It is hard to find a place and a technician that knows his stuff and Eric is that man. I recently rebuilt the entire front end of my truck and was looking for a place for alignment and Eric was recommended by few friends since they all have lifted 4X4 and when it comes to alignment of these trucks you differently need a tech that is familiar in this area.Eric did a great job on my truck and will definitely recommend him to friends and family. Reasonable prices and friendly staff.

About a week ago I went online and attempted to buy tires from a well known tire chain (rhymes with Shamerican Mire Tompany). I was able to order a set of tires online, schedule an appointment, and show up to the location outside of the city I reside in. I arrived to the location to find out they neither had my tires nor any appointment in my name. I was told I was supposed to call and confirm the tires as well as the appointment with the location. So lemme get this straight, even though a website says you have them, and the website allows me to book an appointment, I then have to call in and do that all over again? Waste of time!Les Schwab was NOTHING like that. Tires in stock, appointment made without issue. Even though I was third to check in on the day of my appointment, because I had an appointment, they moved me to the front of the line. And don t get me started on how professional and just overall positive the employees were, especially Miguel and Avery. Employees had music playing in the bays and it sounded as though some may have been singing along with the music! I ve never seen that at the OTHER place I mentioned. That literally has nothing to do with nothing, I just thought it was cool.Tires have a long range warranty and include the same free services that other place offers, but these employees at least work like they enjoy what they re doing.You ve earned a customer Les Schwab Tire Center. Ive never been here prior to today, but I ll never go anywhere else.

Did. DIY alignment at home they suggest to still take it to a shop for a professional alignment. Drove to the shop in a straight line. 3 hrs later guy calls saying he can t work on my car due to the work the previous person did on it since he didn t know the cars history it ll be an issue never ever heard that but ok at this point they don t know what they are doing. I pick up my car and now I m swerving to the right if I let go of the steering wheel I d go to the side walk that s dangerous how could you work on a vehicle and leave it worse placing a customer in danger even if you didn t charge the customer that s dangerous reckless and shows they don t care for the work they do. Avoid this place take it to a. Actual mechanic instead of the corporate places that hire incompetent people

I love the place, the best customer service in Moreno Valley. They are honest, helpful and great repairs to my tires. They also have a great manager and good prices on tires. I can go there for air in my tire and get a tire flat fix with NO Problem. The best!

I generally have a five-star encounter but this afternoon that person who inspected and repaired my tire left my trunk a mess. He didn't find it like that so why mess it up looking for the Tire Tool and then not putting it back the way he found it.. I actually spoke to him about it because I did not appreciate it.

My first time here- from start until finish I received absolutely amazing customer service. They explained everything very well! One thing I loved is they talked with you.. not at you when it came to explaining what needed to be done. Definitely gained a returning customer.

Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart to Keith and his team for everything they did yesterday. RACEWAY (specifically marcos) and RIVERSIDE Nissan told me multiple times, over and over I needed new brakes. Sometimes being a broke 34 years old loser (me) comes in handy. I couldn t afford brakes so just said oh well, let em go. Well finally months later I found a finance option with a couple places and Les Schwab approved me. I went in and guess what?? My brakes are no where needing replacement! Just needed an oil change. Their honesty meant so much to me, especially being a woman. Their customer service from three different people never changed. Fast, friendly and reliable! I cant wait to need new tires so I can use my new card with them! Lastly, I am so beyond sorry I don t remember the first gentlemen's name. You were amazing! To Jason, I am so beyond sorry I thought your name was Jose. When I glanced at your name tag before you turned around I thought I saw Jos instead of Jas .

After multiple visits at this Moreno Valley location and Perris, I'm absolutely blown away at the level of service and professionalism by the Les Schwab tire centers! Their assessments and recommendations are absolutely refreshing and truly set the bar of what people should expect from a service center and any company in general. Trust is something most people are leery about in automotive maintenance and repairs, but I can honestly say that Les Schwab has earned my trust each and every time! Their establishments have also always been impressive and welcoming as well! It's been a great experience everytime; GREAT JOB LES SCHWAB!! THANK YOU!!

