genuinely cares about your car and safety and makes me trust the service I am getting from Moss Bros, which is so important in customer retention. I have been thinking of changing where I go to get my car serviced since I live far - but as long as Sarah De Monte is there, I will continue to support Moss Bros Moreno Valley Service. The service agent was courteous and friendly. Had $3300 worth of repairs done on my car. I only wish he would have called and told me about the other things that needed repair and done it all in one shot vs telling me about it when I was there to pick up my car. Now I need to be back and have it worked on, AGAIN.

Not happy with the service dept. in Moreno Valley. My appointment was for 7:15am. They offered a shuttle service so I accepted. I was home by 7:50 am. That was the good thing! The service dept. said it would be 2 hours to get my oil changed and do my tires etc. It's is now 11:20 AM - 4 hrs gone by and still waiting to be picked up by the shuttle. I had to call @ 11 to see if my car was ready. It was and she said the shuttle should be calling me shortly....I'm not a happy camper!

Great service from Sal in the Service Department . Moss Bros has been my servicing dealer. Since The Toyota dealer in Hemet dropped the ball and did not listen to my concerns. Hemet Toyota is closer to me but for quality service it's worth the drive to Mo valle.
