Customer service still exists!! From the moment I called and spoke with Pete I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the welcoming impression I received. When I brought my Jeep in and walked in I was greeted immediately and felt even more welcomed, like family. Pete and Tim were so knowledgeable and full of explanations to ensure I knew what they were explaining. They went above and beyond to provide the proper inspection for my vehicle . They exceeded all and any expectations. Sitting with other clients was nice to hear their backstories on how long they've been with this shop. I found my forever shop from this experience. Thank you guys.

Had a great experience here. They take care of their customers, especially military. Despite my arrival late in the day, they still took the time to repair my tire and reset my TPMS. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! Great service and courteous! Have taken care of all my family's cars. So if you are looking for honest mechanics, quality work and reasonable prices give them a try! Tim and Pete will give that personal experience.

Kurt s saved the day! Driving from San Diego to Palm Springs we got a flat tire. Shrapnel from a wreck on the road punctured the tire in 3 places. We pulled over, put on the donut and called Kurt s. They got us in immediately, despite the mechanic getting stung by a hornet as soon as we arrived. Fast, friendly, affordable. 10/10 recommend.Service: Auto tire replacement

Always a great experience! Peter rocks! Love this guy! And Kurt the owner always take care of me when I come in. They price fairly and always work till the job is done right... Can't say that much for my dealer. Who wanted $1100 for work that didn't even need to be done. Peter took a look and fixed it with a $6 fuse. And my other $800 repair was 1/2 at Kurts One Stop! Thanks again you guys! Always a pleasure! You're my go to from now on!!!

This establishment is the only place I'll take my car to! They have earned and have kept my trust!!!! These guys are knowledgeable and professional and do great work. After someone broke my steering column and attempted to drill my ignition out, they not only fixed it, but they had it done the next day! Ill send anyone looking for a good mechanic to them. All around good business!

We've gone to Kurt's with a couple of different cars. The 1st car we took in we could tell the clutch was starting to go. They gave a much better price than the 1st company we took it to and they did a great job. The 2nd car we took we had just purchased and it needed a tune up. It ran great after they took care of it. I would continue to take my cars back!

Kurt & Jimmy are my go to guys whenever i have a problem with any of my seven vehicles. They're very fair on the labor and parts but they will not and i mean " WILL NOT " cheat themselves of money but they will most definitely fix your problems without you returning with them same problems. I send my wife there by herself without calling ahead just to see if she gets over charged and its always been the same price i love the honesty & integrity One Stop Shop Tire auto repair. I had a little leak on one of my tire. I stop by another tire shop and they had me waiting less than an hour.(55 minutes) So I went online and check for a different spot and I came across Kurt's one stop tire and auto repair. So I called and spoke to Kurt (great guy) so 15 minutes later I was there. No waiting I got my service right away less than 20 minutes I was gone. Great place, nice hospitality. And I would definitely come again if I'm in the area with a problem.. thank you Kurt and the team.I'm that one guy with the Raiders and Green Bay

I paid $1,600 for engine work. They used a rebuilt part instead of a new part. Less than 1,500 miles later that part broke. Now it's going to cost another $1,500 to redo Kurt's work. If I could write a review with negative stars, that would be more accurate. Don't take your cars here. Kurt is rude, incomplete and deceptive. So anywhere, but here. RUN AWAY!!!!

If customer service means anything to you then this is the place you want to go. From the smallest service need to to the most detailed service request, these guys can do it all, and treat everyone equal. Equally great. Went to four other shops before I found this place, I mean that literally. I will never go anywhere else again, simple as that. Honestly the best customer service I've received from anywhere in a very long time. Keep it up you guys thank you very much.Ps. The price was so low that I cannot even say it out loud in this review. I wouldn't want them to be obligated because of a great deed they did for me but I guarantee you if they do it for me they do for everybody else too

Peter saw me limping down Elsworth with my hazards on and flagged me down. Asked if my tire was flat (it was and already smelling like burning rubber) and said he could immediately help me by getting the spare on so that I could safely get to my destination. He was incredibly kind and said that he would have thought of me all day (and if I was okay) if he'd just let me go on like that. I'm very grateful. Definitely going there first next time my tires blow (which will for sure be in a year).

Great place to have your vehicle, any type repaired or even just a check up. Kurt & Michelle are terrific people. It feels like family when you re there. I ve always been treated with courtesy & respect.

Kurt, the owner has an atomic bomb personality!! You can't question his pricing because he will explode on you and push your car off the lot and refuse service, like He did to me!!! I've NEVER in my life have such horrible customer service. He literally left me stranded out in the rain, told his mechanics to push my car onto the street and I had to sign up for AAA to get them to tow my car to another mechanic shop. All just because the $745 for the fuel pump was questioned. I didn't know customers couldn't ask about the pricing. He's a mechanic from Hell!!! Don't be deceived people. Where is the ZERO star button???

I took my fully running car in for a diagnostic they said I had a few bad sensors, rear brakes that would need to be fixed in a few months and I was due for an oil change they kept my car overnight and told me the next day my car won t start. When I brought up that my car was fully running and never had issues starting they said they couldn t do anything and to take it to my dealership, ultimately I went in for a repair and came out with a car that won t start at all.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Oil change

When my van started accelerating really rough I was really worried about finding a great auto repair place that will fix it right. This shop fixed it up and it runs like it was brand new. They did such a through workup and diagnosed everything that was wrong with it. Will recommend to my friends and family who are in the area.

Kurt and his team are levels above any other mechanics. They really treat you like a friend and they go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your car. Trust me, dont make the mistake of going somewhere else first. Kurt's one stop is your only stop

As always, Kurt's provided me with all I needed. Before I left on my 6,000 mile road trip, Kurt's made sure my car was ready to go, so when I came back off my trip, I had to have my oil changed again. I noticed that my car was hesitating to start, and that my remote was not functioning properly, so they checked it out, and let me know that I needed a new battery, so now my car is back to normal, and it did not cost me an arm and a leg. Kurt's is always upfront with his work and pricing.

Bring your car here at your own risk. Their mechanics are not thorough and and will cut corners. They charge too much for what they actually put out. Worse than the dealership. Brought my car in for exhaust repair and they didn't even bother changing the exhaust gasket or hardware. Then they managed to damn near ruin my transmission. Bunch of FRAUDS