I only Approved replacement of Brake Pads and Rotors and they went ahead and charged me for New Bearings, Seals, and New Calipers. Typical Auto-care shop that will try to pinch every single penny out of you. On Top of that, their technician forgot to install one of the components properly and then left for a lunch break. It took 6 hours to complete the Front brake job ONLY. Absolutely unacceptable. If you re into getting over charged and your whole day wasted, this is the place to come

They have problems taking cash I guess, not saying a word walked away twice two of them came back finally took my money then went to the car door lights were on checked them tire light was on didn't have time to go back in and wait for them to walk back and forth

Set an appointment the day before for a brake check, wait time was a little long but just like everywhere else, they re short staffed so it s understandable. Got told everything was fine within specs, no repairs were needed but due to the issue I was having, I asked to have my rotors turned & my wheels rebalanced. Miguel was amazing as to what he recommended & didn t try to upsell me anything whatsoever. Great service overall.

This place is great! Customer service is awesome. I picked up a big industrial staple in my e class truck tire. The got it patched really fast. I have a big in bed truck camper and their garage could accommodate the 11 ft clearance. Nina got me in quick and was so kind. Great team here. Thank you guys!-Andrew

This was my first time here and I was pleasantly surprised from start to finish. I went in because my low tire pressure sensor was on. Come to find out I had a nail in my tire and the air pressure in my other tires were a little low. They fixed my tire and put air in my other tires at no charge. The service was fast and they were extremely friendly. I will definitely return to have my car needs serviced that are not covered under my warranty with the dealership. I am beyond grateful to have finally patronized a car repair shop that delivered on its advertised guarantee.

Let me tell you about this tire shop A one in Book. Everybody's so professional pleasant very nice. They had my tire at the shop like they promised, and it was easy to set an appointment and order my tire. Even though they didn't have my particular tire and stock. I was still given a good tire match and they always recommend the best tires for your vehicle so I definitely appreciate it that.I was in-and-out in no time, so yes, they will always have my continued business great job, guys. And FYI, I didn't even know they do complete oil changes. I know when i'm taking my My car for its next oil change.

I came here yesterday to get a tire patched. The screw that was stuck on the tire was close to the edge so I was aware it might not be patchable. I asked the guy up front if they could just look at it briefly before to make sure it could be patched but he said I had to wait for them to bring it in. It wasn't too busy but I was told I still had to wait an hour before they could bring it inside and tell me if it was even patchable.

I had just had a blowout and I mean "just." The firemen from Station 2 helped by changing the blowout to my spare and they had recommended Les Schwab to me. I went immediately.They were very courteous. Kristina, the counter lady, helped me right away. I'm retired so I didn't need heavy duty tires and since I live in SoCal, I don't need weather tires. She was able to get me a good deal on tires guaranteed for 50,000 miles at a reasonable price. I didn't have the money to pay the entire cost, but Kristina was able to put me on credit payments that won't break my budget.The gentleman that put my tires on was polite and quick. They had several other cars they were working on and I thought I would have to come back. But, they put them on while I waited. With all the other work they were doing, it took a little over an hour. It was less than what Kristina had quoted me. While he had my tires off, he checked my brakes too.I highly recommend Les Schwab Tires. They are competent, courteous, and have good prices.

I walked in at 8:55 AM asking if they could repair a nail in my tire. I left at 9:30 AM with a repaired tire, all my tires topped off with air, and it was free of charge. All the gentleman who work there are friendly and have good customer service. I highly recommend this location!

Came in needing to get tires replaced. I spoke with both Keith and Miguel. The process in the decision making was smooth and easy. Not pushy and was very informative in making a well informed decision on purchasing new tires. Tires were ordered as promised. Upon arrival of appointment they completed the replacement and provided a check on brakes at the same time. Completely satisfied with the service and purchase and will be back for my other vehicles.

