Seating in my new Jeep Wrangler 4xe, as someone who hadn't owned one in over 15 years, I was thrilled to be back behind the wheel. The staff was incredibly helpful, taking the time to introduce me to the latest features of the 2024 Jeep lineup and assisting me in finding the perfect fit for my needs.My overall experience at Moss Bros. was fantastic, from the welcoming atmosphere and no no-haggle. I recently had the pleasure of working with Francisco, Cesar, and Fidel, the sales manager, at Moss Bros CDJR in Moreno Valley, California, to purchase a 2023 Dodge Challenger R/T. Despite initially not finding the specific trim and color I wanted in their inventory, the team didn t just give up. Fidel helped orchestrate a dealer trade, while Francisco and Cesar went the extra mile to locate the exact car at another dealership. What impressed me most was that they managed to get a car that was even better than what I had hoped for equipped with a sunroof and a premium Harman Kardon sound system and all of this without bumping up the price!I also wanted to take advantage of Chrysler Capital's 0% APR for 72 months financing offer, and despite putting $0 down, the team worked their magic to get me approved. The entire experience was smooth and straightforward, avoiding the high-pressure tactics you might encounter at other dealerships. Recently took our 2020 Ram and 2022 Jeep Wrangler in for Service. Everything was done promptly, which was great since we didn t make an appointment and decided to bring in 2 on the same day. One was a recall issue and the part had been back-ordered and they got to that vehicle so quickly as promised. Service is always friendly with Moss. Our other vehicle is a Chevy Tahoe from across the street at Moss Chevrolet.

This is the worst dealership! They will find any excuse to transfer you, not notify you that you re being transferred to a different department. Service department is unreal called to get my vehicle worked on, they obviously don t appreciate their customers or future potential customers. Need A substantial amount of work done to my vehicle iv never seen a dealer ship that doesn t like to make money but there s a 1st for everything, all of the sales people don t care about there customers. Couldn t get a hold of a manager, whoever owns this place, left incompetent people to run their establishment. If I could give it a zero store, I would. The worst place ever don t attempt to get a vehicle from here or get your car serviced because they simply don t care or at least that s what I experienced and I m sure others have to.

My car has been there over a month. I only have 74k miles and they actually told me to really think about repair because its like putting money in a bottomless bucket. So far nothing they tried fixed the problem. 1. So cars no longer last until the end of financing? My car is 6 years old and should be paid off at the end of the year. 2. What manufacturers don't know what's wrong with a car they produced? I'm baffled

Bought a used Wrangler it s been in service in one month of owning more than in our possession! Management is unbelievably disorganized and all they care about is sales! I will give Clay in service 5 stars, he is the best!I could go on with rating and explaining why they are getting one star, but it would be a book! Absolutely do not buy a used vehicle without having an extended warranty!

My vehicle has had many issues since buying it in 2019. I've taken it to be serviced in Perris, Hemet and Temecula and we have had terrible service at all 3 places. They didn't fix the things that were broken and one place had our car for months without giving us a loaner car. When we took it to Moss Bros service center we weren't expecting much. But Alyssa and Carlos were amazing to us. They quickly addressed our concerns and said they would have the diagnostic completed as soon as possible. They called within 2 days to let us know what was wrong and the next steps to take. We were ok with one car for a week then they gave us a complimentary loaner car for another week. They were able to fix one issue on the car and give it back while waiting on a part to fix the rest of the car. We only waited 2 days for the part so we took it back in and it was completed a day later. This was the best service center we have gone to and we will definitely be back to service our vehicle in the future. The only reason we gave it 4 stars was because of a slight misunderstanding, which made us pay a little more than we wanted.

Kory and Alysse was very friendly nice and had awesome customer service. When I came to they Kory explain and got me in following to two and had my vehicle ready by noon on they day. I had outstanding experience with them. I most definitely coming back for service.

Definitely take your business elsewhere! I went in after a long day of work they run my credit approve me for a car and send me away in the car just to call back 7 days later saying i need a co signer or return the car. Not ideal and a terrible way to do business during the holidays!

Worse experience ever here , I should have read the bad reviews. Don t let your enthusiasm on getting a new car blind you . Read your contract!! before you take the car because they will come up with any excuse to return the car for something that was their fault . Sales rep are to eager to make a sale they ll make very sound good!

I havevto leave this 2nd review after I found out that they were making me pay out of pocket when i had 5+ free oil changes and tire roations. I found out after I took my truck to a different dealer and they told me this information. What a POS company. They do not have 4 star reviews. They are scammers beware

Took my car in for a routine oil change and came back to pick up my vehicle, and my window would not roll back up. Mechanic would not take responsibility for the damage. Now I am out of pocket additional funds for a distorted switch that clearly appears to be forced in the wrong direction.

