I have provided excellent reviews in the past for Moss Bros Buick/GMC and have been an customer for more than 10 years. I have purchased two vehicles from them and have had them both serviced no where else but there. But, I am quite disturbed by recent events that has lead to me no longer trust the service department at Buick/GMC. To keep this short one of my tire pressure sensors went out the day before Thanksgiving. I took it in and it was $175.36 for one sensor. Then three weeks later it happened again and I took it back, EXCEPT this time I was quoted $383.98 FOR ONE, which would be $1,200.00 for the remaining three. I can't afford that and didn't know what to do since again I have only had my vehicle serviced from them. But I went to Sam's Club and so glad I did. It only cost $114. for the other three. If this isn't price-gouging I don't know what is and then I have relied on the "Report Cards" to do all my preventative maintenance on my vehicle and they are now telling me I need new tires, stating uneven wear. The tires only have 25K miles on them and I supposedly have had them rotated at every oil change. Have I only paid for them to be rotated and they didn't get rotated, this is distrubing, AND these items were marked in the green zone just three weeks earlier. Have I been deceived all this time and overpaying and/or paying for things I truly did not need. I now don't know where to go for my servicing of my vehicle. TRUST IS PARAMOUNT!

Refinance at a lower rate and price and payment I could afford to pay every month for the next 6,,yrs. Was taken care of for being a frequent customer of Moss Brothers. Every body is so nice and accommodating to my needs at the Dealership in Moreno valley.

The service was amazing. You could tell they were trying to make a deal rather than rip you off. Between Chevy and GMC I wish I would ve started at GMC cause I would ve said a few hours. They really care and want to help you. Down to Earth and great people. I truly appreciate Tom, Adrien and the sales manager for all they did to help me purchase my GMC sierra

I had gotten approved at first but couldn t take the car but had said the we re gonna deliver it to my house then they asked me if I had a California I.d or a drivers they were having me back and forth untilI had enough and cancelled the contract so I had asked for my money back but told me to come in today to pick a check up so now I tired cashing it in and as in result I can t because the finance didn t answer and to make it worse my credit is still being ran. Never ever coming back to themPs the salesman tried his best and great saleman he helped us out in the past at Kia

Ryan is who approached my husband and I when we walked in to the lot. Very friendly and inviting answered all our questions until we had one he couldn't answer which was fine and with that friendliness went inside and called out Carlos who was just a pleasant and friendly. Thank you both for the Great experience at Moss Bros. GMC !! You made my husbands dream come true! And Nancy at the Chevrolet Dealer next door who was also so very nice and friendly !

My salesperson, Noah C., was caring, listened to my wants and needs, provided me with any information I needed, and was basically extremely helpful. I found the car that makes me say, "THAT'S IT!", a GMC Acadia AT4, with his help. I am over the moon happy and always say "Hello Beautiful!" when I see it. This is my second car with Moss Bros. I would not change my relationship with them for anything. Great customer service and great technical service. My old Terrain stayed in peak condition because of their Service Dept. Oh, there's nothing like the feeling of really WACKING that gong after you've made a great deal for your new car!

Dropped my car off at about 11:00am for oil change and coolant replacement. Wasn't ready until closing time, which was 5:00pm.Un heard of 6 hrs. REALLY. NEVER AGAIN...

Barely 1 star. Purchased CRV for wife with 2 keys. 1 key dosent match also center shift indicator light is out. Took day off work to return with vehicle per salesman Raj Singh promise to resolve these issues. Nothing was resolved, just excuses. I do not recommend purchasing from this location.

Purchased GMC Denali in Nov 2022 w/ full mat, now its Nov 2023, but still did not get the mat, called several times always say will call back, but never get any answer, stay away from this seller.

Bad service, I got an appointment and they made me wait for one hour to figure out my extended service, they have not idea about it, when they finally got the information, they tell me to wait 3 more hours because the go to brake time, what s the appointment for? So disappointed

I had the most amazing car buying experience, Thanks to Lo, Jose, and Charles. I went to Moss bros. Toyota and received bad service. I went to Moss bros. Dodge/Chrysler and received below average service. When I arrived at Moss Bros. Buick GMA, I finally got the service I was looking for. Lo helped me search for cars all over the lot. When I told him about my dream car( Dodge charger) he found the exact car I was looking for. Lo is a great salesman( better than the other guys at the other dealerships). Jose and Charles found the best deal possible for the financing and the entire team made me feel like family. I'll never go to another dealership ever again. Thanks guys for the awesome car buying experience. You found a customer for life.

I have been a customer of this dealership for years and they never disappoint. Their sales team is top-notch and always willing to go the extra mile to find the right car for me. The service department is also excellent and always takes great care of my vehicle. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car needs

Stay away from this sketchy dealer. Called to confirm they had a white GMC Sierra Denali truck on their lot. Salesperson confirmed. Drove 2 hours just to find out that the salesperson lied just to get us out here. Wasted my entire day. Highly recommend you stay away from this place. Dishonest and unethical. Would rate 0 stars if possible.

I am from Arizona and I never bought a car online from another state before. Therefore I was worried at the beginning about making a decision that I was going to regret later. Now I can tell that I am really happy and pleased with Moss Bros. They make it so easy. They delivered my car on time and they took care of everything with efficiency. Now was the de person that helped me through the process and answer all my questions fast and keep me informed about how the process was going. I recommend 100%, Moss Bros. Buick.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this place. I saw an ad posting for a used 2019 Mazda CX-5 for $25,125. I contacted the dealer to get the deal rolling and was helped by Toufiq and Nick. Since I'm located far away, I set up a virtual appointment to see the car. Everything was great up to the point where they give me the outdoor price of the car.When purchasing a used vehicle, you would typically pay for the price of the car plus tax and services, which approximately 10% extra. However, Toufiq added on a $4500 charge for dealership options installations plus taxes and service fees, bringing the outdoor price to a whopping $33,000. The "upgrades" include an "upgrade security, paint film, nitrogen tires, wheel locks, lower jacks and tinted windows" These things serve no purpose but to increase the price of the car.It's very uncommon for dealerships to do any extra installations on USED vehicles. Those extra installations are usually done on NEW vehicles to bring the price up higher than MSRP. So I asked Nick if he has the recipes or records of the installations. He couldn't provide me any records or recipes. Those installation are most likely done by the previous owners and the car came in the way it is.I talked to Mike the sales manager there after and he gave me extremely vague and dodgy answers to my questions. Mike told me Socal dealerships and Norcal dealerships runs differently and they do "upgrade" installation to USED vehicles in Socal. Yet he still did not provide any documentations of the installation.This is a very shady way to business. They are not transparent when it comes to documentations and presenting them to customers. They will post cars under market value to get your attention but will add on a bunch of "upgrade options" that a serves no purpose to the car once you sit down for paperwork. DO NOT TRUST them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They will waste your time. Literally the worst experience I have ever had with any dealership.
