I had to bring my car in last Monday for repairs and I just want to say that Carlos Ceja really did above and beyond with excellent communication, kind and friendly service and made sure everything was done in a timely manner. Not once did he give me the run around, or hang up on me. Never gave me an attitude and not once did I feel like he didn t want to help.(Like I ve experienced in the past with other people here) He answered all my questions and made the stressful process so smooth. I can t express enough how grateful I am that he went above and beyond. There s nothing he didn t help with. He definitely is an asset to the Chevrolet team. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves because he s damn good at his job.Thank you Carlos!

Technician Joe did not communicate at all. I dropped my truck off on Monday night and was told I would get a call in the morning and did not here anything all day. I called in the afternoon several times and finally got through, and was told Joe was with a customer abd would call me back. He never did. I started to call again an hour and a half later because I had been given zero information and how long the repair would take and could not get through. No call or text all day. After calling off and on for an hour and a half they operator siad they were closed at 5:30. Still no news on my truck. I asked to speak with a manager and there was no manager available to speak with and his voicemail was full. I ask to speak with sales who to their credit answered their phone. It took some complaining but they finally called joe to get an update on ky truck, and told me they needed to order bolts and it would come in tomorrow. I was not happy because I already had to wait nearly four months for a catalytic converter to come and now they need to order more parts without even communicating with me at all. All I was expecting was basic communication and following through when you say someone is going to call you back. Moss Brothers and Joe could not even handle that. It almost makes me regret buying a Chevy if this is how they treat their customers. Do better Moss Brothers I will not be buying from any of your dealerships again.

Been coming here for quite a while now to get my vehicle serviced and I can easily say that Gerald G. has been one of the best advisors I've had. He's very attentive to his customers, very informative, gives frequent updates on my vehicle status throughout the day when minor/major work is being done, and overall great customer service.Services: Tire rotations, Auto maintenanceServices: Tire rotations, Auto maintenance

Sold us a 2021 Chevy Traverse with a bad tire, no floor mats, and a missing hitch cover that looks like a big square hole in the bumper... Also the Carfax doesn't show it but the front doors don't line up with the rest of the frame and the paint over the hood and bumper has orange peel texture like it was repaired and repainted. This is why I'd rather have a tooth pulled with no anesthetic than to buy a car. If only there was a way to purchase direct from the manufacturer... These guys lie even when you can Google it... Sold me a package that came standard on a used car...

Worst customer service ever! Had an appointment at 9am for breaks and oil change, at 300pm when we were supposed to pick up they informed us that they were just about to look at it! For 6 hours with an appointment they never looked at My car. Then the Manager joe tried to say that an appointment doesn't mean anything, " I said you should have said that in the beginning before I dropped it off." He just shrugged his shoulder, Horrible service stay away from this place. Then he said if they start on it and don't finish it, they don't give a rental car. So how am I supposed to go to work?

Went in to look for a used truck. Went through 3 individuals, because i didnt want a brand new truck. They inspected my current truck for appraisal as a trade in, said it would take a few days to get appraisal. Then salesman got my name and number because some trucks were coming in a few days and would call me. Week later no call.. stay away from this place, salesman only interested in quick high priced sales. Unknown to salesman i was only started to look for a truck to get a feel for current prices and styles. I have excellent credit and was willing to pay for a new truck in cash on the spot if i found one. I had $100,000 cash on me. Never to guess a book by its cover.

Dropped off my van at 7:30 and it was done by 11. Fast and friend service. I misunderstood some of the charges and they credited my Moss account. It was a nice gesture knowing that I made the mistake. Only issue was they removed a reusable cabin filter and did not return it to me until I asked for it. I did get the filter back. I have been taking my Hondas here for over 10 years as well as a Durango to their Dodge service center. My experiences have been mixed but lately they seem to be making customer service a priority.I don't like taking my vehicles in for service but this instance I felt at ease. Additionally, I got a text when my vehicle was done and I was able to pay the bill online. Pretty cool. Got to the service department, got my car and left. No signing papers, or waiting for them to be printed. That was the best part.I was also looking forward to my vehicles tire alignment report but they never gave it to me. They have a new automated system. Maybe next time I guess.I also did not get the vehicle inspection sheet (the one with the green, yellow and red boxes). Hopefully everything checked out.Good job Moss but there is still room for improvement.

Once Tom Marshall got involved, I left happy, and with hope the issue I brought my car in for will be fixed to my satisfaction.The first service rep, I believe his name was Jason, was curt and ready to simply brush me off. I've never come across a service rep as rude as he was.

I bought a new/used car, and the air-conditioning didn't work they told me they wouldn't look at it because my extended warranty doesn't kick in for 30 days What The... Good thing it's been cool and rainyI'd rather give them 0 stars, but they didn't have that option

I took my truck there for a recall service, lack of customer service in the service area, everyone in the phone, ( maybe is the marketing area ) nobody asked me how can I help you ? , after a while waiting I had to approach to a guy to let him know that I had an appointment while he was still talking in the phone.... they supposed to call me after lunch to give me an update of the service and let me know what time will be my truck ready, NEVER happen, perhaps they didn t take lunch, I had to call them at 2 pm to find out what s was going on... I couldn t get whole of them until 4 pm, after calling 20 times.. I think meat department at the supermarket are more organized then them because at least they give out number, you guys really need a management.Service: Brakes

Want to my 7am appointment and the person behind me was attended before me when I should of been next. So I had to leave my Yukon the Whole day just to get the front windshield tint off. Very slow before they get to you.