Very satisfied. We went to trade in my boyfriend s Chevy Silverado and ended up leaving with a new 2024 ram! Thank you to Francisco, Alexis, Aaron, Victor and of course Doug they stayed there till 12:00am with us making the deal happen! Great customer service all around. A week later we went to trade in another one of our vehicles after being turned down from multiple dealers because we were too upside down I was ready to give up. Shout out to Uzie for reaching back out to me and bringing us in, Zayne, Cesar Victor and Doug again! They of course made it happen they got us into a new 2023 Jeep compass and I love it! They even went above and beyond to deliver the vehicle to me because it wasn t ready just yet the night of purchase. They went above and beyond in every way to get us the best deal even staying till 12:00 am both times to make each deal happen! If anyone can do it Moss Brothers Moreno Valley Dodge, Jeep, Ram can do it! We will continue to purchase our vehicles from them and send friends and family over. Thank you all again so much for your time and patience :)

I had a terrible experience with the original dealership I purchased the truck from and refused to give them anymore business. I made the switch to Moss Bros for all my service and warranty needs and couldn t be happier. The service dept staff went above and beyond to straighten out warranty issues and was able to resolve everything. So glad to have that headache taken care of. Won t go anywhere else, thank you again Moss Bros MoVal I really appreciate it.

I went in looking for a car that had sold the day prior. I looked around and found one I would love. I was told new. Worked out all the numbers. The car was at their San Bernardino location. I went with the sales person to get it. Again discussing details of the car. We get there and the windows were tinted. When we got back to Moreno Valley location and I said the tint was messed up and needed to removed and redone. The "numbers guy" said they hadn't done it so they wouldn't be fixing it. I brought up that it was a new car and if they hadn't done it who did (thinking he was going to say the other location). Nope. The car had been purchased, modified, and brought back "a few days later". After some back and forth they agreed to remove the tint at no cost to me. Then I sat down with the finance guy to actually sign the agreement for the car...cashiers check in hand. The first thing I saw was that the car was in fact NOT new but it was used. Then the leads sales guy said because it had less than 1k miles the manufacturer allowed them to warranty it as new so they were selling it as new. I pointed out then why was the paperwork listing the car as used. He said that's just how it worked. When I told him that changes the value of the car, what I was willing to spend, how its registered and insured. I was also told financing options would be one thing and was offered another with a high rate despite having excellent coverage. And im taliking i was quoted as low as 0% and it shouldnt be an issue to get a number that low because of my high credit to then be quoted 7.6% instead (0% was on a new car). He basically said they didn't want to sell a new car so cheap and point blank asked if I wanted the car or not. I let them know I didn't appreciate being told the car was new on multiple occasions and at no point had anyone corrected me when I referenced the car as new and had I not caught it on the paperwork they would have sold me a used car as new. It was a bait and switch. But not before telling me I'd never find a new car for a better price (which I've already done and will be checking the other dealership in the next few days).

Purchased a 21 Honda on 10/27/23. Had horrible customer service. The sales person was very pushy and condescending. At one point they called me a tough cookie . I felt rushed out of there and my car cleaning was terrible. There s no attention to detail. I asked for tinting and they said we don t do that .Fidel the sales manager borderline yelled at me over the phone. Overall customer service is not what it could be.

Special mention to the female staff member who went above and beyond to verify the part, even after her shift ended. And to the mechanic who installed it for me, thank you for your time and effort. This is my 3rd attempt at dealing with a Moss Brothers service department and finally met a with a service advisor who is pleasant to work with. Clay at this location is nice, professional and seems to genuinely care about his customers. This is rare among my history of Dodge service. If you go here, ask for Clay!

worst experience ever , i got a vehicle from here 2 weeks later they said they want 10k more down , then they offer me another brand new truck which was cool then they said we cant give you warranty , i went to another dealer they said moss bros shot my credit and the manager at moss bross said no bank wanted to approve me , but i ended up getting approved , anyways thank you for the free vehicle im glad i put 1600 miles on that brand new vehicle in a span of 2 weeks

Don t recommend doing any work with this dealership, we bought a jeep at the end of march 2023 had it for about a month and it started making a rattling noise coming from the engine so we scheduled an appointment so they could check it out, come to find out it needed a whole new motor, first they said it would take about a week that week turned into a month and here we are almost 4 months later and we re just barely getting it back, I get home and pop the hood to check it out and I see they scratched our grill and on the quarter panel as well, overall horrible experience.