This shop has zero customer service. I went in because I got a nail in my tire. The front desk lady told me someone will look at it. Took my name, my address, and my keys. An hour and a half later, still no one had touched my vehicle. I asked for my keys to leave. No explanation for the delay, no apology for the neglect, and not even interested to know why I'm leaving. The manager (Keith) was behind a desk on the phone for at least 20 minutes. He didn't even pay attention to what's going on. I didn't know he was the manager untill later. I left and called the store to talk to a manager. I was appalled to find out that the guy behind the desk on the phone was the manager. He did apologize, but did not offer or ask me to go back to solve the issue . One of the quotes that's written on the wall was about the priority of serving customers, what a joke !I went about 2 miles down to American Tires . What a difference! I was greeted by a nice gentleman (David) . After I told him about the nail in my tire, right a way he went and got a tool and a spray to check the tire himself. My tire was patched. Paid $0 , and was out of there in half an hour. David did suggest in 3-4 months that I might need new tires and gave me an estimate. American Tires gained my trust and my business.

Mike was the one that helped me out very great customer service!! answered all my question and was super fast to get me out the door this morning. so a big THANK YOU!!! this location is the one in moreno valley off of perris blvd. thank u for taking your time to explain everything.

I put new tires for my car and this place was great. The staff is friendly and easygoing. They have long-lasting tires with a long warranty! They got it done in about 3 hours. My only complaint is that the tires aren't cleaned once they're put on. I had to clean them myself when I got home. Other than that, awesome service.

Was initially nervous about coming here because it was my first time needing to get repairs, but the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and didn t try to sell me things I didn t need.Waited a few hours for 2 tire changes & an alignment but that was on me for not booking an appointment, considering how busy it was I was quite happy with the timeliness of it all. If you want to get out quickly though I d recommend making an appointment, otherwise other people will take priority if they booked one.They offer free coffee and hot water, charging ports for your phone and a TV which make the wait not so bad.Quality service and will definitely come back if I need anything else done.

Bought my tires here and the sales rep told me that all tires have warranty less than 20,000 miles one of my tires seems to be leaking air I bring my car to get check sales rep has me wait 2 hours just to inspect my tire and say i need a new tire and that those specific tires don't have warranty thanks for wasting my money and time

My first time at this business and it was a pleasant surprise. When I entered the building I was politely greeted and assisted IMMEDIATELY. The facility was extremely clean and the employees were very professional and friendly. My service was completed quickly and I was genuinely thanked for coming in. Now, one may say "that's what businesses should do." And I totally agree! But the key word is "should". Many times businesses forget the importance of overall excellent customer service and I can honestly say Les Schwab has not forgotten. I'm a big stickler for cleanliness and putting the customers needs first and Les Schwab has met all of my expectations. I will definitely be returning for any future services and referring family and friends.

I had an appointment at 9 arrived a few minutes early. Took them less than an hour to put 4 tires on. The workers are very friendly and most helpful. They have never disappointed me with there services.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to anyone. I was in need of some serious help with my front brakes and not knowing who to turn to I found Les Schwab Tire Center in Moreno Valley, CA. I was greeted by Nelson and Alex once I pulled up. These two were very professional and extremely nice. Once I got my free estimate from Bill ( who was so super friendly) the staff went straight to work on my car. Bill made sure he broke everything down for me to understand my brake problem. With a reasonable price for my new brakes I felt so much more at ease. This awesome crew were all there to help with such a very professional way. I want to thank Bill, Nelson, Alex and the rest of the crew so very much for everything. You guys are the greatest and you all have wonderful customer service. My car also thanks you! You guys Rock...! Thanks so much...!

This is the nicest tire place I have ever been to! It's big and super clean inside! The bathrooms are impeccable. The waiting areas are extremely enjoyable, with free popcorn, coffee, water, and tea. I love the fact that it's family friendly too! I had my three year old with me and we had a great time coloring together at the kids' table while we waited for our car. All their worked is guaranteed and they have a great warranty. The employees here are also very friendly, caring, and eager to help with a smile at all times. I would like to highlight that Frank, the manager of this location, has a heart of gold. They help out their local community in any way they can, and are a true model of an exemplary business!
