They were Accurate and Professionals and that's what pleased me courteous yes indeed price wise this was my 1st time going to them and I could not complain about the price. My mother was going to them for a long time and she seemed to love their professionalisome so therefore as long as the prices are fair I will keep going to mass brothers thank you Mazda brothers

I don t know anything about cars, but the employees explained everything in simple and understandable terms! I was able to order my parts and set up an appointment in one go. 10/10

2900 miles on a corolla and the starter is falling off they say it s not covered by warranty because I tampered with the starter. Finally they agree to cover it and I tell them also the rear seat lights are coming on when no one is seating back there. They say they will check it out. When it s all done I get a ride down. They hand me the keys and I get in the car the seat lights are on. Lauren Gonzales completely forgot to tell the mechanics to check it out now I wasted my rides time and have to wait in the lobby while it s getting checked. Buy a car somewhere other than MOSS BROS cause if u need ur car fix they will accuse you of tampering with your own car.They just cleared the rear seat code and didn t test drive. The lights came back on as I was leaving the parking lot. So they lied and said they test drove it 10 miles.

Not the fastest but I've only been here a few times, the major thing I don't like is the mechanics walking inside the building without mask
